You'd think if you're trying to make a sale, you'd at least know the price or what package is included, yes we were already working together for a bit at this point. Now, just three weeks later, my brand-new Ford Bronco Sport Outer Banks is already in the shop with check engine light. Apparently it's a "glitch." I had to get a manager on the phone just to get additional support. Since they don't have an answer, I have to continue to drive the car and to see if it would continue to turn on... what sorta solution is that. My previous KIA had a similar issue that didn't start til 5-7 years in. For it to have issues this close to buying it and getting no answers is unacceptable. Manager Arte was rude over the phone and practically hung up on me. Then Service Advisor Craig has been unhelpful and just keeps repeating the same useless phrases. Then, when I went to get a rental, the worker left his personal key in my rental car, and the vehicles weren't even clean and ready to go. I ended up taking a dirty car because the process took so long and I had to leave for work. The only employee with a positive experience has been Aisha the Finance lady. Overall, a terrible experience at Mossy. Go elsewhere!!!!!

I decided to get the 3-year warranty, and everything went smoothly at first. A couple of days later, I had an issue with the car that turned out to be the battery. Replacing it fixed the problem, but when I told Mike, he said the battery was brand new and that he would "see" if they could split the $300 cost with me. I also mentioned that my passenger-side door doesn't lock automatically or respond to the lock/unlock buttons--it has to be done manually. He said he would talk to his supervisor and get back to me. I followed up the next week but didn't get a response. Two weeks later, I reached out again and learned that Mike no longer worked there. He gave me Aydin's number, so I texted Aydin right away but never heard back. I also reached out through the Millennium website but still haven't received a response. My husband called last week and was told someone would review the warranty, talk to their supervisor, and set up an appointment for 11/4 (today). When he followed up today, a new person said the same thing--that they'd "get back to us." At this point, I'm just really hoping for some clear communication and resolution. I do really like my car and felt the buying experience itself was great. Mike was attentive and helpful, even checking in those first few days when I had a small issue that was quickly fixed after replacing the battery. That made the later silence especially surprising. I just want my car to be working properly and safely, and to get a little follow-through after what started as a great experience.

He encouraged me to take it for a thorough test drive and never made me feel rushed or pressured. Every question I asked was answered honestly and professionally. Their professionalism, transparency, and customer service exceeded every expectation I had. As the owner of Another Plumber, I rely on dependable vehicles to serve my customers, and I couldn't be happier with this experience. But I kept procrastinating because I couldn't stomach the thought of going to a dealership and spending too much time with the back and forth haggling....Then I read a post on NextDoor where someone raved about using the services of an auto broker named Branco Motors. So I thought to myself, "Why not try them out"? instead of going through the Costco buying service that I'd been contemplating using. I spoke with Grant Ruthenberg and told him the model I was interested in. He explained the he receives a fee from the dealership but he'd be working to get me the best price. He got back to me the very next day with what I was looking for. Ever the skeptic, I ran his proposal and the invoice through ChatGPT and asked if I'd gotten a reasonable deal. ChatGPT answered, "FINAL VERDICT: This is a fair, clean, and pretty good deal. You could spend weeks calling dealers and possibly not do better. You're not being overcharged. The numbers match reality. And the transparency is excellent." So who was I to argue? I told Grant to go ahead with the purchase and he told me the car could be delivered the next day. I was informed about the ETA of delivery and given a more precise ETA as they had more info (the car was coming from Riverside and I'm in Bonita). Grant had me sign the paperwork and explained what I was signing when questions arose. I gave him the check and then we went out, sat in the SUV and he explained all the new features. He set up the Apple CarPlay and paired my garage door opener so that I no longer had to use the remote. When I no longer had questions about the Palisade he graciously moved my very heavy dog crates to the new car! Above and beyond! This is the best car buying experience I've had in my 71 years and I will be recommending Branco Motors to anyone in the market for a new car.

Dear friends: I just…read morewant to recommend a business to you in San Diego and tell you why. The name of the business is Cyrus auto sales in Kearny Mesa. I first met the owner Dan about six years ago. When I was looking for a Prius. I realized he was a wonderful human being, but he didn't have the car in his lot that I was looking for and subsequently bought elsewhere. My daughter Casey also bought a Prius elsewhere but a few months into her purchase had a problem with the battery , I remembered Dan and took the car to him $600 later Casey had essentially a brand new lithium battery installed in her Prius. Those are the ones that you've heard can cost to $3000. He did it for $600 (replacing only bad cells)and the car ran beautifully. A couple of days ago my Prius started making the most God awful noise and shuttered to beat the band. I had an appointment in El Centro and asked a mechanic down there to look at it and he said it's in the engine. We're gonna have to get a new engine for you if you want to do that it'll be about $1500, 2500 to 3000 installed. I started looking for a new car and then I remembered Dan. I took the car in to Dan told him my tail of whoa. The car has now been driven 150 miles with this banging. Dan said I'll have my mechanic look at it and see what we can do. He said I would not put a new engine in it. It's too expensive not really cost-effective if I can fix it I will. If not, I will tell you . Today ( I took it in yesterday ) I'm picking up my car today for a total price of $300. My issue resolved. This is an honest man with a small business and if you're in need of a car or service, give Dan a call. You'll be doing yourself and Dan a service. 858-277-1028.

