I lived at these apartments for a year between 2017 - 2018. I loved my unit because it was on the edge, right in front of the pool view and close to the gym. The unit itself had good square footage, huge bedroom, large closets, and was very clean when initially rented. Other than that, the unit had a basic kitchen, living room, bathroom and bedroom set up. It would be nice not to have carpet anymore, as it gets dirty and I would suggest that they convert every unit to at least laminate. The appliances were good throughout the year though. The pool was one of my favorite amenities. Unfortunately I wasn't able to use it as much during the winter season, but I did use it a few times. It is cleaned regularly and not overly crowded even in peak months. The building is well maintained by the nice facilities team, everyday, and the offices are nearly always open for any issues. Had great experiences with the manager Amy and also Kim, and Laurie when I first moved in. We had two cars, one in the garage and the other street parking. None had issues. Parking is always available in the surrounding streets/neighborhood. The dog park adjacent in the back by Clark was nice for our two dogs. The neighborhood has a lot of options for food and shopping, though not so much walking distance. But even walking distance you can get to some pretty good options. We had a couple of pets that affected our deposit, but overall it felt fair given the work they had to do, and also given the low deposit needed for entry into the lease. I'd recommend it for professionals or students. It was quiet, chill, no issues, drama, etc. The notices they place on the door are understandable for any things that violate certain rules. When I moved out they made up things about my apartment in order to keep my entire deposit and not only my deposit charged me an additional $800 claiming all kinds of nonsense . Having to resurface my bathtub ?? Ridiculous, saying it needed new carpet when all they had to do is clean which is what are suppose to do .. charged me to repaint counter tops in the kitchen when I didn't even cook there . Horrible experience. Lived here for two years. Two motorcycles stolen and car broken into. After moving out I received a bill stating I owe more than $200 for water fee (which is ridiculous). The realty here is that there are laws to protect tenant rights. Code violations are abundant here. The most horrible management that I've ever seen my whole life. They are accusing my fiance all the time instead of taking any action to fix the problem. It's already a month that my fiance moved to my house while he wasn't able to cook in his own kitchen because of the roaches. The smell of the chemicals on his appartement is terrible. We went there with my family to help him out to save some of his furnitures & they werent able to stay inside of appartement for 30 min. Good luck to people who will rent this appartement. You can smell all chemicals from the walls. He is still paying for an empty appartement full of roaches & finally this will be the last month he will pay for something that it wasnt his fault. I've been telling them since March (Pandemic Lockdown) that this place is filthy, and they CAN do something about it. Nope, they want to wash their hands and tell you every reason in the book why they CAN'T do something, instead of telling you what they CAN do. I am so disgusted. I haven't even had the place for 12 hours and i'm already having issues with the cleanliness of the place. PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Western National Property management is the most unethical business I have ever dealt with. I moved in a year ago to apartment P207. When summer came around our apartment got severely infested with cockroaches. Mind you I am the CLEANEST person and have never dealt with such an issue. I put in a maintenance request on June 23, 2019 and did not receive a treatment until 23 days prior. Management refused to bomb the apartment and only did 'spot' treatments which made the infestation move to my bedroom and living room area. I eventually got ill from treatments that were scheduled every week. They were nesting in our brand new stainless steel refrigerator. I have now moved to a different apartment and have thrown out $5,142.51 of property (still counting) due to how severe this infestation was. Antiquated apartment complex with annoyingly strict rules on what you can have on your porch. You will not likely get your deposit back, rather the apartment will charge you in addition to taking your deposit. Within the garage, my car got broken into 3 times, and bikes stolen. At the end of your year lease, they will increase your rent a minimum of 35$ per month. Studio apartment ran at 1415 by the end of my stay. The only positive about this place is the single parking spot you are assigned and pool area, for which closes at 10:30 PM. I do not recommend living here. read more

