Careful when ordering online. I ordered a 14in medium pizza, but since I selected gluten free what I got was a 10in pizza. Upon calling the store I was told that the glutton free only comes in one size. That's fine, but that's not how the website advertises it. I was told that I was overcharged and they will try to take it off my bill. I asked if I could just have what I wanted and what I thought ordered, a 14in pizza instead of the partial refund. I was told that would be no problem. 5 minutes later I get a call from the manager, Freddy. "We can send you another pizza but you'll have to pay for it." What? Your website says ---- "We don't have any control over our website." Interesting. Unfortunately this stores management attitude seems like it's not their problem that their customer was misinformed 3 times during this transaction. I hope to get in touch with the owner regarding Freddys performance. 1st time customer and last time customer. Kind of stinks because the food was actually pretty good. read more

My husband and I recently moved to Poway from downtown San Diego and I think we've found our new favorite spot for pizza in the county! The pizza is absolutely delicious. Our go-to's are the San Diegan, Espinacas or a good old fashioned Pepperoni. We've also enjoyed the salads and chicken wings. Cooked to perfection every time and the staff we talk to everytime are great too! Always on time with the delivery/earlier than expected. We prefer to order delivery directly from Pacific Pizza versus using a meal delivery service. read more

San Diego is never short of pizza supplies, but you can easily miss this great pizzeria in Poway. It is next to the popular Pancake house. The pizzas served here is even better than the pancakes next door. When you see people waiting in long line for pancakes, you really want to persuade them come to the next door for pizza. The cheesy meaty pizza coming freshly from oven is such a treat for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Plus it is only $5 for two large slices, enough for adult in a hungry morning. read more

A few days ago I tried the Stromboli. I got it with cheese,extra onion extra mushrooms as well as yellow peppers. It came with a side of marinara sauce. Needless to say it was absolutely delicious and reminded me of some of the Italian restaurants that I had Stromboli's many years ago back east. I would definitely highly highly recommend. The good news, it arrived fast. The bad news ... wrong pizza twice in a row, they came back the 2nd time still with the wrong pizza, although wrong in an entirely different way. I will never cook again! I was feeling overwhelmed in the midst of throwing a birthday party and decided I would have the food catered. John and Freddy were so helpful when I stopped by to try a slice. They helped me determine how much I would need and suggested a few different pizzas for the crowd. It was delicious and everyone asked to take home the left overs. The salads were amazingly fresh with quality ingredients. The salad dressing may be my all time favorite. This place is super chill. My buddy referred me to come here and I'm really happy since my normal place closed down. They have excellent by the slice deals and lunch specials. My Family and I have been waiting for a pizza place near us to open. We did not know that it would be so good. Starting with the pizza it is the best I have ever had. The crust was cooked to perfection and the cheese was stringy just how it is supposed to be. My favorite part of the dish was the sauce. You could tell within the first bite that the sauce was fresh. It was not overpowering and had a subtle sweetness. I do not know how the delivery is because we have not ordered it that way but all the people who say the pizza is bland do not know what pizza is. Pizza is supposed to be simple that's what makes it great it is supposed to be flavorful and Pacific Pizza meets that.
