I don't work there but I am in f the food service Industry. Per Health regulations/code unless your pet is a legal 'service animal' they are not allowed in any area of food service.

Do you guys use any delivery service like Uber eats, DoorDash etc?

I saw a DoorDash sign today so I'm guessing they do.

The last time I was there I did purchase packaged gnocchi.

Do they offer pasta making classes?

I do not know but that's a good idea. I have not seen a sign in their business that states that.

What are the hours? I saw hours posted open Mobday - Saturday until 7:00 PM. I was there Sarurday at 6:06 PM and they were closed.

According to their website they are open Monday thru Thursday 10am to 7 pm, Friday and Saturday 10am to 5pm, and closed on Sunday's. I think you were looking at the hours on Monday thru Thursday and assumed it was their hours all week.

I don't think the problem with the sandwich was the quality of the meat when I referred to quality I meant more in the care it takes to assemble and produce a balanced bite. When I bit into the sandwich, it tasted more like a salad than a sub. The proportions were off. They also have pasta and pizza so maybe those are better choices to check out on your visit.

On this particular weeknight, your favorite Yelp correspondent was pivoting in and out of Glendora's Food Hall like a metronome, ferrying a quartet of meals from the hall for my wee Uber gig. Pastaphony caught my attention within moments of nesting my customer's order into my insulated carrier- my SUV's cabin was redolent of cheese, tomatoes and overall hone-cooked goodness! I went with Pasta Arrabbiata, then customized my order by adding a breaded chicken breast, black olives, onions, roasted peppers and shaved parmesan. On the plus side, Pastaphony gives ample portions- My entree weighed almost as much as a two-item combo platter from your friendly neighborhood Chinese takeout place! And, while the dish took me to Flavortown...unfortunately it was the Mojave Desert, with its scorching flavor profile and intense, spicy taste. The star of the dish was the breaded chicken cutlet and the shaved parm, but since the penne pasta overwhelmed the chicken/parm by an eight to one ratio...this was a difficult dish to finish. Context- As the acknowledged "lightweight" in a family of folks who typically relish spicy food, I asked my wife to sample my dish. She was born in Michoacacan and regularly quaffs homegrown Serrano and Habanero peppers like they're ice. Even she was surprised by how utterly spicy my pasta dish was! My entree cost $26.39 after taxes, a wee steep for a single protein pasta dish. By comparison, you can spend $1 more at any Johnny Carinos or Olive Garden and get a three-item combo with bread and/or salad accompaniments. So I wasn't satisfied by the "value for money" question, either. This experienced reviewer probably ordered the WDD (Wrong Damn Dish) but at their prices (a side of garlic bread or breadsticks is $10.99!) one os hesitant to retake the plunge.

The restaurant itself was very clean and you could smell that they had recently cleaned before we got there. Which is a good sign for me. It means that they were taking care of their establishment. Overall I think everyone in the area should come here and give it a try. Even if it's just to support local businesses. But I will say that I left satisfied with the food and will definitely come back to try some of their more unique pizza with Indian flavors! They sound very good!

We stopped by this evening to try out Padua's for the first time since hearing about it. My husband, daughter, and I were so excited as we had heard great things about it. Sadly, the food was underwhelming to say the least. For starters their sandwich selection is very limited and they had run out of lettuce and tomato (kind of unacceptable for a sandwich place) but we decided & still ordered a Padua Special & Caprese sandwiches along with Fettuccine Alfredo with Chicken Parmigiana. The bread, the meats & mozzarella were good (not amazing), but the sandwiches were definitely not worth the price. My husband is a chef and has been in the kitchen for over 20 years and he says that running out of ingredients that are basics in your kitchen is unacceptable. In good business practice it is paramount that all items are available for your first to last customer. Another huge disappointment - the Fettuccine Alfredo had absolutely no flavor or seasoning and it was on the dry side - sauce was not creamy at all like Alfredo sauce should be. The chicken parmigiana was so hard, dry, and also unseasoned (almost like no salt even) absolutely flavorless. We couldn't believe what we were eating after so much hype. At $19.95 per pound for the chicken parmigiana and $15.95 per pound for fettuccine Alfredo absolutely overpriced, overrated, and my daughter said, "even Olive Garden's tastes better." I believe they warmed it up in the microwave which is why they were both so dry. Deserts were ok, they come in glass recipients, mascarpone seemed a bit frozen in middle, and also overpriced at $8.50 each for a small serving. Ambience: Upon entering the place, it is beautifully set up, it's clean, and has a peaceful atmosphere - like my husband said, "you could film a scene from an Italian telenovela here." Employees were also very polite and welcoming. However, after paying $108 (including tip I added) for two sad sandwiches and nasty Alfredo Fettuccine we felt rushed with the three reminders we were given of closing. After a long day at work & school we stopped on our way home and got there almost an hour before closing. We ordered quickly and ate quickly - I don't think the reminders were necessary. The three employees that were there seemed very young and maybe a more experienced person is needed to ensure food quality. Our point of comparison is Claro's - only 3 miles from here - and it is no surprise that they have more stars. They have a huge selection in comparison, have never been out of basic ingredients when we've been, and their prices are so much more adequate. More importantly, the food is flavorful and delicious. We'll stick with Claro's. Sorry Padua; we truly had high hopes & expectations but you fell way, way short. Two stars for ambience and just ok desserts. read more