Where do I begin????? Be patient with my long post. It was super easy to apply here which was nice cause I had never lived on my own and didn't have enough credit to be accepted anywhere else. Getting accepted and moving in was really easy. After all of the new exciting parts of moving out on your own wore off, reality hit me. This was gonna be a terrible place to live. A few weeks after I moved in, a VIOLENT CRIME was committed and the fire department/police were involved. After inquiring to management about this incident I was given NO INFORMATION whatsoever. Like literally none. They told me they didn't know anything. So I went outside and talked to a police officer and they gave me some info. I should have left then but I still had 11 months on my lease agreement. For the next 8/9/10 months I was pretty content. I had my own parking spot, rent was easy to pay online, there are a few laundry centers and even a workout facility which was awesome. What bothered me is when I moved in I was given an OPTION on whether or not I wanted to let management into my apartment when I wasn't around if there were repairs to be done. I opted out because I have two cats that like to escape. Whenever something needed to be done they would give me a time frame for me to let them into my home.... 9-5. This time frame was super inconvenient to anyone with a job. So when I said that didn't work for me, ladies at the front would almost harass me...telling me they were gonna go into my house even if I wasn't there and even telling me to put my cats in crates for the WHOLE DAY until they came. Not okay. I wish they were a lot more accommodating. What happened next led me to move out a MONTH AND A HALF early. I lived in a studio which was about $1435 with 2 cat deposits (suuuuper overpriced for a studio. you can still find affordable studio apartments in LB if you look hard enough). Living in small quarters was difficult because condensation would happen really quick if you took showers, which obviously I would. So within a small amount of time my apartment started to grow MOLD on all openings to doors and windows. GROSS. I cleaned it several times before going to management. They sent someone to look and help "clean it" (painting over it, lol) but by this time it literally made me sick. I'd wake up in the morning with sore throats, sinus issues, etc etc. I moved out a month and a half early because I couldn't handle anymore of this nonsense. So I gave management the correct amount of time in advance to tell them I was moving out. I told them I was already moving my stuff out and I had a month left on my agreement. They said nothing. BUT when it was the day before my last day, a very nice gentleman in maintenance told me that if I wasn't living there and someone expressed an interest in taking my apartment, I could have gotten a REFUND OF THAT ENTIRE MONTHS RENT. Of course management didn't tell me that because they want their money. $1435 down the drain. I found an incredible one bedroom apartment right on the beach for a cheaper price with an amazing property management company. I lived here for almost 5 years and moved out in May 2014. When I moved in, Pacific View was really nice, quiet, and affordable. But in the last two years, it really went downhill. The problem is that over the last few years, it essentially became off campus housing for CSULB, which means loud, inconsiderate neighbors (take a look at the trash on any given day/night. It's often overflowing for days.... and many people just use the laundry room as a dumpster). It felt more like a giant dorm versus a "luxury" apartment complex as it's billed. If you're a college student and can afford it, move in. If not, keep looking because you will be miserable. The maintenance staff is great, but severely overworked. I had several problems with my neighbor above me who would leave his bathroom sink on and the water would leak down through the walls and damage the walls/carpeting in my unit. At one point, I had a three-foot by two-foot exposed hole in my bathroom wall for six weeks while I waited for it to be fixed. I documented it in photos and sent it to the corporate office. From them I received zero response. At one point, they plugged in an industrial strength dryer for my soaked carpet (again, from the asshole above me). The front office assured me that they would assist with my electric bill. Once again, no response when it came time to back up what they promised. At one point, a note was left on my door by management claiming that the condition of my unit my not acceptable (this, by the way after leaving multiple holes in my bathroom walls for WEEKS due to my neighbor's negligence). When I went to the office to see what they had documented and what the problem was, they could produce nothing. No photos. No notes. Nothing. Which is funny because my unit was always kept up. My theory is that they wanted to find a way to get me out because my unit was renting for much lower than what the other studios were going for at the time. For this, I have as much documented proof as they did that there was a problem... so, if that's good enough for them, it's good enough for me. On more than one occasion, I came home at 6am after working graveyard shifts to find someone in my parking spot. I was told by the contracted security company that they WOULD NOT tow the vehicle even when I said I would authorize the tow because of the time of day. When I contacted the office about this, they apologized and said that shouldn't have happened and that the car should have been towed... but when it happened again two weeks later, I received the same response from both the front office and security company. Finally, on my walk through when I was moving out, I was told by the head of the maintenance crew that because I was there for so long, that the only thing that would be taken from the deposit would be a basic cleaning fee. He told me this in my unit after inspecting it. But when I got my deposit back (several weeks late, by the way), it was over $150 short for a "cabinet fee." When I called the office to inquire about this, they basically said "tough shit" and advised that I shouldn't have been told that. read more

