Burnt up, shriveled meat, drenched in sauce.

You are absolutely correct, they did give an extended time frame which was 90-120 mins. Unfortunately, that turned into 3 hrs.. The problem is the items that were purchased sat in your shop for those three hours.. the extended wait wasn't necessarily on the product as it was, getting a driver to your shop to then deliver. I was fine with that because I understood the eventful day. I unfortunately assumed that the shop would've correlated with that time frame and not had a cold, dried up product delivered to your customer so if you cared enough like you mentioned, something like that would have never happened.

I cant believe this my sister and i decided to try this spot out on a whim last week, we thought it was delicious and decided to order in for tonight. We ordered pizza, breadsticks, zucchini, and their desert platter. THE DESSERT WAS MOLDY. i will never be eating here ever again.

Whenever I'm in Phoenix for work, I always order pizza and wings for my team. Great specials, and the wings are cooked the way I like it, extra crispy with medium sauce.

The nicest customer service family orientated and very solid made food. Love coming here

    Nothing like NY

The word that comes to mind is disgusting. Another place that claims NY style pizza, but is not even remotely close to hitting the mark. The cheese tasted odd and the crust was way too feathery for lack of a better word. No flavor in the sauce either. Luckily, this disaster only set me back 5 bucks. One slice and a half has been fed to the birds in the parking lot. What a fraud. If you can't see the slices, walk out. The pizza probably was sitting for awhile. Terrible effort by the counter guy.

This was my first time visiting this location. The staff over the intercom was kind even though clarification of communication was a miss for me; I still appreciated the fact that the gal stayed happy in her tone. That meant a lot. As for the gal who exchanged payment- she was verbally short & didn't seem to want to hear anything I had to explain that it was my first time at their location and only 2nd time visiting the Salad & Go Franchise as a whole. As I began to apologize for trying to navigate the menu because it was dirty and difficult to see on my end - she stopped me and said, "I didn't take your order"... while she quickly closed the window. I patiently waited for my order in the drive-thru. As she gave me my bag she had a very bland and "now get out of my drive-thru line demeanor".. I thanked her even though she was short with me. She basically told me there was a survey on my receipt and quickly closed the drive-thru window once more time.. Upon arriving home - I opened the bag & noticed little to no salad. I ordered a Thai Salad & a Thai Wrap. Both were inadequate and appeared missing ingredients: "The Rest of The Salad".. I don't think I have ever experienced this going to Panera, Chipotle or any other restaurant that offers salads so to see how small and sad these were, left me knowing that I will definitely will never go to Salad & Go again. If you see the salad bowl and burrito - you too would wonder if this needs a class action suit. As what I understand- This IS NOT what was advertised... Can someone say industry gouging and false advertisement? I wonder how many times this has happened to other consumers. What a tragedy.. I want a 50% refund.. Judge for yourself: See Photos.

My boyfriend and I split the Garlic Pesto Turkey sandwich, and I can honestly say it was the best sourdough sandwich I've ever had. The bread is everything you want from fresh sourdough soft on the inside, just the right chew, and that perfect tang. The turkey was super flavorful, and the pesto and sauces were next level. Every bite felt so well balanced rich, fresh, and totally satisfying. We also grabbed a white macadamia cookie, and it was the cherry on top. Soft, buttery, and perfectly sweet seriously one of the best cookies I've had in a while. On top of the amazing food, the customer service was incredible. The girls working were so friendly and made us feel genuinely welcome. The space is small but super cute and cozy clean, inviting, and great for a casual meal. I really wish I lived closer because I'd be here all the time (probably too often that bread is dangerously good ). If you're nearby or even just passing through, do yourself a favor and stop in. This place is a gem. Highly recommend!