This review is 8 months over due…read more WARNING: if you ever want to get a used car through Cyrus Autosales, it pays to go to Toyota San Diego and speak to the manager there. Though you've to fork money out to have them do a safety/pre-buyers inspection on the car. If I had done that, I wouldn't have bought this car from this dealership at all. Dan passed off the visual inspection sheet from Toyota as a safety inspection sheet. That in itself is FRAUD and something that I actually consulted an auto fraud lawyer about. For starters , when I got my car and took it to AAA less than 12 hours after picking up and paying $10,200 for the car, it was leaking coolant and 2 error codes- one for the 12 volt and the other for the engine came up. Dan CLAIMED that the AAA auto repair shop I went to didn't know what they were doing. The window gears were also noisy and parts of the cars rubber were melted due to heat damage. The dash screen was also very brown due to heat damage. A Toyota estimate to fix that screen was between $1500-4000. Dan replaced the melted hatch back handle and fixed the leaking coolant but didn't address the noisy gears or the error codes. To compound issues, within 3 weeks of buying the car, my combination meter started malfunctioning. This happens when the combination meter blacks out (the part that shows speeds and hazard lights) and you are not able to turn your car on and off. Over the next 3 weeks it got so bad to the point that I could not drive the car to classes as it would not turn off. Dan OFFERED TO FOOT PART OF A BACK ALLEY FIX WITH A Junkyard Prius' COMBINATION METER. I refused as that would alter the odometer and have no guarantees of an actual fix. As such I ended up having to tow my car to Toyota San Diego for service. Turns out the same error codes pulled up by AAA were pulled up by Toyota. My coolant valve was not properly supplying my engine with coolant and that's why my engine light kept coming up and one of the two error codes was for that. At that point I couldn't drive my car anymore as it would not even turn on. The other error code was because my 12 Volt was fried and needed to be replaced. In the process of Toyota replacing my combination meter, most of the frames holding my aircon vents crumbled and they had to replace all the vents. To sum it up, within 6 weeks of purchasing my car, I had to spend almost $1800 just to make this car safe to drive. I also found out that I overpaid for the car as when I tried to sell the car to Carmax even after fixing all the problems, they only offered me a paltry $5k for everything. I was told by the manager that they wouldn't sell my car for more than $8k (vs the $10,200 I paid). As such, I have decided to retain this car even with more potential problems due to the car's poor maintenance prior to me buying it. He also sold me a regular Prius control instead of a smart key which is what my car uses. If he were truly that "Prius expert" he calls himself, surely he would not have sold me the wrong key. I did return that key to him. Please be careful if you'd like to buy a used Prius from him. Don't let these nice reviews fool you. Speak to Toyota San Diego about the car you are considering from him.

I came into the dealer to inquire about purchasing a Cullinan and potentially searching for a Pre Owned Mulsanne. I DO NOT recommend Mission Bay Chevrolet…read more I brought my Chevrolet in because it was misfiring and not running correctly. I paid dealership prices because I believed the dealership would have the expertise to properly diagnose and repair the issue. As a Chevrolet owner, I thought I would be treated fairly and could trust the advice I was being given. After paying for the repair, my car was still grinding, struggling to accelerate, and driving noticeably worse than it had before. I told them exactly that. I explained that I was having to floor the accelerator just to merge onto the freeway and that the car could barely make it up hills. These were not normal characteristics of my vehicle, and I knew it because I had been driving it for years. I was told that everything was normal and that "that's just how this car runs." It wasn't. Not long afterward, the vehicle DIED WHILE I DRIVING IT on the FREEWAY in THE FLOW OF traffic, creating a dangerous situation that could have been avoided if my concerns had been taken seriously in the first place. What frustrates me most is not that a repair didn't work. Cars are complicated, and mistakes happen. What frustrates me is being told that obvious symptoms were normal when they clearly weren't. I knew something was wrong. I said something was wrong. They dismissed my concerns, and I ended up paying the price for it. To add insult to injury, Mission Bay Chevrolet seemed to believe that providing a loaner vehicle (THE SECOND TIME they took my vehicle) was sufficient to make up for the situation. It wasn't. A loaner vehicle does not change the fact that I paid for a repair that did not fix the problem, and then had to PAY AGAIN after my I was assured my vehicle was operating normally when it wasn't, and later found myself stranded because the issue had never actually been resolved. Looking back, I wish I had gone to a reliable independent shop instead. I paid more for the dealership because I thought I was paying for expertise and trustworthy advice. Instead, I left feeling like my concerns were ignored and that the information I was given could not be trusted. To be honest, this happened about two years ago, and I'm still irritated every time I drive past the dealership. Not because the repair failed, but because they were not straight with me. If they had acknowledged that they weren't sure what was causing the issue, I could have respected that. Instead, they repeatedly told me the vehicle was fine when it wasn't. For anyone considering bringing their vehicle here, my experience was that the service was expensive, the diagnosis was unreliable, and customer concerns were dismissed even when they turned out to be completely valid.