I've read people's reviews on other sites about the office staff, but I never had a problem with them. I actually found them friendly and helpful. And, I must say.... when I first looked at the apartment, it was indeed super clean. A few reviewers on another site have mentioned the noise. Yes, the partying people were very annoying, and I had to call the police twice in the year I lived there for very loud parties that lasted into the morning. It was very, very annoying trying to get a decent night's sleep there to be ready for work in the morning. However, it surprises me that no one on this site has said anything about the slamming doors. It was weird to me how just about EVERYONE felt compelled to SLAM their door, no matter what time of day or night. No consideration for others. Especially, unfortunately for me, my next-door neighbor, who would CONSTANTLY SLAM his door, as loud as possible, and then deny it. Of course, it ended up being my word against his, and he was obviously a pathological liar. Also unfortunate for me was the fact that, as I would be writing or reading in my apartment, I could hear him talking (loudly) to himself, saying things like "Democrats are so stupid. They don't know how to read something and comprehend what they've read." Then he'd repeat it three more times. He'd also say, "All American journalists should be shot. They'll shake your hand and pee on your shoe." But the best was when he'd say, over and over again, that "Jay Jay was the funniest one on Good Times. Jay Jay was the funniest one on Good Times." Then he'd leave and SLAM his door. Loser. Basically, I had to suffer for this guy having no life. Apparently, there was nothing I could do about the slamming.... it was his word against mine. Aside from a particular washing machine on my floor being broken almost the ENTIRE time I lived there and the fact that the building had no policy for recycling, most of my complaints have to do with the tenants... loud parties even on weeknights, door slamming, people chasing each other and yelling at each other up and down the hallway at all hours of the night, people leaving trash sitting outside their doors because they're too lazy to walk it down to the trash chute, people smoking in the elevators, people trying to stuff boxes into the trash chute instead of walking them downstairs to the dumpster, etc. This is certainly not the place for a quiet, clean, responsible, conscientious tenant to live. You'll be surrounded by people who don't give a you-know-what. But if you're a partier who doesn't care about noise or inconsiderate people, this place is perfect! I've since moved into a back house in a great neighborhood, paying $280 a month less in rent, with electricity, water, Internet and cable (with DVR) included. Needless to say, I'm MUCH happier in my new place than I was in Pacific View. read more

This place is awful and overpriced, avoid at all costs. Management is rude and don't care about tenants at all. If there is an issue, they will refuse to take responsibility. There are roaches both inside units and in common areas and they never do anything about them. Half of the washers and dryers don't work but you won't know until you've already paid for the wash cycle. They keep adding more layers of paint to the units so that cabinets/shelves are tacky to the touch and then charge tenants a repainting fee when they move out. Only lived here a year and would never have moved in had I known how terrible this place is. There are plenty of better options in the area. read more

PROS: Safe, clean, laundry machines everywhere, Garbage disposals everywhere, mostly young residents, quiet most of the time. Balcony, and gated parking. CONS: Thin walls, I can hear when people walk past my door very clearly. and price. You pay for what you get with this place. On paper it sounds pricey at first, but it comes with very good amenities, such as a pool, small workout room, and a little common area to hang out. For people that are concerned about the safety or the safety of their car. this place is one the safest apartment complexes in Long Beach. Unlike Beverly Plaza, Park Avenue, and Crossings at the Bay, This complex does not have security walking around at night. Thats because people don't really have huge parties in this complex, and it is also very safe at night. The Balcony is really nice for me because I like to smoke, but I don't want to smoke inside my apartment, so being able to smoke on my balcony is nice. read more

