I came to this Panda after a long, hot morning at the zoo down the road. It provided me what I needed, but when it comes to Panda food, you really can tell when the food has been sitting out for a while. Hot, saucy, and crispy turns into lukewarm, dry, and soggy after a while. And I'm not an unreasonable person. I just want the food coming out of this chain restaurant to be up to the standard that they would expect. Other than that, everything was good. Ambiance was standard, service was prompt and friendly. They were out of eggrolls, but they made me some fresh and threw in an extra one for making me wait. Nice guys. Overall, it was a nice little meal with some friends and some kids. Chain restaurant so it's standardized fair. Clean restaurant. Clean restrooms. Plenty of seating. It was opening day so the line was out the door. Great selection of entrees and sides. I was impressed besides the standard steamed rice, fried rice, and lo mein they had brown rice and steamed mixed greens. The mixed greens were NOT over cooked. Very healthy for a person on a diet. I had the fiery sweet chicken which was billed as spicy but I did not find it so. It did have a good taste. Additionally I had the walnut shrimp. Again it had a great taste. Please note, as far as I could tell all the chicken dishes were fried as well as the shrimp. The beef dishes looked a little healthier. One thing I did appreciate was the calories listed next to each entree. The prices were reasonable based on the serving proportions. Over all a good meal. It beats the local Chinese restaurant (not the Thai). The kitchen looked clean and I did not see any cross contamination. I will be returning. read more

Great place and very clean. Closest thing to Chinese food we are use to in Hawaii's Panda Express. Prices match the portion and food is tasty. Need to add more Vegetables on their menu like eggplant. read more

This is more of a warning not a food review.. On Friday 9/13/24 went through drive thru. Everything seemed fine until I asked the cashier about my panda express app... he grabbed my phone to scan the app but shut the window and took my phone. ..Kind of strange but then gave me my phone back and told me my total. So I gave him my card and again shut the window for what seemed a longer than usual time. I just shook the feeling off and left. Food was fine... then within 1-2 hours I started getting notifications that cash app transactions were being denied with my bank card. I called my bank since I was not using cash app, never use that much. The bank said someone was trying to use my card to send themselves or someone money. Of course the bank cancelled my card and I had to order a new one. Obviously have no proof that panda is where my card information was stolen but very odd behavior from cashier then the bank issue after was so suspicious to me. I almost didn't leave this review but it's just a warning to be careful with your information even though I was just paying for my food unfortunately. read more

My first time ever at a Panda Express. Brand new place just built so it is clean. I looked at the menu online; surprised at the limited amount of options (12-entrees), sides I guess were expected to pair with entrees. Ordered Orange chicken and sweet-fire chicken both with fried rice. Chicken was good, rice dry = Rate it good. Two orders of rangoons were all burnt on edges - not impressed with those at all = bad. I guess the goal for this chain is to be the McDonalds of this type food. read more

My orange chicken & fried rice were hot, fresh & tasty. I think the rangoon's I had here were the BEST I've ever had in my life. Service was steady as the ling was long but that isn't the store's fault. Employees super friendly. read more

Do not waste your money or time at this place. We order two meals through the drive thru and it was horrible. The portions were so small , both orders where suppose to have beef in them and there wasn't a teaspoon of beef between both orders! the bill was $23.01 ! We tried to get our money back , they won't answer the phones, the doors are locked and now we understand why now ! We had to go through drive through to even talk with anyone. Then all the manager wanted to do was give us another plate or a coupon. Why would we want another plate or coupon ? The manager could care less ! I ordered the fire cracker shrimp which is an extra charge. I was only given 4 shrimp and now I'm left with a bowl of rice and vegetables. I called to complain and they said there policy is to only give 5 shrimp, well I didn't even get 5. So be warned if you order shrimp you only get 5 and you may not even get that. read more

I used the drive through on June 30, 2020 at around 1:20 p.m. I ordered from the limited menu. From the Kiosk the person took my order and before giving me my total owed wanted to know if I would be leaving a 20 % tip. Keep in mind I am in drive through for fast food. I get to the window to pay and she asked me again did I want to give a 20% tip? Again, I said no this is drive through fast food. She then comes back for a third time with my change and asked if I want to leave the remainder of my $50.00 payment for a tip! 3 times I told this girl I did not leave tips for drive through food unless the service is excellent! I get home with my order and she charged me but did not include 2 of the items I had ordered. 1 egg roll and an order of chow mein. I guess in the end she stole from Panda Express and kept the money for the 2 items I had ordered since I was not about to leave her a 20% tip for drive through harassment. The funny thing is I would have given her more than 20% for her time and service if I didn't feel like it was extortion. I will never be back! read more
