I ordered the bigger plate for under 12 bucks. You get 3 entrees and 1 side. I got the Beijing beef...Broccoli beef and sesame chicken with noodles. PLENTY for 2 people to share. Liked the spice on the Beijing beef and meat was tender! It's wallet friendly because 2 adults can enjoy the bigger plate and still have leftovers! They also have new items on the menu which I haven't tried yet. Great for a good meal when you don't feel like cooking! Ps. Use the app to save money..I forgot to today! read more

Clean, big portions, friendly staff, & will make anything u want up to closing if they are out of it. Prices are very fair too. Most bang 4 my buck in town. Very surprised its rated so low. People only leave reviews when they are mad. Hope this helps. read more

I've been coming to this Panda for years and they're usually great, however today I couldn't even eat my bowl it's so spicy. I always get the same thing, a bowl with chow mein and orange chicken. I'm not sure if they changed the recipe or if the chef today just went heavy handed with the spice. But it was intense. I'm white and will be the first to admit that I can't handle much spice in general, but I swear it was crazy. I also got 4 whole peppers in my bowl which I've never had before. Just disappointed and hoping this isn't the new normal :( read more

I have been to dozens of Pandas all across the west coast, and it's always hit or miss. The meat is overdone or dry, or has been sitting there for a while. We ordered two chicken entrees, one fried rice, one greens. Half of the weight/volume of the "chicken" was batter and 90% of the chicken could have been stretched and used as rubber bands. I kept some of the fried rice to keep as a substitute "sand" for my reptile's terrarium. The sauce on the chicken was sooooo overly sweet. Yuck! And the greens, which were not cooked enough, would have been chewable, I think?, by a horse or cow. read more

They ask if you want utensils etc. My yes is right on my receipt. Nothing in the bag, no sauce for my Teryaki Chicken. We had to eat everything with our fingers (that's why I asked for utensils). Food as good as any Panda Express. What was disappointing is we chose this place for the patio. We came into town with our dog. The patio chairs were stack and locked. Hubs was told.... no we couldn't use the patio. No we couldn't pull chairs out of restaurant to eat outside. No they wouldn't unlock the patio chairs. They didn't even have the key. My order was wrong, my cup had a hole in it so my drink leaked out all over my car, I didn't get any of the sauces or utensils I asked for on my online order and the quality was just bad. $30 for a horrible meal. They are chinsy on their servings. I ordered a plate which comes with two sides, I ask for seasame chicken on both sides and chow main noodles. The lady gives me the chow main and only one side of seasame chicken. This lady is not the friendliest worker either and shouldn't be in customer service. Service is wonderful but the food is below subpar. I think the issue was when they bring out the fresh cooked food they put the old food on top and it's just colder and soggy. We had the new crispy almond chicken breast (the fresh chicken that we were lucky to get one piece of was good). The chow mien was good. Panda Express has really gone down hill. They no longer allow you to taste something before you find put you don't like it, the boxes are about 25% smaller, they don't fill them full like they used to. The server didn't bother to keep my selections separate. He slopped it in the container not bothering with the compartments. He scooped out a small ladle and threw it on top of the noodles then did it with the second selection. I couldn't tell one from the other when I ate it. He chopped a teriyaki chicken and forced it into the little red box getting it caught on the flap and squished it down. They have just gone cheap. Overall the quality has been going downhill for a while. As I was eating my chow mein, I noticed there was a long piece of hair in my mouth full of food. Upon inspection it was quite long and blonde. That is so wrong and disgusting. Whoever you are, KEEP YOUR HAIR PULLED BACK. ITS REQUIRED AND IT SOURED MY APPETITE. So blondie, keep your hair pulled back for the sake of food safety. I really like the fresh food that is made here. It is very flavorful meals here too. And all the staff are very nice and friendly. I will Keep going here this is way better than Royal Dragon in the Kmart shopping center. There food is dried out and crunchy and it has been sitting out for a lot of hours. And the food at Royal Dragons is not very hot it is lukewarm to cold. And Panda Express has hot food and it is moist and not dried out. Come to Panda Express don't waste your money at Royal Dragons. Royal Dragons is very expensive for very horrible and sicking food there. My friends and I spent $ 48.95 plus a tip. Panda Express is well worth your money plus they are cheaper here. read more

Delay wasnt too bad for me this time but mainly because others waiting for their online were already issuing complaints to manager who then seemed to expedite upon. Waited in line for 1.5 hours. They had 3 people working. 2 of them working only on online orders. The one lady helping in store customers would help a customer then go do other things. Took 10 to 20 minutes per customer in line. Then when it was our turn everything was gone. Got the feeling as did the others in line with us that in store customers are not valued at all. They will help you only if they have nothing else better to do. If they are going to prioritize online orders then close the store to in person orders and just do online orders. read more

I have been enjoying Panda Express for several years. However tonight when I came in to order a panda Bowl, after waiting in an extremely long line, the serving i received was much much smaller than usual with mostly undercooked rice a little meat. When I mentioned to the cashier that the helping seemed skimpy she said she was sorry but the manager said they were to cut down on the quantity of food given. The food is perfectly fine. The customer service was subpar. I had an employee get snarky and sarcastic with me about my order for no reason. My order wasn't complicated. This place gets a lot of grief but for me it's always been solid. The food quality is consistent, and the kitchen and eating areas are always very clean. I usually get orange chicken and kung pao chicken with chow mein. Last night we ordered take out. I haven't been here for almost a year. I'm not sure how long this Panda Express has been putting out poor quality and quantity of food per serving, but this was the last time I will ever purchase food here. Very stingy with serving size. We ordered meals for 4 people. There wasn't one dish that was tasty. I ordered a bowl with white rice and chicken with green beans. The Chicken and green bean option had very little chicken and green beans were way over cooked so they were lifeless and lacked any flavor. Adding insult to injury, 7/8th of the bowl was the white rice. When I opened it, I was shocked to see how little chicken was in it. The Pot stickers were gluey and inside they were mushy and had no flavor. When we asked for soy sauce they were out. The shrimp I ate still had part of the shell on. Do yourself a favor and eat anywhere else but here. Is this place under new management? Go somewhere else! I'd give them a zero if I had that option. If this place has received and positive reviews, I'm guessing they are influenced by the owner, as in, getting someone they know to post false reviews. read more

The internet said they were open until 9:30pm, apparently they must have just closed because an employee sat at a table eating, staring at me and another person who showed up at the same time hoping for dinner, but the employee didn't bother to say "sorry we're closed, F-you...nothing. I've been here a couple times and their food is always new., hot and delicious. All the crew were very friendly. The store/restaurant is very neat and clean as well as the crew are well presentable. I've always caught in the busiest time of the day and even though the line is so long and super busy they're in control plus the Manager itself help/Assist the customers.