This is the worst place for anyone can live in. I would give it no star at all if I could. Walls are thin. You can hear people's conversation , and other "activities". They took all my deposit even when I had not even used the kitchen stove at all. They charge me for them painting over the walls that not needed to be painted. They charge me for them cleaning the carpet ( pretty much $1k) to have it steam cleaned. Trash dumpster is always packed with trash (everyday!!). Since I moved here 8 months ago, the SPA and the pool is been closed twice for 2 months each time for repairs. The workers drilled 4 days on the row. The level of noise was too laugh that I have to move in to a hotel. I couldn't open a window without getting layers of dust. When I came back I found another note at my door to let us know that will be with out of electricity a couple of days!! We have ROACHES coming out of the outlets. The front door is always open and the building is always dirty. It tooked them 2 months to fix a dryer machine in the laundry room. Overall the worst place!!! This review is mainly about the office staff. If I could rate just the staff, I'd give the apartment 5 stars! They're always very nice and a pleasure to work with. From the Maintenance Supervisor, Renee, to the management staff including, Kim Ross and Jenny, these folks are very helpful when it comes to customer service, response time and accountability. They're just so pleasant! I've stayed on the property for over two years and I must say that the studios are very nice for the cost and are nice floor plans. I'm now staying in a one bedroom and I have a huge balcony, carpet and hardwood floor throughout the apartment. The apartments are pricey, but the customer service, location to the freeway and amenities (including a small gym) make it sort of worth the cost. I recommend this property to singles and couples, since the property is very quiet. The walls are a bit thin but we have good neighbors so it doesn't really matter. They have a large parking lot underneath the building with several elevators going directly down to the lot making my stay a nice convenience. Thanks to the staff, my experience has been great! Don't expect a security deposit back. In fact expect to OWE them money. I paid a $400 security deposit for my cat (not including the original security deposit) and an additional $35 for rent per month. Basically since we had a pet on file they took it as an opportunity to overcharge us. They hired a carpet company that claimed our entire carpet needed to be replaced for over $700. Keep in mind we didn't even live here for a year. They will also charge for normal tear and wear. Basically our charges accumulated to about $2,000 and now we "owe" $600. When they did the move out inspection the carpet was never deemed an issue. I also wanted to get as much as my deposit back and I was worried about some charcoal stains so I had rented a carpet cleaner from Home Depot and deep cleaned the entire carpet, which removed the stains I was initially worried about. We called the office and they are not willing to work with us. We also have receipts (carpet cleaner rental, pictures, inspection paper) but they still refuse to work with us. Just your typical case of landlords screwing over working class people! Rent was also $1,700 for a 1 bedroom when we moved in now it's over $2,100 for a 1 bedroom (this increase happened within a 1 year span). read more

So I had lived in these apartments for 2 years I started with the older management and they were super nice and kept good communications within the year new management took over and I would like to say they were rude and not very welcoming. So fake I would Hear them walking people through the apartments saying how nice it was and how all the apartments were vacant which was such a lie I saw so many people move in and out of those Apartments . Another thing is the pricing is way too high for those old apartments. It was a good location but not worth it and every year they would go up hundreds of dollars on my Rent and I would go and fight it because i know long beach doesn't have rent control but you can't go up that high on someone who was paying 1150 for a studio then 1200 then 1500 then 1700!!! I finally gave up and when my lease was about to be up I let them know 30 days ahead like I was told on my lease and I had let Them know I found an apartment and moving out in the middle of the month since that's when exactly I moved into their apartment but of course the lady was rude and said she can't prorate and I still have to pay in full.. So I did and was hoping To get my security deposit back and got 40.55 back.... I was furious since I had already paid for the place I wasn't even living in they took away from counter tops and For things that are wear and tear In apartments yet they still have the nerve to have there rude attitude and say they Won't settle for more I get what I get from them! I would never recommend living here not Only is those stories I have many more where there was a homeless lady sleeping where the laundry Room is and she was taking me and my boyfriends clothes and running down the street with them!!! Of course I tell management the next day and they say they were gunna do something about it and yet the homeless lady was back which I don't know how she got in since there "security " for the apartments. And she stole Again so my boyfriend took the situation in his hands to call the police to keep this lady from coming into the property and stealing not only ours but neighbors clothes as well!!! So management was no help but thank you to officer made sure she has a warrant and not allowed back. This apartment complex is HORRIBLE. Firstly, it's ridiculously overpriced. I'm paying $1200 for a studio apartment. I would say that it's in a nice location, but it's not. I can hear the cars driving by PCH and Clark every day. You're honestly better off finding a smaller apartment or duplex off the many side streets in long beach. I thought I would be in good hands, since Pacific View Apartments is owned by Western National Property, but I couldn't have been more wrong. Secondly, management is uncaring, rude, and manipulative. I have seen 3 new property managers within the last 2 years. They act like you can approach them with any concerns or problems, but they don't do anything about it. They are also NEVER in the office. Sidenote: if you do end up choosing this apartment complex, don't give them permission to enter the apartment without your consent. My neighbor once came home to a messy apartment (not by her doing) and they snooped through my apartment on water heater inspection day (and wrote me up for babysitting my sister's cat). Thirdly, the walls are paper thin. You can hear EVERYTHING your neighbors are saying and when they walk by your door. Fourthly, they have ridiculous rules and restrictions. I recycle, but they won't let me keep my recycling bags outside on MY patio, which I pay $1200 a month for! They even made me take down my Christmas lights. What kind of management is against healthy religious expression during such a happy time of year? In summary, do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY from this apartment complex. pick somewhere else to live. ive been living at the apartments for about 7 months. within the first month there was a water leak that ruined everything in my kitchen. which they wouldn't replace. manager thida handled it very rudely at the time and didn't make any contact with me when I needed to make arrangements for a hotel and then when I finally found her in her office she told me "she doesn't have to justify her actions to me" everytime I call the office to make a maintenance call, I have to wait a week or two maybe even three weeks to get it done, and its not the maintenance guys faults the office workers forget to tell them, i have to repeatedly call the office and remind them to get anything done.i would say customer service isn't vey good, they only seem eager to help new people that want to move in, instead of making their residents happy. also, if you want to live here longer once your lease is up, they raise your rent! why would they raise rent for someone who wants to give them business longer? the don't let you keep anything on your balcony, not even temporarily (for an hour) like if your moving furniture or something. recently, for the second time there has been a pipe problem where they had to cut open the ceiling in my kitchen. such a inconvenience, and it smells. I asked the current manger KIM for her supervisors number or to give him my number in an email so he can contact me, she refused numerous times, her excuse was that he wasnt in the office, then yelled at me and told me to get out of her office!! so unprofessional and rude!! this is 2 out of 2 managers who have been rude, seems to me that this company had a bad hiring process and very poor customer service for current residence. also, every year they have some big "corporate meeting" where all the corporate people all come and walk around to see the condition of the building. this is the only time everything in the apartments common areas are in tip top shape. otherwise the halways are dirty, the paint is chipped off everywhere, lights are out, steps are damaged and broken off. holes in walls, the list could go on. the only reason I give it 1 star is for Renee hes always been very friendly and helpful. read more

