One of the cleanest and modern Panda Express restaurants I've been to! I had to try the burrito after seeing it all over social media. I was surprised that the tortilla has pieces of what look like green onion--almost like a green onion pancake. But unfortunately, it tastes like just a regular tortilla. I got the rice and noodles as the base with orange chicken. Although you're only allowed up to three toppings (booooo), my server was really nice and allowed me to try a bit mor. The green sauce is pretty awesome. Strong, but I thought it was a must. The server had such a hard time wrapping my burrito because it was so big, bigger than chipotle burritos lol. The prices other reviews said is INCORRECT! It is NOT $2 more than other pandas. A two item plate is $7.50 here. Yes, 0.20cents more than the panda in west covina, but i work close to this one and it has a drive thru! The staff is friendly and helped me with questions about the tea bar area. Yelp Challenge: 4/100 I saw a video on Facebook advertising the bing and I had to come try it out for myself. You start off with a scallion pancake and can get up to two entrees (equivalent of a plate). My bing came out huge! Definitely try the Thai Tea & strawberry lemonade from the Tea Bar. The drinks are perfectly sweetened and I love that they use actual fruit in the strawberry lemonade. The employees were extremely helpful and made me feel so welcome. Not all Panda Expresses are alike. This place has the best Honey Walnut Shrimp out of all the Panda Expresses that I've visited: perfectly breaded with the right amount of sauce. The chow mein was really good, and it wasn't very oily. The workers were super friendly as well. They greeted me with smiles when I entered, and waved bye when I left. I stopped by this panda express location for lunch today . I was craving for quick Chinese food. I got the typical chow mein and fried rice with orange chicken and string beans. I have been waiting for this Panda express to open for a long time. This Panda is different than others where they have Tea bar and serve Orange Chicken burritos. I also tried their signature drink Raspberry Fruit tea it was so good not too sweet and has tea flavor. Service here is better than regular panda though the price is slightly higher but I don't mind paying more for better service and great ambiance. When I come down to So Cal to visit family, I would stop by here when I visit my parent's house. I would go to the place in Pasadena usually before, since they live in Arcadia, but when I heard about that this is not like other Panda Express I went to try it out after church one Sunday, and it didn't disappoint. Normally I would just get a two combo, but with all the new options I had to try something else. I got the Chicken Burrito and just a Milk Tea, and while the Milk tea wasn't super amazing, it hit the spot, and faired just as well as any other boba place. The Chicken Burrito was everything I loved getting at Panda, but in burrito form! I got chow mein instead of rice, which is what i normally get in my 2 item combo. This is by far the best Panda Express I've ever been to! They are also a testing restaurant and have new foods. They have the new quinoa and it's amazing!!! I love Panda Express, always have been a fan. I sometimes can't eat meat and I try to get the tofu/eggplant. The eggplant isn't very good though; it's extremely squishy and greasy. I saw this on Insider and ever since then it's been on my food bucketlist. When I finally came here I went with my little brother and older sister. When we arrived there was no line which was a blessing. Above the food line there is a menu that shows the options you can choose from: plates, bowls, bings (burritos) or salads! The Bings (Burritos) were what we came here for. We ordered three and by the look of it, the burrito making seems the longest because they have to run it to this "tortilla" heating thing, similar to one you see at Chipotle. The "tortilla" thing is pretty much a scallion pancake which is super good on it's own. When they heat up the "tortilla" to the Burrito, they then take you down the line and you're able to choose a starter: fried rice, chow mein, veggies or rice. Then once you've done that you go to the main line and can choose up to two entrees! A much better deal than the bowl I believe. Once you're done with your entree choices you then go to the Toppings section where you can choose any of the six toppings they have! I got the Red Chili Sambal, Green Papaya Slaw, Crispy Wontons, and Pickled Cucumbers. I also got the Scallion Ginger on the side because I wasn't sure how it tasted. FYI: the Scallion Ginger is freaking amazing. Lastly, once you top off your burrito they then roll it into one huge blunt, kidding - Burrito. This location sells tea too so we settled with the Pomegranate Lemonade, Raspberry Fruit Tea, and Strawberry Lemonade. The Lemonades are nothing special, I don't think I'd get it again but I will hands down come back for more! read more

I asked for a fountain drink and she completely ignored the order. I went back in line where I had to wait for another transaction in order to be helped again, once I got to the front of the line, ERIKA still ignored me and began ringing up the person behind me. The place was loud and frenetic - little kids running around, two television screens, a separate tea bar, and the soda station in additon to the line to order food. System is one person takes your order, you confuse them if there are more than one in your party, they follow you down the line while you point, another person rings it up. I had to have another person make my burrito because the original counter gal didn't know how. Onto the taste. The Chinese do so many things well, burritos aren't one of them. Stick to what you know. Huge flour tortilla with unidentifiable green specks, some salad and cucumber with dressing, a bit of chow mein and a ton of orange chicken. Didn't look like the one on the video at all. This has the potential to be a 4-star Panda...it has the look and feel of their Innovation Kitchen without the label. First, the food. It's a solid Panda Express with slightly above average food. What's nice is you can get salads and their bing here. The bing is quite good...think of it like a Chinese Chipotle. Second, the service. Since this place opened, I've been here a few times, and service is always spotty. It seems there's always one employee that just really does a terrible job, and then someone else makes up for that terrible one. If they got rid of the lazy and non-customer-service-oriented individuals, this would be a top rated Panda Express Third, the location. Difficult to get in and out because of the plaza location. I have to be really motivated to actually come here. Fourth, the tea bar. I've ordered custom tea drinks 4 times, and they've been different every time! Sorely disappointed in the consistency and availability of teas. They advertise that they have a Oolong tea base, but they NEVER have it! Today, the excuse is that they only use the Oolong for the milk tea. Well, if that's the case, take it off the menu as an option...you're a multibillion dollar company...I'm sure you can afford to re-do the sign. I always order my drink with half sugar and half ice. The first time I had it was pretty good...nearly spot on. The second time...it seems they forgot the flavoring and sugar all together. This last time...way too sweet...I couldn't even drink it. This is a great idea for Panda...and the perfect fit...but get it together...there are plenty of places I can get better boba teas within walking distance. Came out for the "chinese burrito" called bing. They were out of bing before the dinner rush. They were underprepared. The regular combos are cost more than other Panda Express locations, they have less entree choices, and they give much smaller portions. Don't bother coming here. They won't have the wrappers for bing and they aren't worth the trip. Also, their thai tea sucks. Update: And now I feel guilty.