Padua Pasta Makers & Italian Deli I have reached out to you., You returned my call., in which you spoke to me very aggressively, inappropriately rude and unprofessional in which you accused me of poisoning my family. I am so glad that when i did speak to the owner that it was a phone call and not in person., because she was dangerously aggressive and appeared to have a dangerous and unsafe behavior., nothing that felt safe to be in the presence of. You (the owner) stated to me that- "You will NOT take any responsibility for my family getting food poisoning from your food (meat lasagna ) that it was my fauLT. The owner gave no apologies and blamed me., The Owner said to me that I probably left the food out to long before I served it and that's why we got sick. Fact: I picked up the food, drove 4 minutes down the road, and immediately, the food was served for lunch. Everyone who eats meat began to eat and noticed an off smell and shortly later, we were all SICK & dying from food poisoning. If you have ever gotten food poisoning then you know how Frekin horrible this food poisoning is. Let alone image the elderly 70 year old plus having to get through food poisoning sickness. We ended up throwing away more then half of the food we purchased. What a waste of food, money & in addition as I stated above, for all of us to be sick like we were was just completely horrible & saddening. Then to call the establishment, speak to the owner in hopes to bring this matter to her attention., for her to scream at you, (the customer) and place all the blame on you.., this was just ridiculous. The way that the owner treated me on the phone I would not want to walk into her establishment, I'd actually be afraid that I might get assaulted. read more

I'm Italian - no seriously, not descendant of Italians - but born in Italy, Italian passport, Italian National service etc and been here for nine years.When it comes to Italian food, other than New York, I just can't find the right stuff here - I'm very difficult to please - too may Italian this, Italian that, but not enough Italian establishments with Italian owner and Italian staff AND a genuine taste of home. But I have found it. Cinque stelle. Grazie mille. So the point is - this place is as good as any establishment I would frequent at home in Campobasso (Molise - County in central Italy) - and that's my gauge!!!! A Disappointing Experience Despite Good Food I visited Padua Pasta Makers today after not being there for about four years. While the food remains very good, I find it overpriced for what you get. Unfortunately, the service was a mixed bag. The young woman behind the counter was not welcoming and rushed me through my inquiries, even though there were no other customers waiting. This left a bad impression right from the start. On the other hand, the young lady at the register was very friendly and accommodating, which somewhat redeemed the experience. If I owned a business, I would never allow a rude associate to interact with customers. No matter how good the food is, customer service should always be a top priority. read more

Where better to stop for National Pasta Day than Padua? Great, great pasta (and more) - lots of authentic handmade and imported Italian delights. Deli service can be a bit slow, so plan a little extra time if youre picking up. Small area to dine in and often busy. Perfect place for grabbing something special to finish cooking at home. If you want real spumoni youll have to search for miles to find any place with anything close to as good as what Padua has. read more

This time I substituted my toast for French toast, and it was absolutely worth it. You get a ton of food, and they're consistently great every time I come in. I'm always riding my bike through here because the Pacific Electric Trail crosses right in front, which is so dope and makes it the perfect breakfast stop. Also, bring cash if you can--it's always best! Definitely one of my favorite local breakfast spots.

One of the server, Josh, greeted people and took the order. Went with an order of the veggie omelette with hash browns and an order of the biscuits/gravy. The food came out great, and coffee was made fresh. Overall, the locals seem to enjoy it (ambiance) throughly serving good foods and great service! It was super convenient and my order was ready when the online order said it would be. Walked in and the place is pretty big...good place for large pizza parties and to watch games at. They have a big screen projector as well as TV's all over the place, and it's pretty spacious. Even have video games for the kiddos to enjoy whilst the adults enjoy their time together. I didn't get a chance to see what alcohol was provided, but it looks like everyone was having a good time when I came in to pick up my order, so I'm going to assume it's pretty good. Pizzas were awesome. Had 3 XL's (12 slices) - a standard pep/mushroom, the bbq chicken, and the special...I forgot what it was called, but they were really good. The lasagna was pretty darn good...a tad smaller than I expected, but if there is a bigger version, i missed it. Salads are pretty large, could've gotten away with just 1 for the 8 people I was ordering for. Parking - Strip mall-ish parking, so one does not struggle to find a space. Staff - Super friendly and helpful and got my order organized so I could carry it all to the car. Definitely comin back when I'm in the area.

When I got to the counter, I saw the lunch special menu and ordered two individual pizza slices. I chose the pastrami pizza, which came with mustard and pickles. The concept sounded great, but unfortunately, the pizza was a disappointment. The pastrami tasted unpleasant, and the pickles were soggy. The only positive thing I can say is that the crust was good. I only ate one slice and ended up giving the rest away. The bigger issue was that I thought I was ordering two regular pizza slices, but instead I received what looked more like two personal-sized pizza slices. After receiving my order, I politely asked about it because I thought there may have been a mistake. The employee helping me, Sally, seemed upset by my question and responded in a rude manner. I've never experienced customer service like that here before. I explained that the lunch menu appeared to advertise two individual slices, but she told me they no longer serve them that way because it caused too much waste. I understood that explanation, but then she went on to say that she had actually given me a deal because the personal pizzas cost more. She pointed to the menu board to justify it, but that missed the point. I wasn't trying to get a better deal, I simply wanted what I believed I had ordered from the lunch menu. Just a heads-up: if you order the lunch special expecting individual pizza slices like you'd get at Costco or Sam's Club, that's not what you'll receive. Instead, you'll get personal sized pizza portions. I also paid cash because the restaurant advertises a cash discount, but the savings were minimal around 20 cents. The restaurant does have plenty of space for parties and group events. However, if you're planning to watch a fight or a game there, be aware that the TV is fairly small, which may matter to some customers. Overall, the food quality, confusion over the lunch special, and the poor customer service made this a disappointing visit.
