Seriously??? When did mobile orders become more important than a customer standing right in front of you? As far as food quality goes it is fine and no issues but when you walk in the store and stand in line with no acknowledgement from the staff and see 6 servers behind the counter flinging food as fast as they can to accommodate mobile orders that's very very poor customer service. I placed an order online and sent my son to pick it up. When he got there, he didn't see the order ready and asked. They said someone else already picked it up and they refused to remake it even though they gave it to the wrong person. My son called me and I went to the store. Once again they refused to remake my order that they gave to someone else. I told them it wasn't my fault they gave it to the wrong person. They said I had to pay again for a new order if I wanted it and contact corporate for a refund. That is ridiculous. After arguing more, they finally remade my order. read more

We've ordered online many times from this location, and almost EVERY time we order we get Teriyaki Chicken. It NEVER comes with the teriyaki sauce, even if we ask for it in the notes. Employees don't know how to ask questions especially when someone has never ordered from panda before. They'll just give you the most expensive item. I ordered egg rolls and they gave me the chicken ones. They weren't fresh. They were soggy and had clearly been sitting out for a long time. Went to Panda Express for the first time and Last Time. The had a few things to choose. Wanted generals tsao chicken and staff kept pointing to tiny pieces of chicken not tsao. We were trying to pick - and when we asked about having Szechuan she just started to pile it on the container. We were rushed and there was no one else there and the plates were empty. The noodles they call chow mein is Lou mein -and COLD. Don't think the staff person spoke English. Will NOT return. Food was cold and all tasted the same- same sauce in all of them. I would give this place a 0 if I could. The management is lacking. Stood in line for 40 minutes with 6 people in front of me ordering 1 meal, 7 people waiting for "on-line" orders! They obviously make to/go food more important than people standing in line. They were not short handed, they had 5 cooks, one manager, 5 people working counter and they filled 10 meals minimum before each person actually standing in line. I would like to say that this Panda Express is consistently excellent. The staff is courteous and patient, then managers have always been attentive and kind, and considering this is supposed to be a fast food chain, the chefs are nearly always simply superb. I know all the chefs by name because I make it a point to let them know how much I appreciate their superbly prepared dishes. Peter. Alfredo. Ivan, and previously Jesus who moved to a different nearby city location, are all extremely great cooks! I do not have a kitchen in my studio, and so I am eating at Panda several days a week usually. I am grateful for such excellent quality food at a reasonable and still affordable price. My only complaint is that they often make superb new dishes, but for only a limited amount of weeks or months. I usually get so hooked on these special dishes that I am actually sad when when they change ! :) In particular I loved the Sichuan Hot Chicken Strips so much that I keep hoping they will come back. The staff at this location have been very accomodating with the fact I do not wear a mask. I place my order online and specify I do not wear a mask. They have never been rude to me about it. I would give 5 stars but last week when i picked up my order, part of it was wrong. I called Betsy the manager (real sweet lady) and she was very understanding and told me the next time I'm ready to order to just call her and she will provide me a free bowl of my choice. I've gone in this place many many times they are slow because they rather talk to each other then help customers. I place my order online and it says it's ready at least 20-30 minutes after by but I have to wait almost 20 minutes while I'm in the restaurant waiting for it. Ordered our food and the girl that was making putting the entrees into the plates advised they were waiting on Mushroom chicken and that it would only be a couple minutes. After waiting 20 minutes a lady I'm assuming was the manager as she was wearing a different shirt walks over with our order. I asked if the mushroom chicken made it in she stops with a dumbfounded look on her face and starts to turn back. I tell her look we have been waiting 20 minutes for some mushroom chicken, the rest of the food is now cold so why don't you go ahead and remake everything. This is when she gets really pissed and starts telling me we haven't even been there 20 minutes and goes on to explain why the rest of the food order would not be cold. She asked me for the receipt and looks at the the and started to say see your order was at... and then stops as she realized we are over 20 minutes at this point, which I knew we where because I was texting my wife which are time stamped. The lady then tells me to wait outside so they can remake the order, she's comes out again to explain how heat works.. lol. I tell her instead of arguing with me you could have made the food already. She's storms off like a child that was just told no. A few minutes later she sends another employee out to tell my it's now going to be another 5-7 minutes because now they are waiting again for mushroom chicken and orange chicken. I explained that fine but how about hold off and plate it all once it's ready. This girl rolls her eyes and walks back in. To go start a shit talking session with the cook which is obvious because people in the store even are now looking out at me. A lady walks out of the store laughing and says man they really don't like you in there. Lol real professional huh. Anyway about 7 minutes later the manager brings the food back out and tells me they are just waiting on the mushroom chicken. I laughed and said so if you re-made the meals why wouldn't the entree just be in the box, clearly she really thought I was stupid enough to buy that they had actually remade the meals. She says owe uh I asked him to put in a special box. I just laughed. She goes back in and returns with the mushroom chicken. So at this point there's only 2 options either the meals where not remade otherwise the entree would have been put in the box, or the entree has been tampered with. So regardless my wife was not eating it at that point. I walk the food to the truck and get in, told my wife to check the food to see if it's hot. The boxes were warm, the food COLD. We left and I have disputed the charge on my card. Tossed the COLD most likely CONTAMINATED food and went somewhere else. On a side note there's no reason to yell just because you are wearing a light cloth mask lol. This establishment is a disgrace, the manager was a joke and clearly hated her job and joined in with the crap talking with the crew in front of customers. Clearly the skill level here is very low, I presume that's why someone of her age is working a low paid fast food job. Oh and had they remade them they would have seen they forgot my wife's other 2nd entree sauce for the teriyaki chicken. I'll discuss further with their corporate office. read more

