It is a great place for eat, Their chow mein noodle are alway good. I little over priced; however, a nice treat yourself every mi and then.

I believe this is supposed to be one of Panda's flagship locations. You would think everything would be so much better here, but honestly this place is no better than any other Panda Express. The food is mediocre, or I should say, is what you typically expect from Panda Express. After digesting the food (& even the next day) you start to regret it & unsettles the stomach. Craving Panda so popped in here. The restaurant is really modern and clean. There's plenty of seating inside and outside. Service was fast and friendly. Food was delicious. I ordered: white rice/fried rice combo, mushroom chicken and walnut shrimp. It was way too much food but was fantastic. Added a large soda. I walk in to place my order very close to 9.30 PM at the time of making my payment Jose Huaracha handle me my cell phone that I had dropped at the entrance of the store. He refused to accept a good tip from me but suggested me to donate it to the Childrens Hospital box located inside the store. Be aware when the asshole at the window says it will be 15 min for teriyaki chicken and then you wait 25 min in the drive thru - they were lying. The service here is simply the best, efficient and fast. I always come here coz it is my son favorite. And now I loved it too, saw on yelp that when you checked in they have 50% off used it to purchased my creme brulee milk tea which is so perfect the taste can actually beat some tea shop there. Like the drive thru here they are fast and staff are nice. They have big parking area too, but the thing is it is in the center of busy area around, sometimes its pretty tough to park. You can never go wrong on their kung pao chicken all time our favorite and the drinks is good too. Staff here is nice and happy compare to other branch. read more

This is the amazing Panda Express location that has the tea bar and they also make the burritos! This location has a very modern feel to it and everything just feels very new and updated compared to other Panda locations. They are located in a huge shopping plaza so parking is no issue at all and they also have a drive thru! The reason why I visited this location was because I was dying to try their new burritos, which are only offered at 3 locations in Southern California. So how it works is: they start with a scallion tortilla, then you choose your base (rice, chow mein, fried rice), then you can get either 1 or 2 entrees, and they have a range of toppings such a green onions, and a few sauces. I was so happy to see as a vegetarian that this location has eggplant tofu because many Panda locations have taken this entree out. We opted to get the burrito with the yummy chow mein as the base and double eggplant tofu as the entree. We wanted to try everything so we got all the toppings and sauces (the red sauce was SO SPICY). You are only allowed 3 toppings but the lady was so nice and she let us try them all :) Overall I was shocked to see negative reviews about the burrito because my friend and I were sooooo impressed. All the flavors from the regular plate were there but I just felt like it tasted so much better because it was in burrito form. My only complaint was that it was kind of greasy, but other than that I loved it. For people who don't want a burrito they also offer salads at this location! At the tea bar we tried to raspberry lemonade but I was not a fan because it was too sweet and I didn't know it already had jelly in it :( Overall my experience here was GREAT and I wanna go back so I can have another bing burrito!!! read more

Wanted something quick and easy, also wanted to go through the drive-thru, Panda it was. This is actually the first time I had been to this Panda. Although I did not stop inside, it appeared to be bright and clean just by viewing everything from the window. I know this particular parking lot can be an absolute pain to park in throughout the day, so drive-thru is very much appreciated. This Panda has the added tea bar, so you can grab a boba or tea with your meal, which I have yet to try. In addition to the traditional Panda items, this was one of the first locations that started the orange chicken burrito. I just opted for a bowl of chow mein and orange chicken. The employee was friendly, and my food was given quickly, no issues. read more

