The owner Kevin reached out to me immediately, showed genuine care and concern, and provided excellent customer service. Their kindness and willingness to address the experience made a significant difference. I also want to highlight Vivian, who assisted me during my visit. She was gentle, polite, and very kind, which I greatly appreciated. Her demeanor helped make the experience more comfortable and she did my nails exactly as wanted. The owner's prompt response and Vivian's professionalism demonstrated a commitment to customer satisfaction.
