I purchased a new kitchen faucet with the help of Cooper Ensign at Pacific Sales in Brea November 2024. A friend installed it and after a little research online realized it was lacking two parts that would stabilize it securely. I emailed Cooper just before I left town stating exactly what was needed with part numbers & and online illustration asking him to please contact the maker and have them sent to me at no additional cost to me and then left town to celebrate Christmas with family. Just left this location 5/1/25. My husband and I were excited based on reviews to shop at this store. We walked in no one acknowledged us when we entered. We are nearing the end of construction and ready to spend a few thousand dollars, for 3 full bathrooms, shower fixtures, cabinets, tubs... the works. Unfortunately we left, after walking around looking for about 20 minutes not a single employee approached us. We counted about 10 employees sitting some on computers others talking in a group. There was only one consumer and us the entire store. Too bad someone missed out on a good commission. We ended up at BJ discount in Garden Grove, great customer service. read more
