I stopped by to shop in the very last minute. 15 min before closing... I have worked in retail before so I know how they feel, so I apologized for coming in to shop in the last minute, but everyone was so sweet and welcoming, especially the girl who helped me at the resister. 30 min After shopping and left the store, I realized I have left a shopping bag in the fitting room, which I had just shopped at a different store prior to coming to the pacsun. Store closed at 9pm and when I returned to check if my shopping bag was still there, it was already 9:30pm. The store was closed, but they were still there. And the girl who helped me at the resister kept the bag for me!! I am so grateful for her for remembering and kept the shopping bag for me. I thought I lost it and to find out someone kept it for me, it made my day! I should have asked her name. She was so sweet and also helpful the entire time she was helping me. I had a very similar experience with Samantha as another review mentioned. Her attitude felt very rude and unwelcoming. She helped me at the register, and when she handed me my bag, she kind of tossed it down instead of handing it to me nicely. I hope they improve their customer service. This store has 0 customer service. It seems like one of the requirements to work here is to have a nasty attitude for absolutely no reason. My friend and I stopped in for some quick shopping, and I had a simple return. Despite the store being completely empty, I stood there waiting for the cashier to acknowledge me. I had also asked her to throw away the torn up bag I had my return in. After the return my friend had a small purchase and the cashier proceeds to use the same bag she had thrown away for my friends purchase. The cashier, Samantha, was unfriendly and rude the entire time. Truly impressive how unpleasant an interaction can be when there's no line, no rush, and no excuse. read more

Upon purchase customer service was nonexistent and had to watch three employees just stand around not even acknowledging I was at the register. Purchased a one size fits all jacket on my daughter's wish list for Christmas, and now with tags still on they won't give us a store credit without the receipt. They'll make you go home and fish for a receipt for something purchased back the week of Black Friday just to say they won't give you store credit because too much time has gone by. I suggest NEVER shopping here if you plan on giving a gift to someone who cannot try on the item in store. I feel I've been scammed out of $45 and have never shopped at a clothing store with this kind of nonexistent service. read more

I took my siblings back-to-school shopping, and the two girls had an attitude the whole time--not only with us, but also with another group of girls shopping that day, the bare minimum is putting a smile on your face, not giving a stank face the entire time. First time shopping here with my son. Clothing options and store was great. However I experienced horrible customer service. I waited at the counter with arms full of clothes for over five minutes. Frustrated because I was the only person in line, I asked a clerk who was standing nearby to ring me up. While checking out I noticed there was a buy one get one half off shirt sign on the adjacent wall and asked the clerk Aubrey who was ringing me up to help me get a shirt located on the wall. She said "It's our companies policy to not get shirts down from the wall" and walked back to the counter to ring me up. I then asked Patrick, another customer service worker located at the front of the store to help us. He promptly went and took the shirt down and asked us if there was anything else we needed. Afterwards I asked Aubrey to make sure she indicated Patrick was the individual who helped us. She said "I already added myself." I then said "Please remove your name and add Patrick." We got yet another strange response of "It's our company policy to share commission." I paid, thanked Patrick on the way out and left. Once we got home my son noticed a pair of jeans we bought wasn't placed in the bag. Double frustrating because we live far from the store and had to go back. This level of poor customer service definitely hinders my decision to take my children there again. If it weren't for how kind and attentive Patrick was, I wouldn't ever come back. read more

Sadly, this is a cute place for my daughter to shop, but this is the line and there is literally no one in this mall. When I came here during the Holidays, the line was at least 25 people long and today there has to be 10 in line. This store has a challenge moving people through their dressing rooms. It's apparent this company isn't in tune with the demands at their stores. They spend a fortune on store front rent, electricity, payroll, and advertising/marketing, but can't service their customers. I offered the gal at the resister a job as they won't be in business with a store front long given all the complaining in the store. My daughter explained they have no limit on the number of items you can bring into a dressing room and this apparently can be an endless fashion show for some. Good luck PacSun read more

I was wrongly accused of shoplifting for jewelry however I did not steal anything. I tried talking to the person who saw me potentially "stealing" but they said that I could just leave the store and not come back. I told them to check my pockets and the security camera footage but they said we don't need to do that. Like wth. They weren't trying to hear us out and they didn't have enough proof to accuse me of stealing. I am a 15 year old Filipina/Norweigian girl who doesn't need to steal some crappy jewelry. So I took my 14 year old daughter and her friend to the PacSun at Westfield Shopping Mall in Escondido to shop for some shorts. We went in she went looking around and I glanced around. I saw a stack of white shirts sitting on a rack, the front of the shirt said in big bold black letters "Save the Fucking Planet" I was shocked! I took one of the shirts up to the check out counter and contacted the female manager and another sales girl. I told both girls that the shirt was very inappropriate! Both said they didn't see a problem with it! I told him I was shopping with my 14-year-old daughter and her friend and this was not OK to have in the store. The manager said they wanted to start catering to older girls now 16 and above. I told him that was inappropriate for them too. The manager said they had to put the shirts out because they were sent to them by the Pacsun company. I told them no you don't have to put them out. You can send them back. I took my daughter and her friend and told the manager we're never buying anything in their store again and left. Disgusting! Please do not patronize PacSun! read more

I was in this store for about fifteen to twenty minutes and not once did any of the four employees interact with me except for when I had to interrupt their conversation to get a fitting room. Multiple eye rolls when I interrupted their conversation as well. One of the four was folding clothes but other than that none of them were doing anything productive. Not a friendly environment. read more

Waited in line for an hour after waiting to enter the store. Tons of staff, not trained in how to turnover fitting rooms. H&M has 5x the people wait was a fraction of the time. Buy online and return, save yourself the torture. read more
