Then as the night went on, a man and woman started fighting and wound up ripping each others clothes off. I and a few other attendees had to be the ones to get involved! No police presence at all. We did not finish our meal as it felt unsafe when they were fighting. We left our steaks and drinks half finished. There was no offer of a partial refund at all. "Oh that's a public part of the beach" is all they could say. What a waste. My children were exposed to this, we did not finish our food or drinks, and still had to pay the full $300 tab. Aside from this, the food was OKOKOK. MID-tier at best! Steak ($1,100 pesos) was tough. Tuna Poke was a terrible attempt and not tender at all. Oysters were extremely salty (not handled properly). AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Server was cool, and funny, he gets the 1 star, but management is terrible and unfriendly. Refuse to accept accountability or to offer ways to make amends. GO ELSEWHERE!

I stumbled upon Pal Mars and I'm so glad I did! Tucked just off the corner and not far from the beach, this place is a total vibe. The atmosphere is cozy and pretty, and the music really sets the mood for a chill, enjoyable dining experience. Now let's talk about Glen--the host. Glen is the reason I walked in and definitely the reason I'll be back. His warm, genuine energy instantly made me feel welcome. It's rare to find someone who makes you feel like you're exactly where you're supposed to be. He truly elevated the entire experience. I ordered the seafood pasta, and wow--it was incredible. Slightly sour, buttery, rich, and full of flavor. You could tell it was made with care. The service was impressively fast too, which only added to how perfect everything felt.
