The staff are very friendly and can customize your orders like add extra egg etc. Crazy rolls was my favorite and I am very sure I am gonna order that on my every visit. Got take-out from here. Pad Thai and Drunken Noodles. Very tasty. Pad Thai was good and Drunken Noodles was unexpectedly spicy. They didn't ask if I wanted it spicy and I was very happy that it was, but then I wondered if I got the Spicy Noodle accidentally. They seem a little unorganized so that is possible. Will definitely return for take-out and hope to get bonus spicy Drunken Noodles again. read more

Nice ambiance: outdoor dining in the summer, gas fireplace in the winter. Food is okay, a bit inconsistent. Sometimes there are lots of veggies, but more often than not, there are very few. So, we had supper on a comfortable evening outside but son spent much time swatting flies and bees until it because difficult to concentrate on drinks and ordering. The server, speaking little English, was slow to realize this but did get a regular English speaking server to move us indoors. The first server had trouble understanding us when it came time to order and required help. The food was very good and more than enough to take home the balance but an ethnic restaurant should insure its employees speak and understand English. This restaurant is worth a return trip for a different time to see if improvements have been made but this first visit was not impressive. read more

I was super excited to find this Thai restaurant with good reviews in our area. Picked up our first order about 15 min ago. Left a small tip as I always do for take out....After leaving I noticed the bag ( that i placed on my passenger seat) was leaking. I picked it up by the handles to move it to the floor and the as I noticed the entire bag soaked thru at the bottom and all over my seat it all tumbled down and spilled. There was none of the standard cardboard in the bottom (ala every Togo food place ever) and none of the three curry containers were closed properly...they were spilling open before they hit the floor:(. When I called to complain about the already leaking bag...not closed containers and the loss of my families dinner.....yup they said they would need to me send in pictures before they would consider remaking my food or refunding it. Seriously I am going to have 300 worth of detailing to have this curry smell out of my brand new truck:( not the way I would want a business to react to something like this. So here are your pics....post the initial clean up using my favorite bruins sweatshirt by the way. Update: The staff eventually made things right....when we finally ate the food was very good. Staff is very nice....I think the owners are the problem. Maybe bring a plastic shopping bag with you if you are taking it to go:) read more

I went to lunch with family( 3 people; paid with one card) on 11/21/2017. The waitress charged 20% gratuity with out my permission. I think it is rude. I know restaurant business and working at restaurant is hard , but you should notify customer if you are doing anything out of ordinary. I myself waited tables while at grad school and I always tip 18-20%, if you have customers who tip less. publish a no-tip policy and add Gratuity % to the food prices. I am just annoyed that restaurant like pan thai local to my home town does this. read more

My earlier review was critical but hopeful. They had only recently opened. This review is much happier! I went here for lunch recently. I ordered the same dish that I'd had reservations about - pad thai, with chicken, "spicy". I am pleased to report that it was outstanding! Traditional flat noodles, not round, beautifully prepared, perfectly seasoned and a generous portion. While this portion was generous, and I should have taken some home with me, it was so good that I ate the whole thing. I shouldn't have, and I'm bummed now that I don't have leftovers for lunch, but it was great. Kudos to the staff. Well done. I will be back. Now that my 'barometer' dish was done so well, I look forward to trying other items on your menu. read more

Awesome crispy veggie pad thai...best around and I travel the country. Price is reasonable for quality, quantity and value of the food. Service is always excellent and every other dish I tried has also been excellent. Clean, owner and workers seem to take pride and ensure you have a good experience. Never a problem getting a seat at the bar or getting a table. I am hesitant to post this because I don't want to wait in line :-) read more

Pan Thai is TERRIBLE! Live a few houses away and love pad Thai. Moved next to it and tried ordering, their site had me order from a restaurant in Georgia. Second time double charged my card and fought me via text for weeks to get reimbursed. And now tell me over phone they take Apple Pay and it doesn't work when I try and get my food. Asked to Apple Pay the owner personally and didn't even get a response. Terrible customer service, greedy and not up to date with technology. 5 stars DOWN. read more

Terrific Thai restaurant! We were a party of 8 people celebrating a birthday on a Thursday night. Service was terrific! The wait staff was very attentive. Even allowed us to bring in a birthday cake and lit the candles and even sang with us! I had the ginger house special with vegetables. Delicious! Serving was plentiful- enough for leftovers next day. First of all, let me just say, this is BY FAR the best Thai restaurant I have been to. Every dish that I have had has been excellent. I love their drunken noodles, the pad thai is incredible, but my favorite go to dish is the drunken chicken. My wife loves the dressing on the steak salad, and my kids are all over the pineapple and the mango fried rice. The Portions are plenty big enough for leftovers. I also love how the owner keeps coming up with new drinks. I just had 2 basil Thai mules. A Thai twist on the Moscow mule. The service is always friendly, and usually prompt. SO GOOD! The owner is so sweet and made great recommendations. They are super accommodating for celiacs disease, which I have, and most of the stuff on the menu can be made gluten free. They also have gluten free soy sauce and will cook with that. I had the tropical curry which was amazing, the coconut soup with fresh veggies and the sweet mango rice. Everything was phenomenal! We went in for dinner on a Tuesday night couple weeks ago. The door to the restaurant does not shut on its own and I did not realize that I had left it open. The waitress rudely asked me to shut the door before welcoming us to the restaurant. I ordered the Coconut soup first. It came fairly quickly but tasted like diluted lemon water. The chicken in it was tough and chewy. There was no flavor or heartiness to the soup. Just meh. For the entree, I ordered the Chicken curry noodle. Again the chicken was super tough and the gravy had absolutely zero flavor. I was very disappointed. What was worse was the attitude of both waitresses. They didn't seem happy to have customers. Great neighborhood place! Friendly staff, great food, great atmosphere... We go almost every week since we live nearby. Garden rolls or fried tofu salad are good starters. Spicy Noodles with either chicken or shrimp are great (our kids always get that), and the Penang Curry is also great - nice spice to it. Sticky rice with mango or fried ice cream is a great way to finish. The owners are terrific - friendly and inviting. We always enjoy our meals there. read more

I'm practically a fixture at this fine restaurant. Jackie is my favorite of the entire staff because she is so warm and welcoming, but they are all very friendly and attentive. The food is always delicious and consistent. I know it's hard to sustain a restaurant in Hopkinton unless it is deserving and Pan Thai certainly is. After going a few times I am sad to say it's not that great... They also have 2 listings of this place on yelp. The menu is a little confusing. I am vegetarian and sometimes the coconut soup has chicken and sometimes they give me the tofu I ask for. It's too much hassle to call/go there to switch it out. Just a little disappointing. Went for a family dinner last night. we shared two appetizers and sampled each other's entree's. All around good job on vegetarian, chicken, duck and beef dishes. The only downside was that it was a cold night and there was a draft when more people came in. It was the second visit for my wife and daughter, and my first visit. The atmosphere was better than expected. It was cozy and warm and a great place to go for a couple of foursome to go for dinner. They have an outdoor dining area which we will definitely visit in the warmer months. We had the coconut soup which was fantastic - crunchy veggies just the right consistency. The fried appetizers, however, were underwhelming - crab rangoon and the Thai rolls - too much wrapper and not enough filling. As for the entrees we tried, the pad thai was well above average - really, really good but the curry chicken was average, although it did improve over time -- maybe it just needed to be stirred up a bit and the flavors to blend a bit more. The service was efficient and attentive. We will definitely go again and we will try more items on the menu. Certainly worth a visit if you live in the area -- and try the pad thai and coconut soup! read more
