Alright so the Service for this location is pretty terrible, They told me they wouldn't refund me at store level and the food was pretty terrible, caused me to have food poisoning, the mall area ambiance is fine and all but it's this one location in the Mall for Panda Express is terrible, staff is not caring about their customers or food, they are kinda rude, took forever to get the number for Corp, complained via Twitter/X instead cause I couldn't with calling plus it was late in the evening. The Online Twitter/X Experience was quick, easy and super quick on getting my concerns heard and was able to issue a refund right then and there. What I Ordered: Bigger Plate - Fried Rice (Who can mess this up right? Welllllll Panda Express in VRC) - Honey Sesame Chicken (Didn't taste right) - Kung Pow Chicken (Kinda tasted off) - Beijing Beef (Kinda tasted fine as it was freshly made but may of been off) - Two Egg Rolls (Looked like they were dropped on the floor and picked up and burnt then served to the public looking like stuff was on them plastic, floor debris and who knows what else) This locations staff: Let's say they seem to of not cared I should of just walked away from this... Cost Me $16.00 even and the Corp folks was kind enough to refund the entire thing! Always understaffed. The line at this panda always takes 30+ minutes and it's not the fault of the workers. Every time I've come to the mall on my lunch break I see this location is SLAMMED with one, maaaaybe two employees on shift, trying to keep up. Everything wrong with this location is due to it being consistently understaffed. Today was the first Friday of summer vacation, the mall was packed, and it took 30 minutes to get my order that I had placed online ahead of time. The food was cooked in a rush obviously and the employees seemed exhausted trying to get the line down. The volume of people in line tells me clearly that this is a profitable location, the owners of this spot can 100% afford increase staffing during lunch rush but would clearly rather break the backs of their employees and provide a poor experience to their customers because of it. read more

I love my Panda... We had an inpromot dinner party with bunch of friends we decided Panda sounds good. Showed up with my list in hand. Uh-oh.... The poor people behind the counter lacked communication amongst themselves. 7 orders total and they only had to throw away 1 order for no reason but for lack of talking to each other. That caused us (not a problem) waiting for tge rice to finish cooking. This place really isn't bad. It's great actually.. I do not like going to any food place at VRC, but Panda is perhaps the worst service in that food court. My son wanted to go yesterday, prior to shopping, and they forgot his cookie with his kids meal, didn't give us a fortune cookie on our to go order, and when we asked about the above, they gave us two fortune cookies. No cookie for the kids meal. I will say when we spoke with them about giving us water, instead of the lemonade we ordered, they gave us a small to replace it instead of the kids size. Hence the two stars. Save your money and go elsewhere. read more

At around 2pm June 25th I Asked for black pepper chicken, they said it would take 3 minutes to make. No problem. I'm waiting behind the line at a table for about 10 minutes, and decide to go up to the counter to see how long it might be.. I get a nasty side eye from the dark haired girl washing the trays and a "yes..?" I ask about the chicken, she says "a moment" until it will be ready. I take my seat. Several more moments pass and I ask if I can get a different side, in the most rude manor she slops my double kung pao into a tray and mumbles some language under her breath. The other day I came into Panda Express because I was craving some Cream Cheese Rangoons. After ordering my bowl and coming to the regester was also transfering money to the card I had with me at the time. The cashier swiped my card and told me that I owed $.50 more for the meal so I transferred a couple dollars so I can pay the difference. She fully charged my card again and proceeded to tell me that I now owe her $4+ as if I didn't just pay the first time. When she asked for help to come over both the employees were treating me very badly and made me wait by the side of the regester for 20+ minutes to then tell me that they cant give me my money back, and they refused to give me the food as well. After I proceeded to tell the woman she was stealing from me, show her my bank statement on my app on the phone, and tell her I need to either get my money back, or eat because I'm now starving. She then finally handed me the bowl (no rangoons) rudely and said "I'll just do it this one time" as if it was MY fault that they don't know how to work a regester. Oh and I starved that night anyway because my shrimp was awful and the rice was undercooked. I'll never go to Panda Express ever again and I will proceed to spread word on your foul company. read more

Been a few times, normally it's what you'd typically expect. This latest time I had ordered delivery from postmates to satisfy a craving. I ordered the two meat entree. What I ended up getting was small a 3 bite portion of one of my two meats, and two little quarter sized pieces of my second. The portion sizes weren't the only problem, I couldn't even tell them apart, they were mushy and questionably even the kinds I ordered. Normally I'd just soak the hit and move on, but considering I had paid almost as much for the meal as I paid in postmates service, I wanted to see what I could have done about it. The supervisor on duty was very dodgy, and tried everything to talk me out of wanting any kind of refund, eventually telling me I had to physically go there with my receipt and I could get another meal (which I was pretty physically turned off about at that point anyways), but not a refund under any circumstances. I absolutely love Panda Express but this mall location is terrible. They are notoriously out of product and not prepared. Yesterday I took my daughter and they were, again, out of teriyaki chicken. After waiting several minutes it was finally delivered to us.....burnt. Completely blackened and dry. I wish I had read Yelp reviews before I visited this location. It was not a good experience. The Teriyaki chicken was dry and flavorless. The rice seemed to taste "old". The honey shrimp was the only thing I had that had any flavor to it. They also will PACK your drink full of ice so that you get very little soda. Go to any other Panda Express in Euqene - JUST STAY CLEAR OF THIS ONE. Be sure to fill out their online survey and tell them how bad they are if you choose to eat here anyway. I was hungry for Chinese food and due to my husband not really liking Chinese food I decided to go to the mall for a quick lunch to lower my cravings for it. I had the orange chicken, string bean chicken breast, and a half and half of fried rice and chow mein. While everything was cool to the touch and tongue (obviously not that fresh), everything tasted pretty fair. Not the best Chinese food I've had by any means but about as good as to be expected from a Panda Express in a mall. read more

While the quality of food is always good, this location never has certain popular foods available. I have been here at peak and off-peak times and they NEVER have egg rolls ready. The chow mien was really dry and overloaded with celery. My first bite was into the cream cheese puff, which was hard as a rock. I took the other two cream cheese puffs back to the counter and said that I couldn't eat these. The employee handed me five more cheese puffs without even checking if they were cooked properly.
