I have been coming here for years so they were the obvious choice for when my car needed new tires. Ordered the tires and went in on a Saturday afternoon to have all 4 changed...they did it on the spot within 20 mins and the cost was almost half of what I was quoted at the more well known auto service shops. I will definitely keep coming back and highly recommend this place for any tire needs. You don't have to waste all day dropping off your car or waiting hours for them to finish. Most tire places you have to wait over an hour, even schedule an appointment and then they try to oversell you and get you to spend a lot of money. Not here. Pacific tire service have never tried to upsell me on anything or drive a deal and I have never had to wait. I show up, tell them what I would like and they do it quick. Went today, on a Sunday with my husband with the plan to purchase a new tire. He called the shop beforehand, on our way over. The gentleman quoted $70 out the door (new tire, installation, and balance). We pulled up to the shop and immediately, a gentleman stood up from his chair to approach us. We left very happy. Fast, friendly, reasonable. We expected to purchase a tire and the gentleman suggested he patch it up instead. They definitely were not pushing us to make a buck. We spent way less than we expected. Called ahead of time inquired about two used tires for car. The man said they said my size and quoted me $80. I pull up today and was immediately greeted and work was started on my car. Great speedy service, got my tire fixed for $10 in less than 10 minutes. They didn't try to haggle with me or sell me anything I didn't need. Very honest and explained what the potential problems might be to patchy a tire vs getting a new one. Turns out my tire had a lot of tread on it and a small patch would save the tire. I went to another shop near by and they would patch my tire because they said they didn't want to be liable or some bull shit like that. This place had no problem fixing the problem. It's been about three months now and the tire is still doing great. Will return to get four new tired probably end of this year. read more

Very very poor quality tires I wouldn't recommend! Aside of that the guys look like they just want to slap any tire on and get you out of there! Only so you can return back the next day because the tire popped in the free way this was the second chance I gave them ..before that the first tire I got was leaking air through cracks .. the tire looked perfect from the outside but the middle has wires coming out and in very bad quality! Good and affordable prices for tires, depending who's working they try to up the price saying it's the "best" they can do right now. Negative, ask for the owner he helps everyone out. One guy tried to charge me 80 for two used tires on my Honda but the owner charged 60 the last time I went. All employees need to be on the same page. And stop trying to over charge women. It's played out. Women are becoming more knowledgeable about cars, we know a bad deal when we see one. And no I definitely did not pay 80 for those tires. read more
