Finding an in-home sitter for all my critters is nerve-wracking, to say the least. After having a…read morebad experience with a self-employed sitter, spotty availability with another self-employed sitter, and then deciding not to travel altogether, Leila and her amazing team at Precious Pet Care showed me that their high standard of care meant I could be at ease and take vacations again! I was referred to Precious Pet Care by a dog trainer I know. I was interested in their Golden Overnight Care services, a 24-hour service where the sitter is with my babies all day! In particular, my dogs are extremely attached as they are used to coming to work with me and generally being around me 24/7, so this type of sitter service was a must! I was given a link to request a meet & greet and schedule the days a sitter was needed in my home and met with my assigned sitter, Kate, prior to my requested days. Ever the worrier about my dogs, cats, birds, and guinea pigs that I would be apart from, Kate handled my bombarding her with information in good stride. During my vacation, I was pleased to see that she sent numerous photos, videos, and updates daily! Kate made me feel completely at ease while I was away and was such a great communicator. Upon my return, all my critters were happy, and the house was neat and clean! Kate made sure to take the trash out and clean up after herself as well. Truly a 5-star experience! I would highly recommend their Golden Overnight Care services to anyone who wants to enjoy peace of mind on their next getaway! Thank you to Leila, Kate, and the entire Precious Pet Care Team!

Our fur baby is our entire world & having a wedding without him wasn't an option but we also wanted to enjoy the day & remain present; by having Leila, it gave us the freedom to enjoy our day while also having our sweet boy involved in the big moments. Our dog, Dave, was fed, given plenty of water, walked, and even took a nice nap while watching a movie with Leila. As if that wasn't enough, the day after we received multiple updates on how Dave's evening was followed by MANY photos! Our baby boy was given his own personal photoshoot and it truly captured how the day looked from his eyes. I cannot thank Precious Pet Care enough for everything they gave us & Dave on our special day! HIGHLY recommend!

They come to you, which makes the process convenient and helps the trainer work with your dog in the exact environment where the behavior matters most. Katie was professional, patient, and very knowledgeable. She explained everything clearly, tailored the training to my dog's needs, and gave me simple steps to follow between sessions. I saw real progress quickly, and my dog is calmer, more responsive, and much easier to manage day to day. If you are considering dog training, I highly recommend Wolf Girl Canine Club. When you reach out, ask for Katie.

A neighbor recommended Katie of Wolf Girl Canine Club on Nextdoor, and I decided to give training one more shot. Boy, am I glad I did. Katie worked magic with our sled dog. She now expects to play the "heel game" on every walk, and when we run out of treats, she still stays right by my side. What a difference. Walks are now a joy, and the carpal tunnel that I didn't know was caused by the sled dog has eased. I loved how Wolf Girl Canine Club approaches training with kindness and patience - no choke collars, shock collars, or harsh reprimands. Our sweet but stubborn girl heeled because she wanted to. She adored her friend Katie and looked forward to the training sessions. And, while she had suffered from abandonment issues with the other trainer, by the second lesson, she was ignoring us and happily setting off with her new friend. Katie also kept us up to date with photos and even training videos so that we could see er work and follow-up on her progress. This extra effort really helped us stay on track. I recommend Katie and her methods without reservation. Wolf Girl Canine Club will be our first step with future fosters. And, frankly, I cannot wait to see the next transformation. I am so grateful to have found a kind, effective, and thorough trainer.

Our 4 month old puppy, Atlas, had a rough start at life and I was so worried he would lose so much of his progress if we went away, but Mia stepped in and helped out so much with his training and care! He came back such a great walker with good habits and better manners with other pups and people. I met with Mia before deciding to do the board and train and she was so detailed and knowledgeable. It made me feel very comfortable with her and Atlas. We discussed in detail his current training, my goals, and concerns and worries I had, etc. She was very thorough and made sure to keep us updated on his progress while we were away. Could not recommend Mia more for any training or boarding your pup may need!! Next time we are out of town I know where he will be staying!

We ended up going out of town for 10 days and I was unsure who I could trust with our corgi as she is still a work in progress. We decided to board and train her with Mia. While our corgi will always be a unique challenge , I am now much more confident in how to work with her. Mias approach to training truly takes into account the dogs personality and also family dynamic. I'm thankful we found her . She is also available to help post training. No board in train will ever "fix" your dog so as new issues arrive in so thankful to have Mia as a resource to help me problem solve!

Now that I no longer live in my old place or in the area, I feel more comfortable writing this…read more Jeremy walked my dog for a few months after I moved to San Diego. He did a fine job, and I didn't have any major issues. My only issue in the beginning was that he told me AFTER our meet and greet that the time clock for walks starts when he walks into the building. I showed him the entrance closer to my place (which is right by the entrance), but he wasn't using that one at first. While I had wished that he communicated this during our meet and greet, I wasn't upset by it after we had established a steady routine. A few weeks/months after I settled into my new job, I had been granted the ability to work from home full time with a few occasional sporadic days in the office. I texted him to tell him that I won't need a walker after a certain date and explained that I'll be WFH. I even told him that I'd still like to reach out on days I'd have to be in-office. Later that day, he called to "ask" me what he did wrong. His tone was extremely confrontational and aggressive. I reiterated that I don't need a walker anymore because my situation had changed. He kept demanding an explanation. Honestly, I felt really put off by this. I had to tell him several times that it's because the situation had changed and it took multiple attempts to get him off the phone. He kept trying to push me because he didn't seem to believe me. Honestly, I don't care if he did. Before this conversation, I probably would have asked him to walk my dog on the days that I'd be in the office, but this made me so uncomfortable. Over the period of several months, he occasionally texted and/or called to ask me if we had any dog walking needs. I didn't answer, but eventually texted him to tell him that we did not. I understand his wanting a "reason" to try to improve. However, I gave him a reason. And even if I didn't, I don't necessarily owe him one to the point where he has to demand one repeatedly.
