After our FJ was damaged in an accident, we called the Toyota dealer to ask for an expert repair shop that could restore our truck without cutting corners. The dealership highly recommended Pacific Collision. They are truly experts in auto repairs-- our truck needed numerous repairs such as cutting and replacing a side panel, and ordering/replacing our rear custom bumper that was also damaged in the accident. Both Tya and Guillermo worked with us throughout the repair process. They are extremely knowledgeable, professional, patient, and meticulous-- taking detailed notes of all our concerns. Awesome is all I'll say. Our leased car was hit by someone. Minor damage was done to the driver's door, but enough to cost a fair amount. My biggest concern was taking it somewhere where they would do a good enough job that I wouldn't have issues returning the car when the lease was up. I called up the dealership we leased it from and they said they take all their cars here. It's not convenient at all - they are all the way down at the airport - and they don't have shuttle service. They also took a lot longer to finish the car than I'd expected - like two weeks. But, the end result is flawless. Absolutely flawless. read more

So recently my pride and joy car, my 95 Lexus sc400, black on black, was vandalized, some nefarious evil-doer left some scratches in the hood. Always a shame when someone targets a nice car for no reason right? Prior to this a friend's Benz had an unfortunate encounter with a parked car, looked pretty bad. Well next time I see that car,it looked brand new! So I knew that whoever fixed that up was not only very talented,but possibly a magician! I asked for the number and I met with Guillermo, and from the start, he treated me like family. We all know how many auto shops in the bay try and Nickle and dime you,swindle and lie about your car and still not do the job right the first time. Not Pacific Collision though. They understand good old fashioned business principals, simple things like make your customers feel welcome, treat their car like your own, under promise and over deliver. My hood looks even better than before! He said I may able to see some very light marks in the paint, can't see any, and I've been trying, awesome job! Very impressed with the entire process. I don't always write reviews, but this time I felt like a need to let people know about Jorge and the entire group at pacific collision, from the moment my vehicle was towed to his location, they moved fast to accommodate me. They contacted the rental company for me, worked with my insurance and kept me informed throughout the entire process, but more importantly, my vehicle looked like nothing happened to it, I own a 2016 Lexus IS 350, it is what I can call a dream come true but after being in a rear end collision I felt like It was never gonna look like when I purchased it, but I was extremely surprised when I picked up my vehicle. It looked exactly how it did when I first purchased it. I also work in the customer industry business and Jorge and his team work with great integrity which a lot of people lack these days. I tweaked my driver side door (bent the hinges) so that when I tried to shut it I had to slam it shut. I went to Pacific Collision to get an estimate on relacing the hinges and getting the door realigned. Jorge was so awesome... he came out with a tool that got my door back in alignment in about 30 seconds and I was on my way. He didn't try and sell me unnecessary repairs, parts and labor, which a non reputable would probably try and do. I had a great customer experience and will definitely go back if I have future car repair needs. I highly recommend Pacific Collision. read more
