Went to grab some food for me and my wife because we just received a coupon in the mail today for a buy one get one free entree plate. Went and the employee "scanned" the coupon then proceeded to give me own food and charged me for both entrees. Drove back around to ask about it to either get my coupon back or money refunded and they wouldn't give me my coupon back and then stated they cannot refund me unless I gave them one of my entrees back that I already had in my vehicle. The employee I was talking too also said she was going to get her manager to figure this out and never once spoke to the manager. Very poor customer service and great way to lose business. Highly recommend someone with higher authority then the current store manager goes and fixed this. read more

I literally just left this location and I am not satisfied with the service although they were very apologetic the service was poor. My receipt was taken from me I was delayed more than he two mins they told me it took for the super greens i ordered and then hey told me to it was a delay I. The teriyaki chicken I waited for almost 15 mins and I went inside and asked for the manager the service girl told me head extremely busy and he didn't even come to apologize for the service they just complained about what they "supposedly did" that wasn't done acknowledging the situation one thing but screwing up when your not even busy I find hard to believe. read more

Had our order delivered by Door Dash. Yet again, Panda Express did not include the Teriyaki sauce. The manager on duty actually tried to blame the Door Dash driver for forgetting the sauce. Yeah, nice try. The fault is with your employees yet again not putting the sauce in the bag. She said she would have a talk with her employees to make sure to include the sauce with any Teriyaki order, but she supposedly already had that talk with them, per our last conversation. read more

Typical. Closed. 1.5 hours before actually closing. Few days before, out of items at 5 pm. Understand that the service industry is hurting and issues with getting supplies, but it's always something with this place since before supply issues. It would be different if the other restaurants around them where out of items also, but seems like just panda is. Leads me to believe it's management. Not sure if each panda is franchised or ran by the company, but looks like this one needs to be overhauled bad. Avoid if possible. Plenty of other choices around this area. read more

This panda is trash. Awful. My rice was crunchy, the chow Mien was dry and crispy, the Beijing beef was hard as a ROCK, and the teriyaki chicken was burnt. But that wasn't the worst part of the chicken, they were OUT OF TERIYAKI SAUCE. And instead of being responsible and saying I'm sorry sir we are out of teriyaki, they served it to my friend without saying anything. Like, this was one of the worst dining experiences ever. Rudest worker I've ever experienced in a drive thru. Tried to order and he kept cutting me off before I could correctly say my order and then when I wanted to fix my order he said too late, order is already made...I didn't even have my order complete or total yet! Then I sat at the window for 10 mins for *this employee* to even take my money. If my order is done why the hold up?! Horrible customer service and I'd be embarrassed to employ such a rude person. We stopped by for dinner tonight through the drive thru. I got the orange chicken with fried rice, he got the teriyaki chicken with fried rice. We each ordered the bowls. First, service was quick and friendly. Bri was at the window. They were busy and she almost forgot our drinks, but she was really sweet about her mistake and immediately took responsibility. Our food was hot, and we were surprised that it was filled to the TOP. We could have shared a bowl, there was plenty for the two of us. We don't live in the area, but I work close and will definitely be back. Great job Panda Express! read more

I'm a big fan of the the ability to have flavorful, fast, and healthy chinese food (lower carb options w/veggies as sides) and in general like Panda much better than the P.W. competition. Initially this location was hit or miss on the quality. Portions came out extremely small and was told certain entrees (at dinner time) weren't available. Sent a complaint to corporate and they made it up to me and several times after the food has been fresh and the portion sizes were consistent with what I've experienced in the past at other locations, which is fairly generous. It's too bad this location is still getting bad reviews, which means they're probably still having poorly trained new staff. read more

That includes today when I was the second person in line around 11pm right after they open and still out of steamed white rice....They also never have the Powerade drinks and I don't drink soda so that's always great....get your crap together Panda Express. read more

Twice I have tried this location. First time they left off the mustard sauce. Second time they were out of mustard sauce and left off the teriyaki sauce and provided no utensils (Drive thru) I called to let them know and whoever answered the phone said they might have been swamped! There was not one vehicle in the drive thru lane. Whoever answered had no care about customer satisfaction- wonder how long it will be before they close their doors for terrible customer service, maybe due to no support from corporate? Just had horrible service! The employee Bre from the moment we walked in was so rude! After her being extremely rude while getting our order she continued to be rude and make faces as if she was annoyed at any question we asked. We still said nothing. After waiting in the dinning area for about 10 mins for our food (shrimp was cooking) she brought our food over with a attitude. She slams it down on the table and we say thank you and she rolled her eyes and walks off. No "you're welcome" no anything. As a manager in customer service I would be appalled at one of my employees acting this way. My family and I will not come back to this location. I asked for the store managers card and was told they don't have them. I would have preferred to talk to the Manager directly. I've had some issues with this specific Panda when it came to receiving our meal, specifically with how long it took. I ordered some mushroom chicken and they told me it was going to be 15 mins. I had gone to the restroom and when I came back they told me that they were told not to make any because they were slow, but I had already paid for it. So I had to wait another 10 mins for them to make my food. It was awkward because there was some confusion and bickering going on on their end. read more

I love Panda Express food.... but this location 3540 Hwy 114, ft worth has the worst drive Thru I have every seem ...... check you orders before leaving.... I waited 18 minutes after ordering my food....5 cars behind me drove off tired of waiting I would guess.... after getting my food and I drove off to go back to work and they did not give me a fork to eat it with and had more onions and celery than chicken.... keep this crap up and I will never go back to this location....... read more

The service here was terrible. The food was either uncooked or over cooked. The tea was empty both times we went today. My family just wanted a nice meal after the movies and we didn't get that which was very unsatisfying. The food didn't even taste right my family was about to get up and leave and they got our order wrong many times. The people didn't even pay attention to us.