This restaurant has the best Chinese food that I have ever had! The food here is better than a majority of restaurants, including upscale and expensive establishments! I have never been to another Panda Express but the franchisee runs their restaurant like a well oiled machine. Orders are ready within minutes of the pickup time ensuring freshness. I am so grateful to have this delicious, nutritious and affordable food available to me! The Family Meal knocks it out of the park. My kids and I have come here for years. It used to be a great place; always fast, friendly servers, good food. I think it changed management a few months ago and I haven't had a good experience since. Tonight, the lady who waited on us was nothing short of nasty. And not just to the customers, she snapped at a co-worker and was just generally a bitch to everyone around her. No smile, no "thank you," just nasty. It's Sunday March 28th at 8:58 p.m. the only girl wearing a black panda express shirt dropped a stack of boxes on to the ground, picked up off of ground and set onto cutting board for food, then proceeded to put food into the dirty boxes that were on the ground whoever got all that chow mein and that walnut shrimp you got dirty boxes. I have never actually witnessed someone not care at all with a line of customers out the door preparing food into a box that was on the dirty ground. Yuck! I sincerely hope she gets food poisoning so she understands cross-contamination, maybe she would take it more to heart. Here's a tip from Restaurants 101 - don't scream at your customers. I arrived this evening, a regular Panda Express customer. Their entry is covered with signs, and apparently one of them claims that only 10 customers are allowed in the restaurant at a time. I didn't see that notice in the mess of other signage and opened the door. Probably 15 - 20 customers inside. And one very rude employee, who shouted at me that only 10 customers were allowed in at a time. Wait - I don't work there. I'm not going to count Panda Express's customers for them. If Panda Express has a limit (unenforced) of 10 customers inside, then a Panda Express employee needs to (politely) enforce that limit at the entrance. It's not up to the customers to peer through a sign-covered door and count how many people are already there. Rude, rude, rude. Never going back. read more

All my food enthusiasts say this place is better than 1/2 of the terrible Chinese restaurants on the Central Coast. I have the app, so I avoided the long lines. My son loves chow mein but hates the cabbage, carrot and celery. They make him a custom 1/2 order without veg -- he was stoked to say the least. We waited over an hour for our online order and watched so many people walk in, order, and leave with food. I've had to drive back and forth on two occasions because of forgotten items. Panda was Always the go to for fast Chinese food. Unfortunately the manager has ruined our love for Panda. :( My hubby reached over the counter and got our drink cups but we just stood there waiting for our food and the manager accused of of stealing and said he was going to call the police!!! We were standing there with the cups! Then said the police were on the way! Then after we paid but had to continue waiting my hubby went to fill the drinks and Andre the manager went over to him and continued to give him a hard time about the cups. We stopped here on our way down from San Francisco, it is pretty easy to locate and thank to Yelp for helping me find a food place as well as gas close by. Google Map takes you right to the location, its in the same shopping complex [pretty much a walking distance] as Subway and since they have a private parking lot there is ample amount of parking space available. My boyfriend and I are vegetarian and usually they have fried rice, some veggies and chow mein as the veggie option. Apparently the day we went, they were extremely busy and no one acknowledged us for at least 2-3 minutes and then since there were so many people waiting in line that we couldn't see it after waiting for awhile that they ran out of chow mein. So thankful that Subway was in the same shopping center. read more