I absolutely loved living in Pacific View. As a student at CSULB, I'm able to walk to campus from my apartment, take the bus or Beachside shuttle. This place is full of students which makes the atmosphere somewhat of an extension of campus. I've never had a problem and if I did, the office staff were willing to help me right away. The management is awesome and are friendly and willing to help in any way possible. If there were larger apartments here I would be more than ready to stay here for the rest of the time I am in college. Pros: gated parking, laundry rooms on every floor, air conditioning, very quiet, nice kitchen, huge closet, pool, gym and more. Cons: expensive, but totally worth it. My apartment flooded once when it rained, but it was quickly taken care of and i got new carpet out of it. Bathroom is a little tight. All in all I would highly recommend living here. I lived here for a year, moved out in February. My carpet was new and I liked the layout of the apartment, it felt "homey" to me in a sense. However, the cabinets were painted over multiple times causing them to peel and for almost anything to stick to them. The walkways were painted over and were almost ruined immediately when it rained. I guess not everything can be perfect but I think you can get a way better deal for these prices. If you don't have your apartment professionally cleaned and carpets steamed upon move out they will charge you (and from what I hear, even if you do have it done they may charge you, too). I moved out because I was relocating but really I probably wouldn't have stayed because of an incident that happened right before I was leaving. Two of my car windows were smashed and things stolen along with MULTIPLE other cars. Multiple police offers came to the scene. What bothers me most about this is the electric garage door was broken so they left it open. A day or so before, the mailbox's were broken into... so the garage is broken, you have to leave it open, half the mailboxes broken into, multiple homeless people in the area at times, and you don't think "hey let's hire a security guard for a couple nights until we can fix the garage?" They took no responsibility and I left here upset and frustrated. They also sent my deposit to the wrong address so I feel like that means I should have gotten the full refund since it took over 21 days, but who knows. I'm not saying it's the worst place to live (but then again I didn't experience the bug infestations other people have experienced), but I think they could do better. read more

I have been living here for 3 months. So far I am satisfied with the living experience here.I like this place, especially the nice management group. My expectation to an apt is quiet and safe. I was worried when I read the review posted here, but I realized that most of the complaints are about residents who lived here, not management group. Nothing is perfect, I will be fine as long as the leasing office would like to help and the problem could be solved. So I gave it a try. Indeed, the wall is not thick enough and I can hear my neighbor's talk, TV if they are really loud...but after I talked to the manager and they sent a notice, my neighbor became really quiet. I normally spend my days at work, but when I am at home during day time, the whole complex is also quiet. At least during these three months, I did not hear any noise from parties if there were any. Regarding safety, it is a gated complex and even I came back home very late, I feel safe. Again, regarding the noise complained by other residents, I guess it really depends on who your neighbor is/are. The manager is really nice and helpful for any reasonable requests. She is always willing to provide any help she could. And the leasing office also take care of all the packages. I really enjoy having those nice people work in this complex. Other pros might be the nice pool, spa, bbq place and fitness room, although I seldom use them, they are available. Cons might be the thin wall, but the manager really helped in this case and my neighbor is also reasonable. read more

