    Awful service. Couldn't take their call at the time they reached out and preferred communication by email. This is the voicemail the guy left when he called back. Unbelievable.

    Scratched up shoe rack

    Worst movers I've ever used in Chicago. AVOID at all costs and be careful. The movers ruined 3 pieces of furniture including my sofa. When I sent pictures of the damage to the owner Dave, he refused to accept any responsibility and was totally unprofessional (kept denying the photo evidence right in front of him and making excuses). When the movers heard about my complaint, one of them called me up and threatened me (said things like "I know where you live" and "you don't know who you're messing with").

    Hi! We hired three guys to pack and load our trailer. We have moved from Philadelphia to Florida to Chicago and were getting the trailer loaded for Texas this time. We know exactly how packing and loading works since we have done this in our three past interstate moves. They gave us an estimate of approx $600 from 10:00 am to 5:00pm. We had already packed all clothes, 90% of kitchen, 100%toys and all small items that were not breakable in the boxes and had kept the boxes in the garage. So it all seemed reasonable to ask them to pack our TVs, China and all furniture carefully and load in the trailer. Dan and Kevin came at 11 am(instead of 10:00 am and third guy missing)and said they did not bring packing supplies as we had decided. Their car stopped working as well when they reached our home. They asked to borrow our car but my husband offered to go with them to U-Haul and they got all the packing supplies. Finally they started at noon. They were on the phone talking not just listening to music and went out and sat in the car etc. multiple times. We tried to reach out to David, their team leader(we were told) who said he was on his way and will reach by 2 pm. David arrived at 3:45 pm and said he couldn't find the third guy. We called all the guys together and said that it is 4pm now and only about 10% of the stuff was packed and we were very concerned. David had a pretty bad attitude and was rude about the whole thing. He had a fight with Dan at our home saying they were idling around and not really packing etc. David sat in his car and was on his phone the whole time. He said he is the supervisor and is not expected to actually do the work and only coordinate. Long story short, the three guys walked around and worked extremely slowly. We were paying them hourly. They called more guys from other team at around 9pm and then it became a party for them and they were being very loud in our home. I left at that point and my husband and his friend stayed. They finished, with 5% still remaining for us to pack later at 1:00 am. They charged us $1350. I was still waiting to post the review to see if my stuff was packed nicely and will reach our new home without any scratches etc. When the unloaders came here in Texas, everything was packed horribly. They said it was like booby traps. Our TV screen was broken. Our entry tables' granite was broken in half. I am paying $380 now to get a new one. My office desk from Havertys had its entire wood finish peeled off. My kids' Little tike table was broken. The list is endless. I am shocked by their unprofessionalism and how badly they treated us and our beloved belongings. Below are some of the pics for you to see and decide. I hope they can become better people and be kind when they handle people's' belongings. It really hurt me to see all my things being unloaded and in that shape.

    Scratches on a solid wood dresser

    DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!! I hired this company on 5/5 through Uhaul to load my truck on 5/30 at 8 am. On 5/29 at 10:45 PM yes PM David called to advise me he took a job for 7 am and would not be available until between 10-11 now. At 11:30 I called to ask when they would be arriving as they were still not there. David advised me they were 90 minutes away and were still working on the job. Well 6 hours later he finally arrived, which obviously set our move way late. No apology just started quickly moving my items around and throwing items around. My husband advised him to be careful with our items as he was gonna damage it. His response "I'm a professional I know what I'm doing" my husband told him "Ok but I'm gonna hold you to that" Needless to say multiple items were damaged which was obviously no surprise. They loaded our items and ran out of room so they had a guy literally sitting on top of boxes moving furniture and boxes to try and fit in the front of the truck. Most of the time they were there David was on the phone talking to other customers and setting up jobs. Additionally they had a guy that stood around laughing and making crude jokes and not working. This caused them to go over the time and required me to pay an additional amount. They were smoking at my house and left butts all over my yard which I had to clean up after they left. David at one point advised me if it would be ok if he left because they were late to another job and the customer was getting angry. We also hired the same company to clean the house as this is another service they provide. I advise that you don't hire them for that service either as they did a horrible job and I had to have them come back twice to complete the job. Not to mention David changed the price and added additional fees to that job. Upon arriving to our destination we had multiple pieces of furniture damaged. I contacted David directly and his response was that they were already damaged and it was my fault that I didn't pack them correctly. If I was supposed to do all the work to ensure my furniture was adequately packed then why did I pay over $600 for their service. David offered to give me $100 to get me to leave him alone as he didn't need that energy in his life or business. If you didn't damage it than why am I being offered $100 to leave him alone. That does not even come close to covering an solid oak dining table that is scratched up and a chunk taken out of it.

