After taking the first bite of my calzone I realized there was a piece of hair in my food. I called the store immediately to reorder and I was told a new one would be delivered to me. The gentleman on the phone only asked for the order and the address. Less than a second after hitting the end button my coworker found a piece of hair in the cheese of her Stromboli. She called from the same exact phone they asked her for her order and the address she told the same exact address and to bring them together. She received her food and I was still waiting for my food to arrive. The guy that delivered her food gave it to a random person on our floor. -__- (seriously) After 10 minutes and no food I called to cancel the order and just wanted a refund. The man on the phone was more concerned with finding the missing calzone. From an unsatisfied customers point of view I could care less if an ass goblin ate the calzone I just wanted a refund. The man said he needed to still find my order and he will call me back. Here I sit typing this review (shaking my head) at the whole damn situation. Their customer service sucks ass the food is just above that. Never again the thought of some man's hair in my food makes me sick to my stomach. By all means if you do enjoy eating hair be my guest. read more

Just had the Buffalo chicken with Gorgonzola pizza - it was fabulous! Chicken bites grilled to a perfect crispness on the outside while juicy and tender on the inside. Real Buffalo wing hot sauce, fresh tangy Gorgonzola cheese. It's a Keeper! read more

This place is a disaster! How can anyone give this food more than one star. I have been coaxed by co-workers to get paisano's for lunch for the last time. Fettuccine Alfredo is crap, runny, and NO TASTE. Salads are average, I would put them on par with what you would get at the salad bar in the super market. Pizza is ok, but their are WAY better options in the area to get your pizza needs. read more

It's all about the pizza for me. I find it to be a great alternative to the big chains and think the ingredients are fresher - they don't use frozen meat and their sauces are better than most. price is good as well. You can't go wrong with a pizza from here! read more

Had a buffalo chicken pizza delivered to my hotel this weekend and it was amazing. The chicken had a little crunchiness to it like a Good wing should, tasted like franks red hot for sauce and crumbled bleu cheese to make it a perfect late night treat. Had the italian sub for lunch. While the online ordering was easy and the sub was ready, the quality of the meats was quite lacking and the dressing was sopped on and not really the type of oil/vinegar type italian dressing you get on good subs. I was disappointed. The place did smell amazing though, so I'd imagine the pizza is better than the sub. read more

As you see above. It's ok, nothing spectacular. I was leaving work and a guy had a box of pizza from this place. He said it was great so I took a chance on it. It's ok. I ate one piece of pizza and didn't want any more. I also got a sub which again was ok. People in this area just don't know what real pizza should taste like. What I mean is how it's made in italy. This is the only place I have found that can deliver a fresh salad that tastes so good. I use to order delivery salads from Bella Pizza in Centreville but then we moved. So being new to the DC area, we went on line looking for something to eat that would deliver to our hotel and we came across this gem. We placed the order on line and in less than 30 minutes, we had our order. I work in an area hospital so my coworkers & I frequently order from Paisanos as a last resort (nightshift, not much else is open that delivers). The food varies, sometimes it is great, & sometimes I am left wishing I hadn't spent the money for food that arrives cold & lacks flavor. It is definitely hit or miss. Delivery guys are pleasant, and the people who take the orders over the phone are as well. One thing I really don't like that has made me seriously reconsider placing an order in the future: they save credit card numbers! Last night when I informed them I was paying with a credit card he asked me for the last 4 digits only, I told him I requested a long time ago for my credit card number to be deleted & he looked it up, said it isn't in the system anymore, and proceeded with the order. It left me with an uneasy feeling, how do I know what he pulled up on his screen? The last time (prior to last night) I began reading my credit card number & after 6 digits the employee cut me off & read the rest of the numbers off himself -- not cool! I was in shock. That shouldn't even be legal, especially since there was not consent given to store it! I wanted to make sure everyone is aware of this practice, I don't like it one bit! read more

I ordered a medium vegetarian pizza without cheese from Paisano's tonight, and it was the best pizza I've ever eaten. That's been a tough order to fulfill since I went off dairy. Bravo to Paisano's! Great food they would be five stars but I have had problems with there delivery. In there defense it's only been small things like one time they forgot a bag of chips which is only a dollar so not enough of a reason to call and complain. The worst place that Reston ever offered! It's located in a abandon parking lot so if you go bring your mace or a bat. The service was terrible the management with loud and rude !the food which worked on without any gloves! Bathroom was worse I've never been to the bathroom so disgusting was urine all over the floor including the seats and I even think it was the toilet paper! Thank God I brought my own napkins! After this time around I'm never stopping by this place I don't even think I ever want to go to another Paisano's ever but I heard that there was a couple other places in town that were a lot better anyway! I had a chef salad today for lunch with double blue cheese dressing. It was good overall but these guys need a few pointers to make their dishes better. The blue cheese dressing is just Ken's i believe. I know making your own is harder but people appreciate that. I love roquefort blue cheese. It's $16/lb but you can make 2 plus cups of salad dressing using only 1/4 lb. The Ken's type salad dressing is made with like a Marzetti salad dressing. It's just not that good. The hard boiled eggs are way overcooked. You can tell by looking at the yolk. If overcooked it turns greenish. Start with cold water covering eggs in a pan. Bring to a hard boil. Immediately turn off the eggs and cover with a lid for about 8 minutes. You'll have perfect eggs, no greenish yolks. Some of the lettuce was brown. Don't get water on the lettuce before you make the salad for service. Also don't cut lettuce with a metal knife. It turns lettuce rusty. Use a ceramic knife. There's so much more to tell but hey I'm not getting paid for this. These places should also realize the they're putting marinara sauce on their pizza. Marinara sauce is for spaghetti not pizza. Real Pizza sauce is totally different but if customers don't say anything why change it. read more
