YUMMY! This location is a typical Panda Express location so nothing phenomenal but it's pretty good Chinese food. I've dine here many times with my family and always loved their fresh ingredients and hot servings. It's always busy but nothing crazy. Yeah, it's fast food Chinese food but it's still delicious. It was 10:26 4 minutes before closing we got in and they gave us warm smiles and didn't even seem mad, two other restaurants did not do great before this and my sister was upset. She was famished. We are so thankful that they weren't mad or even showed the slightest hint of annoyance it really warmed our hearts. I gave them a 1 star since I can't give them a zero. This place screwed is over on our orders. Order kung pao chicken and out of all 3 people we had maybe a half cup of chicken and vegetables. But they gave us several cups of rice. Apparently they are trying to save money by skimping on the real food and giving us more rice which is just filler and has zero nutritional value or flavour. Won't ever go back here again. I recommend Joys Tai in Lakeville instead. We paid over $30 for $3 worth of food. read more

RIDICULOUS- was picking up a DoorDash order that was supposed to be ready by 7:22. Went in waited 15 minutes and then asked if it was ready. Worker gave a thumbs up and walked away. The food is good, but there problem is meeting any kind of a time line for on-line food orders placed, despite the fact that they have four people working the food lines/counter area and three people working in the kitchen area. Staffing is not their issue. The last three times we have placed an on-line pick-up order we have waited any where from 25 to 35 minutes over our pickk-up time. Could have walked in the door and ordered and been through their line three times at least. It is very frustrating! The last time, they seem to have lost the order so we waited 35 minutes! read more

This is my son's absolute favorite place for dinner... And I think he would actually be willing to eat breakfast and lunch here too. I definitely prefer Panda Express over the nearby Leeann Chin. Food is quite consistently prepared and you know what you're going to get. My favorite is the bowl with orange chicken and chow mein... This place is always packed for some reason. Everything on the menu is the same 4 things fried chicken in some sauce or beef and overcooked vegetables or grilled chicken. Not a huge fan of the fried rice either, lo main is way to go. fairly typical for a panda. Nothing really out of the ordinary. This has been my go to for lunch for soooo long. I probably come here at a unhealthy rate but besides the fact I have noticed a drop in amount of food that gets given to me no matter the "bigger plate" or the "plate" and the "bowl". It seems that when I get the bigger plate, I still get the same amount I'd get buying the regular plate. I don't ever plan on stopping coming into this Panda Express, just seems like they are trying to pinch off a little less than customers pay for or maybe it's the other way around.. anyway, I just hope this location will take this review & use it as a pull to see what customers think of the place. The workers are ALL always amazing & cater to everything I need leaving the store I'd just hope they would keep a consistency to how much chicken they put in boxes etc, instead of me expecting to get a full meal out of the plate, rather than having to spend more to get more food when I end up with the same amount from the plate to the bigger plate. Friend and I were in the area and wanted Chinese. We're both Panda Express fanatics and there are limited Chinese food options in our area. We both tried a sample of the 'wok-fired shrimp' which was pretty good. While deciding what I wanted apparently the staff behind the counter just put my order together and were like "you're good to go!". Friend and I looked at each other and I questioned the employee and she confirmed, with an attitude, that my order was done. Whatever, I'm not one to cause a fuss after working for 11hrs today. Ordered $30 worth of food......for the last time. I called the store over 10 times throughout the day. I did not eat the food that was ordered due to multiple strands of hair in each of the items of food! I called and finally at 5PM! got a hold of someone. Literally called all day long, ordered for pickup at 11AM. Manager was off for the day apparently, and no one in the store could do refunds. The only team member to talk to, said that she is only able to refund a portion of the order per policy. So if i order $100 worth of food, and it comes back with human parts in it.....you're only going to comp one meal? What a joke. The person said she would have to call me back... which 20 minutes later, I was thrilled to get a call back.....BUT with MORE disappointing news about how they are unable to refund the order. She then asks if I was able to bring back the food for fresh food. Okay. 1. I ordered for pickup at 11AM 2. I did my part as a CUSTOMER and called several times from 11:19AM------5:36PM (with proven phone records) 3. It was 5:36PM, when she said if I could bring the food back. Where do you think the food went when I got no response for the entire day? The Trash. I ordered 3 meals from a competitor and enjoyed it thoroughly. All I want is a refund for the entire order. Three strikes your out! I've tried three separate times at around 4pm. common sense tells you get ready for the dinner rush!! The whole crew are very young and seem to be lost. each time I've been there trying to have some dinner they've been out of at least three things or more. The Young kids working there dishing the food don't yell back to the cooks to replace the empty dishes. That's one issue the another issue is they're making the online orders a priority. So if you walk in expect a longer wait to be served. I know the kids or Millennia's need a job but boy they don't move fast and seem to not care. I've been yelled at by they're overly stressed Manager Steve for asking if they'll have noodles ready soon. He told me don't tell me how to do my job I'm short handed for help. That being said maybe pay a bit more Steve. I've had it I've been going to Leanne Chin across the street great food and no wait! Yesterday I arrived and was given samples of some items. I chose walnut shrimp and Sesame Chicken and chow mein noodles as my side. I also picked Orange chicken and Sesame Chicken for my son. The breading was comming off the shrimp for being too long in chafing dishes. I should have known. I had stabbing abdominal pains a couple hours after eating and son had diarhea at 4 a.m. Never again. Avoid this place like the plague. read more

The opening of this Panda Express makes Apple Valley nearly the perfect suburb in terms of fast food joints. White Castle recently opened, too. All AV needs is a Dunkin Donuts (well a DD ANYWHERE in the Twin Cities metro would be awesome...I digress). The service here is pretty good. There's always someone cleaning up so it's a clean place. Had the 3 entree combo for $8+ The food was good. They ran out of Walnut Shrimp so I had to wait a bit but it was fresh and hot. The manager tossed a couple extra shrimp in for my wait. Cool. They do a good job of keeping everything straight and no strange up-charges at the end.
