Professional is the first word for describing Brandon Borrego. Patient is the next word. I liked Brandon the first meeting for bids on our Driveway. Bids meaning with Pavers, or Re-Pair to the broken side due to Tree Root damage, or the entire driveway. I quickly received a very fair Bid that didn't change not by one penny from March when we first met to late August when we settled on a date. Pacific Concrete was Prompt, Courteous, Professional, and Quick in getting the job done. CONCRETE ARTISTRY is what I called his workers, Pasqual is terrific, also answering questions during the work that would come up. We are totally HAPPY that we Hired Pacific Concrete. Each and every text that I had for Brandon was answered very timely. I had read up on so many companies, the Reviews are totally helpful, most problems are that people didn't get responses to phone calls, sometimes for days, sometimes not at all. NOT the case with Pacific Concrete. This Company stays on top of everything about the Job, and finished when they said it would be finished. Returning when they said they would return to remove the forms. We are so impressed with our New Driveway, and get so many compliments from the neighbors, passerby's that just slow down and holler out the window about how nice it looks. Brandon, Justin and the team at Pacific Concrete are the best in San Diego! They did a complete remodel of my front yard from start to finish. The entire project included the intial project concept design, block stucco wall, turf, concrete stairs and walk way, a patio, fencing, and a custom pergola. As you can see from the pictures they knocked it all out of the park! In addition, they and their entire team were incredibly professional through out the entire process. We just completed an entire driveway and walkway demolition and installation and also added a lengthy masonry wall along the walkway. We selected Pacific Concrete from three estimates. They did an awesome job! The crew worked quickly and efficiently! They were even able to fit my project in 3 weeks ahead of schedule! The cost for my project was very reasonable (as a matter of fact, they outbid several other companies by quite a bit). Justin was great to work with (as was the rest of the crew), he was quick to respond to questions, did everything that he said he would -very professional. As far as the clean up, if it wasn't for having a new patio and walkway in place, I wouldn't have known that they were here ( plus it's a little cleaner I think)! Justin and Brandon were awesome to work with--they got me the exact stone and color match I wanted. Even though it took awhile for the materials to arrive due to Covid, it was well worth the wait. I contacted this business through their website e-mail. Placed three phone calls. Both the 209 and 619 numbers do not have a business message for their voice mail. Nevertheless, I left messages all three places with my name, location, and description of the project. No response to any of them. Perhaps they have gone out of business. Pacific concrete installed turf in our backyard as well as poured a slab to extend out or patio. Justin was quick to respond and was on the job site each day at some point to see how everything was going. Pasquale was amazing, he even notified my wife after they poured the concrete so our kids could come out and put their hand prints in it. We hope to extend our driveway in the future and pour some more concrete sections, we will definitely be using Pacific Concrete for that project when the time comes. read more
