My wife decided to order the Combo #2 (pork tamale, ground beef enchilada & ground beef hard shell taco - see picture) while I went with the street tacos - Carnitas (pulled pork), Pollo (chicken) & Al Pastor (spit-roasted pork). We both enjoyed the Combo, with my favorite part being the pork tamale. I'm a big fan of corn tortilla street tacos and found them all to be very good - but my favorite was the Al Pastor. A quick Google search indicated that Al Pastor is a spit-roasted pork influenced by Lebanese shawarma - marinated and then cooked on a vertical rotisserie. I would say that chicken and the pastor were great, but the carnitas is maybe not their strong suit - overall though, the tacos were delicious and about as original as you can get this far north of the border. Prices are also extremely reasonable. Another must try in Sioux FallsOn Mondays (and maybe certain other days of the week) they close at 3, so keep that in mind if you plan to go.
