We went to so many bakeries in search of the perfect wedding cake, and in the end, Pacific Ranch Market bakery won by a mile. The experience from cake tasting to wedding day was perfect. For the cake tasting, Carmen gave us different individual containers for cake flavor, filling, frosting, whipped cream, etc and we had the chance to pair different combinations. We requested to have fresh strawberries, and they were able to incorporate them. They also added white chocolate curls which made our cake super pretty. On the morning of the wedding day, our friend dropped off flowers and they decorated the cake beautifully. They were also able to deliver to the venue seamlessly and in time for the reception. They even baked us a mini cake to take home. As for the market itself, this is a neighborhood grocery store, and you can find unique ingredients here. Their prepared food is really good as well.

I ordered a birthday cake for my granddaughter's birthday. It was absolutely the best cake I've ever tasted. It was also beautifully decorated. Thank you Pacific Ranch Market

Wonderful little market in Orange with a good selection of quality groceries and food! I stopped by while out in the area, and was impressed by the selection of hot foods, sushi, and the juice bar! I think it was unique because of the seating area so you can enjoy all of your food right then and there. I think the prices were a bit high, so I'm not sure when to go to this spot unless I'm in the area. Great vibes anyway, and I had a great time checking it out.

He was also a sushi chef so I got the best of both worlds!

Got a tuna sandwich and didn't want bread. I was okay with lettuce and he asked if cucumber was okay and I said "sure!" It came out yummy, refreshing and fancy!

Juices! Today it was buy one get one free!

The carnitas themselves are the star--tender, juicy pork that's been slow-cooked to perfection with that signature crispy edge on some pieces, delivering rich, savory flavor without being overly greasy. It's seasoned just right, with a nice balance of porky goodness and subtle spices that let the meat shine. Wrapped in a large, fresh flour tortilla (they make their own in-house, which always helps), it's stuffed generously with the classics: fluffy Mexican rice, creamy refried or whole beans (depending on your preference, but both work great), chopped onions, cilantro, and a solid dose of salsa. I went with their green salsa for a bright, tangy kick that cuts through the richness perfectly, plus a dollop of sour cream and cheese for that creamy melt. No skimping on portions here--it's hearty and filling, easily a meal that satisfies for hours. At around $10 (give or take, based on current pricing), it's a great value in the area. The burrito holds together well without falling apart mid-bite, and the overall balance of textures--tender meat, soft rice/beans, crisp onions--makes every mouthful enjoyable. If you're in the mood for classic carnitas done right in a casual, bakery-taqueria spot with great salsas and a friendly vibe, this one's definitely worth grabbing. I'd rate it 4.5 out of 5--only docking half a point because it's not reinventing the wheel, but it's executing the traditional style exceptionally well. Highly recommend if you're near 728 N Tustin St in Orange! Pair it with an horchata, yum

We came with my daughter and I asked how small was the mini bean and cheese burrito and he just had this look like are you serious?? what great people skills. second, the food tasted alright. everything was dry I guess that's what's to expect when everything is under heat lamps and not made fresh. we ordered the 4 taquitos plate , the chicken was so dry and the torta de tamal and that was even drier. 10/10 would NOT recommend.

I was originally tempted to stay for churros, but the girls wanted to explore the Packing House, and this turned out to be a great choice! After walking around and checking out all the dessert options, we came back to Parfait Paris. Everything in the display case looked beautiful, making it hard to decide. I ordered the Káiser, and it was as pretty as it was delicious. The combination of marzipan and fresh strawberries was unique, balanced, and not overly sweet. It was freshly made, beautifully presented, and definitely satisfied my sweet tooth. Everyone in our group enjoyed their desserts, and it was the perfect way to end a graduation celebration. The staff was friendly, the desserts came out quickly, and the quality was excellent. If you're visiting the Anaheim Packing House and looking for a delicious dessert or a sweet treat after dinner, Parfait Paris is absolutely worth stopping by. We'll definitely be back!

I also didn't appreciate the attitude given when we asked for separate boxes for this and a slice of cake. Not sure if they were having a bad day or what, but we were delivering the slice to a family member in a nursing home and it was awkward to do this in the single box. I was going to let this go, but the dry bread pudding when I finally got home reminded me....

Usually parking here isn't too bad if you're staying for less than an hour and easy to walk over to the dessert shop. Baked Banhs is located in the 4th street food market, one of the first shops you'll see if you're coming from the parking lot. Note the hours before you come (for instance, they're closed on Sundays and Mondays). And note that they seem to usually sell out of certain items by the days end. We've tried a number of different items here now including four of their canelés and their basque cheesecake. The cheesecake was solid. But we really loved their canelés. They are soft/moist on the inside with a nice crunch. And the different flavors really come through. Our favorite is the black sesame - not only is there black sesame peppered on the top but also in the center with a nice black sesame cream. It's so good and delicious. Four canelés cost $16 and thought they were well worth the price. Again, it's so sad to hear that Baked Banhs is closing soon so if you're a fan of canelés or other desserts, recommended to come sooner than later to try this out! We really hope they reopen again elsewhere or do a lot of pop-ups soon.