Horrible place to live in!! My car just got vandalized while parked inside the gated garage. Vandalized as in keyed all around and a huge dent on top of one of the doors (looks like they tried to break into it). The car next to me was also keyed on one side. The same week, someone parked in my "assigned" parking spot so I decided to park in a random spot. Keep in mind the garage is huge and there is plenty of extra parking spots. Well the next morning my car is no where to be found. Management towed it!! I had to pay $220 to get it out. They did NOTHING about my car being vandalized and on top of it, towed my car. They did not bother checking who the car belonged to (they have my car information). Instead, they called a tow truck that was 30 minutes away when they could have called me and the car would have been moved in 2 minutes. These apartments are DEFINITELY NOT worth what they charge. The building is old, anyone gets in the complex even though it is "gated", there are no security cameras anywhere, the AC DOES NOT work (very old and they charge extra an apartment with AC). I have to say that living here was a pleasure. However, leaving was a nightmare. I had just signed my lease and ended up buying a condo right after. I tried to ask that I pay month to month which was offered to me before I signed the lease. I was then told that I could not break my lease and that no exceptions could be made. I was going to be out $2000 to break my lease. I was then told that if I found someone to move in I would only be liable for the time the apartment was vacant. My managers later told me that since I already have to pay till September (through my lease) that my apartment will not be offered first to renters. I also am going to loose money on my deposit as well. Beware! read more

As a former resident of Pacific View, I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience there. I was a resident at Pacific View for my last two years of school at CSULB. I then moved out of town and returned to Long Beach a few years later. Of course I moved back into Pacific View because I knew I'd be happy there and didn't want to bother with the hell of another apartment hunt. I stayed here until just a few months ago, when my work took me back out on the road. My move-out was so smooth that I felt compelled to come to Yelp and leave them a positive review. I was shocked to find so many low reviews here, but I guess that's par for the course, since most folks don't post to Yelp unless they feel the need to whine about something. First of all, the management team is top-notch. The assistant, Jenny, has always been very helpful to me. They recently hired a new manager, Kim, who is a total pro, very welcoming and always a pleasure to deal with as well. Of course, I didn't have to deal with management much because I didn't have many problems in my years living there. One thing that I can say is that they adhere to the policies listed on their leases pretty strictly. If you have something on your balcony or in the shared hallway that's not supposed to be there, you'll get a notice. That happened to me a couple of times, because (let's face it) we all try to see how much we can get away with. At first I was kind of bugged by this, but it makes sense when you consider that there must be a few hundred balconies in this place, and they have to make everybody follow the same rules or else it's not fair. As you walk around the property, you can understand why this is important. Around Long Beach I remember seeing a lot of apartment buildings with junk all over the balconies, and I took pride in knowing that my building was nice and clean looking from the outside. As far as price goes... yes, $1200 sounds high at first for a one bed... but if you shop around Long Beach you'll quickly discover that the prices are very fair for what you get. The community is landscaped and clean, and the shared areas such as the pool, workout room, and clubhouse make you feel like you're living in a luxury resort. They even throw the residents a party every spring with music and food. Last year they raffled off an awesome bike that I was super bummed to not win! Let's see, what else... Lots of great food within walking distance (see Sushi Studio), well lit covered parking that I always felt very safe in, and centrally located close to everything in the LBC. Overall just a great value in an apartment! read more

I would give this place a no star at all. This complex charge too much for what it really is. The place is on the main busy area. Next door is a Mexican Restaurant, Sushi bar, and a motel. Ive seen homeless person sleep in the front stair. The management cant help you right away when there is a problem in your complex. I hear a child having a tantrum every weekend. Dog barking every weekend. Seems like some owner dont have control of their pets. The trash shoot seems to get full every week and flies and fruit flies everywhere. Be very careful when the management says that you dont need to clean the apt. once you move out and that they will take it out of your deposit. They surely will take it out of your deposit (all of your deposit!!). You'll be left with $50.00, if that. They will charge you with everything. From changing an unuse stove top cover to god knows what. My suggestion is, if you plan to move out, have a professional cleaning people (from rugs to cabinets to paints, etc.) you'll save more money that way and you can fight it in court if the apt. complex states differently. Either that, or you can find a better place around the corner with a better neighborhood and better cost of rent. Good luck. read more
