You're rolling the dice here. When I brought it to the shop in Belchertown, he found that the front spokes were way too tight and the wheel was way out of true, the rear skewer was about 30 years older than the bike, so not the same skewer that was on it when I brought it to Valley, got the gear shifting problem solved with a new Acera derailleur and all the adjustments for less than $70.

Sales staff are knowledgeable and ask all the right questions to establish what you want. No high pressure or "you need this..." kind of approach. Service is spot on. Had difficulty shifting to the top cogs on the rear cassette and their mechanic Chris was very thorough. He checked the chain length, the cassette teeth and the shifter itself and the stop screws. It was a bent derailleur hanger. He had it fixed in under ten minutes. Strong recommend.

Matt being the guy he is went above and beyond to tape and protect the roll bar paint in my chevelle. But due to the cage not being prepped correctly the paint came off while I removed the tape. Matt could have told me to pound sand but instead told me to bring it to him and he would repaint the cage. It's really nice to work with people who care about your projects. This has been a dream of me and my dads for years and just as I thought things couldn't get any worse matt swooped in and saved the project. The windshield had to be removed and replaced after the installation of the liner. Lindsey coordinated with the glass company (Roy's) and they got the whole job done in less than 32 hours. They did an outstanding job on the headliner and thoroughly cleaned the interior. They were highly recommended to me by a local Body Shop. AND, I would highly recommend these people to anyone! The only downsides were waiting for an appointment (because they're in big demand), and my wife didn't like the smell of the adhesive after we picked it up. The template pieces were all laid out, but that was it. Co-founder Luke had me read and sign all the releases first, and asked about my experience with welding etc. Being a Veteran myself, Luke as well, and the non-profit supporting Veterans and First Responders, he also made sure to ask me if loud noises or anything would bother me. Every step was explained and demonstrated before I was able to do it, and as nervous as I was at first, it quickly went away knowing he took my safety, the safety of others as well as their shop very seriously. Co-founder Ben also provided some muscle when I was unable to bend the metal myself. In just over 2 hours I had sanded, measured, re-measured, bent , hammered and welded together a really cool one of a kind 5-sided barn star. It was definitely something different to do and it was a really cool and fun experience. 5 stars !