I will never come here again. I ordered a bowl and chose chow mein as my base and walnut shrimp as my main dish I did not even get a full bowl. I only received 4 shrimp. For an extra dollar, and for paying $8 TOTAL FOR JUST A BOWL IS UNACCEPTABLE. I would understand if the bowl was full and met standards but it wasn't. Also I had to wait 10+ minutes for just a bowl in the drive through. This has to be the worst Panda Express I've been to. Waste of money and time. UPDATE: I got a call from the manager herself and was so surprised. It was such a nice gesture and she sincerely apologized. She definitely values her customers and has great customer service. I wanted to give this place a second chance and they literally made the same mistake as the first time. Ordered double orange chicken plate with white rice only and Thai Iced tea no boba. They literally gave me like 6 pieces of chicken in the whole box and filled the rest with rice. And gave me a Thai Iced tea with EXTRA boba instead of no boba. Sigh.... the manager reached out to my first review to make it right but I denied the free deal as I didn't want to be treated differently. I'm so disappointed with this place. I agree with the other reviews that they are very stingy with their portions. I was telling the girl to add more and she pretended not to hear me. I paid extra for the premium beef and she was careful not to put more beef. She literally counted how many orange chicken to give me which was only 7 pieces. For the beef broccoli, they keep the stems long so it would look large. Yes, they use the vegetables as fillers. This was my first time coming here and I will never come back. I feel the quality and service has been going down here for awhile. First they usually forget my sauces after asking what I what and reminding them. I usually pick up my order with no sauces. Decided to pop by at this location one night to check it out (cause I heard there was a tea bar here) Location: I thought the inside was very modern and sophisticated looking, never have I've seen anything like it in any other Panda Express locations. The tables were nice and clean which I appreciate a lot. There was plenty of parking out there so I'm sure no one will have trouble on finding where to park. Staff: the staff were really nice and non pushy, they made our experience even better. I also noticed how hard working they are, every time I kept looking towards the kitchen I saw them cleaning and scrubbing. Is things like that, that make customers feel comfortable knowing that everything is nice and clean. Food: the food was surprisingly delicious. I've been to other locations but this one was by far the best. I ordered the new panda wrap with chow mein and orange chicken and it was so good! The chicken was nice and Crispy and the noodles were well done. I tried one of their teas from the tea bar and it was good too. Overall, great location, keep up the good work! This location is HORRIBLE!!! Their drive thru is even worse. Ordered a bowl of Kung Pao Chicken, and they only gave me about 2 spoonfuls of rice with about 5-6 pieces of chopped chicken. Also had a plate with 2 items that had very little meat in them as well. The teriyaki chicken had no teriyaki sauce, so it was just grilled tasteless chicken. I didn't know you had to ask for teriyaki sauce to make it into teriyaki chicken. This was a togo order and no napkins or forks were in the bag. For Panda Express the reason why I would only give them a 3 out of 5 stars is because there meat does not taste really authentic, but I do love their food anyways. My regular order when I go there would just be plain rice with orange chicken, and the shrimps with walnut. They are also really good at getting your food to you really quickly as well me and my friends enjoy it when we go there and it is a very clean place to eat at! read more

If I can give zero star I would!!! I find it very offensive being ask to donate every time I go to this store. Not everyone have the ability to donate, no one knows the struggles I have with my disabled kid. Every therapies we have, I pay for it. I find it very insulting to ask for donation! The store person (Grace Aguilar) in charge says "it's her job to ask people to donate," PANDA EXPRESS is this really on her job description to ask people to donate? And is this what the store's purpose, to force people to donate??? I will tell all my friends and family to stop going to your store!!! Also she said to call the customer service number to complaint, guess what!? It's answer machine!!! So Panda Express don't care for the customers, they force people to donate, and doesn't care if we are dissatisfied!!! If you are not happy at their store, they don't care and won't listen! And they don't have an actual number to call, so they won't change their ways! This sucks! I finally found a number on their Facebook page. This place is a fancier Panda Express with a Chipotle esque setting of fresh food and vegetables at display. I came here to try the Panda Express burrito (Bing) and I was not disappointed for it was pretty good. I had Chow Mein, Orange Chicken, accompanied by crispy wontons, fried shallots, and slightly pickled cucumbers all wrapped in a scallion pancake. I also tried their Panda milk tea which was okay, not too sweet and nothing spectacular but it is still enjoyable. Love this Panda Express!!!! It is not your typical panda express. They off burrito wraps with all the goodies. If you want a healthier option they have a salad mix plate too. I am very please with this panda. I love their tea bar. We talk with one of the manager(Mani is her name) she is super friendly and says they are open minded with any drink creations you like and they say they will try to put it on Menu.