    Smooth moving experience!…read more Initial contact: There's an easy to use online portal where you can input your inventory and details, sign your contract, etc. The team is also very communicative via text. All the communication is rapid, clear, and convenient. Price: on par with other professional moving companies in the area. Move experience: Seamless. The movers called to say they'd be a few minutes late because of truck issues, but they more than made up for that time by working quickly. They sent 5-6 people to help with our huge move (finally, a company that understands how to staff large moves!), were prepared to handle some very heavy and oddly shaped items, and were extremely proactive and patient with helping me figure out where to put some furniture in smaller spaces in my new house. Vibes: The movers treated our items with care, treated our home with respect, and were still incredibly fast with making the move. I mainly communicated with the manager of the crew, who knew his stuff, was professional, and was patient with my questions and concerns. Overall: great experience (as great as the misery of moving can be, and I've already hired them for a second time for another move!

I told them I think that's the price of watermelon and I never heard back from them and when I call they just ignore me. Stay far away they seem nice until there is a problem

Which is why I am here: to yell my praises from digital mountain tops! I was (very generously) gifted an early Christmas present from my mom of a full day/organizing session with M2O... AND IT WAS THE BEST GIFT I EVER RECEIVED! It is truly the gift that keeps on giving. **Hint hint, people- Christmas is less than 3 weeks away, if you are struggling for ideas. ;-) Schae and Britney were spectacular! They rolled into my place like two boss ladies ready to get down to business (but not in a scary way lol)! They put on a fun playlist and took charge, which is what I like and needed. They let me help (obviously not required, but desired on my part to learn) and taught me helpful tips and tricks along the way to maintain the organization. Best of all, they knew how to prioritize my projects in the order that made most sense, and maximized efficiency and my time with them. Not a minute wasted and no stone (aka leftover crap I didn't need anymore) left unturned! AND, like, how helpful and convenient it is that they haul away as many donations for you as they can when they leave?! At the end of the day (literally), I had the best nights sleep that I'd had in years, knowing that there was (finally!) a place for everything and everything in its place. Not only did M2O grant me peace of mind, they motivated me to keep going and see what I can accomplish on my own with what I learned from them. And the productivity levels on all the DIY projects I've set aside over the years are through the roof! My home is, now, finally the way I want and need it to be- it is first and foremost, my sanctuary. Thanks to M2O! But don't worry, I would never claim to be a 'Master Organizer' like them though- there are still some projects that seem just too overwhelming to undertake myself...like where do I even start?! There was no way we could have unpacked and organized our kitchen and bathrooms over the next few weeks, which is what their team excelled to do in less than a day. Mackenzie was very responsive starting from original quote to appointment day. Because of this they came fully prepared and we feel every minute they used here was optimized to the fullest. It's our first time using this kind of service and Mackenzie, Chloe, Brittany, Mary and Melanie have officially spoiled us for all moves to come. Our home brings us so much joy now.

After talking I decided to use his team because of his reasonable price and my confidence in him. He made himself available to me by text prior to the move and assured me all my anxieties were unfounded. On move day he and his team loaded my things quickly and carefully. He even confirmed which boxes were fragile. After he left I flew to MA and the next day around noon they arrived to unload my things. Everything, including my white (!!!) couch, was in perfect condition. A one day turn around for a long distance move is unheard of. Their service was above and beyond. I am appreciative of their kindness and courtesy. Roy and his team weren't just professional they were personal. They truly care about their clients. I am grateful for them making a stressful and emotional relocation as easy as possible. Using Roy and his team for this move was the best choice.