Unfortunately, that's where the positives ended. We ordered and were asked if we were dining in or taking our food to go. We said dining in, but there were no open tables inside (around 12 total) and zero tables available outside. We ended up waiting in the back for a table to open while staff repeatedly walked around looking for our table number, never once asking if the order might be ours. After several minutes, someone finally asked if we were number 11. We were. Once seated, the decor was cute, but service was mediocre at best. The food was the biggest disappointment. It had been a while since we last visited, and it's definitely not the same. The rice was bland and flavorless, and the gyro meat tasted like frozen, reheated product -- very dry, with the main flavor being salt. Instead of the fresh-carved gyro meat you typically see on a vertical rotisserie at most Greek restaurants, the kitchen area was closed off, so there was no visible preparation or carving station. For nearly $50, the experience simply did not match the price. Between the disorganized service and underwhelming food, we won't be back. Next time, we'll stick to supporting East Valley Greek spots that offer better quality and value. I want to preface, this place used to be good. Not sure of ownership changed, but save yourself a trip and find something better and more affordable

That's okay, we'll partake of their boozy drinks when we visit again. Food: parmesan truffle fries were aah-mazing. I even told Esmerelda they should add a pizza with the garlic aioli. The buffalo mozzarella had a bit of a kick to the sauce; we could have used more toasted bread to dip into it. We ordered the heaven and bianca pizzas. The crust was thinner than normal, which I was happy about, and the flavors of both were delicious. Dessert: despite not finishing the appetizers & pizza (no worries, we thoroughly enjoyed the leftovers!), we opted for a gelato flight. It was divine, and hefty samples. You wouldn't think 4 oz was much, but of gelato, it was plenty. We selected chocolate, strawberry, salted caramel, and mango. If you haven't tried Roma 23, I highly recommend it. But somehow I had saved this one to my map so I came here with a couple friends for dinner last week. I wasn't super hungry, so I just ordered spring rolls, crispy chicken dumplings and a "dragon egg" boba tea "smoothie." Though it was on their menu under "Smoothies" it was not a smoothie at all. It was an icee. That said, it was still delicious and I loved the fresh and fruity boba balls. The flavor was more lychee than strawberry, but I didn't mind. My friends got an appetizer plate and 5-spice chicken. Both enjoyed their food very much. The restaurant has a casual atmosphere, but does have sit-down service. Very chill vibes, and prices were fair. The place was clean, staff was attentive, and the peanut sauce that came with my spring rolls wasn't spicy, which I appreciated! I wanted to just chill and take my time to eat, but the server never came back again for me to order another drink so I decided I should just get out then since they didn't want me there long it seemed let's start off with the food review tho my spring rolls tasted off like there was something a bit funky with them, as well as how to frozen texture on the inside and I was given the smallest amount of fish sauce I've ever seen every other place. I've been to is a huge amount or like a generous amount of that sauce dividend but I got like barely anything so I was like trying to scoop it at the end, but yeah, definitely funky tasting rolls. The pho itself consisted mostly of noodles and a decent amount of meat at least but with the combination, I felt like the tendon they just gave the biggest chunks possible, which were extremely hard to try to bite through unusual for me to come across I love tripe and tendon the most in the combos, the regular size is generously sized tho no need to pay extra for a larger size unless you're really hungry the flavor of the broth tasted good nothing special but it was a alright meal prob won't come back but I don't think it was entirely a waste of time

We've spent a lot here over the years and have always supported and recommended this location. That's why my son's recent experience was so disappointing. He stopped in to get some work done, something he's done many times during slow hours. Sometimes he buys something, sometimes he doesn't, and it has never been an issue. This has always been a welcoming place. This time, a staff member told him he couldn't sit and work unless he purchased something. What made it worse was the explanation: a table of eight older gentlemen "didn't like" that he was sitting there working, and that was the reason he needed to leave or buy something. It wasn't busy, it wasn't about space, and it wasn't about a policy. It was simply another group of customers not liking his presence, and the staff acting on that. After years of loyalty, that was incredibly disappointing. If there's a new policy, that's fine, just communicate it clearly and apply it consistently. Asking a long‑time customer to leave because another table "didn't like" them is not acceptable. This experience genuinely made us rethink continuing to support this location.
