You are absolutely correct, they did give an extended time frame which was 90-120 mins. Unfortunately, that turned into 3 hrs.. The problem is the items that were purchased sat in your shop for those three hours.. the extended wait wasn't necessarily on the product as it was, getting a driver to your shop to then deliver. I was fine with that because I understood the eventful day. I unfortunately assumed that the shop would've correlated with that time frame and not had a cold, dried up product delivered to your customer so if you cared enough like you mentioned, something like that would have never happened.

I cant believe this my sister and i decided to try this spot out on a whim last week, we thought it was delicious and decided to order in for tonight. We ordered pizza, breadsticks, zucchini, and their desert platter. THE DESSERT WAS MOLDY. i will never be eating here ever again.

The word that comes to mind is disgusting. Another place that claims NY style pizza, but is not even remotely close to hitting the mark. The cheese tasted odd and the crust was way too feathery for lack of a better word. No flavor in the sauce either. Luckily, this disaster only set me back 5 bucks. One slice and a half has been fed to the birds in the parking lot. What a fraud. If you can't see the slices, walk out. The pizza probably was sitting for awhile. Terrible effort by the counter guy.

For starters, I have never met such kind hearted people! The lovely young woman who served my boyfriend and I was so pleasant and made such a great experience for us! As for their food, I can confidently say this is one of the best pizzas I've had in the valley. They make a great New York style slice with a nice old style sauce. Friendly staff but $41 for a large pizza and 20 wings seems crazy. My family and I were not fond of the pizza and the wings were so embarrassingly small, as if the wings came from a baby chick or something. Hardly any meat on those bones. I didn't even care to finish the leftover pizza or wings. It went to the trash. Will not be going back ever. read more

Ordered the pizza/wing special. Pizza was OK but the sauce lacked flavor and the crust was not as crispy as I like it. The wings looked great, but the buffalo sauce was watered down and not very spicy. Service was below average but not terrible. read more

For over 10 year all the family Plaermos pizza places have been my favorite! I'm from New Jersey just outside NYC and grew up on thin New York Style pizza. I can say that of all the places I've tried this is the most authentic and delicious. The Sicillian style is also exactly as it's supposed to be. Literally the worst pizza I have ever had, the wings are mediocre and not at all hot! I only came here because a friend of mine begged me to give it a try, I guess I won't be taking her word for good food anymore, if you want good pizza and good wings and a place that doesn't look like a dump, go check out Barros Pizza! read more

This is the best pizza in the area (I'd be in trouble if they delivered). I've ordered their pizza, ranch and sandwiches-all have been delicious!! They are always friendly and call me by name. Last time I was in, I was chit-chatting to him about my kayaking trip through the Grand Canyon. Have been coming here for YEARS. It's our family's favorite pizza! read more

I ordered a pizza and the sampler. The mozz sticks had now cheese in them and the pizza that I ordered with extra sauce had hardly any at all. Made the pizza taste bland. My lady and I both at a pieca and tapped out. The rest of the sampler tasted pretty good. On the fence on rather or not I will give this spot another chance. This was our first time trying this spot out. read more

When I arrived I was greeted immediately. I called in my order and the associate that took my order was polite. My order was ready when promised. This was my first time here, the food was excellent and hot. I ordered a slice of pepperoni pizza and a dozen hot wings. The restaurant was not the cleanest, that was my only issue. So, to start, let me share that I am a pizza snob... I like Chicago Style but can't seem to find a Chicago Pie place West of... Chicago. Palermo's is served New York Style, thin and crispy. At first I wasn't sure, but then when I ordered a sausage/pepperoni pizza, I could not believe what I had just received. The pizza was ENORMOUS! and the price of course was fantastic! When I opened the box however, I was shocked that what I got was in fact a delicious real cheese pizza with fresh pepperoni's and shredded sausage. That's right. Shredded sausage. How many times have you seen that done? Easy to get ground sausage, but let me tell you , shredded sausage is the omega of Delish!! We have a Palermos closer to home which is so-so but after coming to this one, we don't mind making the drive! Each Palermos is independently owned, this one is owned by a sweet family, they all work there and are always polite. They know their regulars by name and always ask how they are doing etc. The pizza and wings are what we usually get, we have been getting the siciliana style pizza lately, it's their deep dish type pizza and I haven't had a better pie than theirs! Crust is crunchy on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside, great sauce and cheese and the toppings are plenty. We always bring home a to go box of pizza to enjoy the next morning :) read more

I'm only giving one star because I can't give zero. Shame on me for not recognizing that the same man who acknowledged a non-working sink, and then handled money without gloves, and then made my sandwich, may be a bit unsanitary. The staff over the intercom was kind even though clarification of communication was a miss for me; I still appreciated the fact that the gal stayed happy in her tone. That meant a lot. As I began to apologize for trying to navigate the menu because it was dirty and difficult to see on my end - she stopped me and said, "I didn't take your order"... while she quickly closed the window. I patiently waited for my order in the drive-thru. As she gave me my bag she had a very bland and "now get out of my drive-thru line demeanor".. I thanked her even though she was short with me. She basically told me there was a survey on my receipt and quickly closed the drive-thru window once more time.. Upon arriving home - I opened the bag & noticed little to no salad. I ordered a Thai Salad & a Thai Wrap. Both were inadequate and appeared missing ingredients: "The Rest of The Salad".. I don't think I have ever experienced this going to Panera, Chipotle or any other restaurant that offers salads so to see how small and sad these were, left me knowing that I will definitely will never go to Salad & Go again. If you see the salad bowl and burrito - you too would wonder if this needs a class action suit. As what I understand- This IS NOT what was advertised... We said dining in, but there were no open tables inside (around 12 total) and zero tables available outside. We ended up waiting in the back for a table to open while staff repeatedly walked around looking for our table number, never once asking if the order might be ours. After several minutes, someone finally asked if we were number 11. We were. Once seated, the decor was cute, but service was mediocre at best. The food was the biggest disappointment. It had been a while since we last visited, and it's definitely not the same. The rice was bland and flavorless, and the gyro meat tasted like frozen, reheated product -- very dry, with the main flavor being salt. Instead of the fresh-carved gyro meat you typically see on a vertical rotisserie at most Greek restaurants, the kitchen area was closed off, so there was no visible preparation or carving station. For nearly $50, the experience simply did not match the price. Between the disorganized service and underwhelming food, we won't be back. Next time, we'll stick to supporting East Valley Greek spots that offer better quality and value. I want to preface, this place used to be good. Not sure of ownership changed, but save yourself a trip and find something better and more affordable

My husband had carne ranchera and I had a barbacoa and carnitas tacos on homemade corn tortillas. The chocoflan is superb, be sure to have it. The owner provided great service, he gave us the history of the way items were made and the restaurant. If you want authentic Mexican food, go to El Papas.

What made it worse was the explanation: a table of eight older gentlemen "didn't like" that he was sitting there working, and that was the reason he needed to leave or buy something. It wasn't busy, it wasn't about space, and it wasn't about a policy. It was simply another group of customers not liking his presence, and the staff acting on that. After years of loyalty, that was incredibly disappointing. If there's a new policy, that's fine, just communicate it clearly and apply it consistently. Asking a long‑time customer to leave because another table "didn't like" them is not acceptable. This experience genuinely made us rethink continuing to support this location.
