Which is normally not a problem except you already have waited 10 minuets in line, and from experience the 10 minuets waiting for the turns into 20 minuets because they are so backed up. Showed up with a college golf team of 8 guys at about 6:30 pm on a Monday. Even though the dinner rush was in full swing, the whole staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. A couple of our guys hadn't been to Panda Express before and the staff helped them order without making them feel bad for taking their time. There were a few orders that required a short wait, and the staff were nice enough to let us go sit down then they brought it out to us once it was done. He was tethered to his script, and when I asked for a bowl with orange chicken and chow mein he very sarcastically stated, "What side can I start you with?" They gave the side when I came up to ask. The mobile orders coming into the business really interrupt in person customer service. The staff at this location is friendly and the line moves quickly. Lots of natural light and the ventilation is ACE. Some restaurants struggle with the smell of cooking oil when the dining and kitchen areas are in the same room. We stopped in tonight road weary and sore. We were greeted as we walked in by a smiling young man (whose name I failed to get). We went to the counter and Andy took our orders and made them quickly. Downloaded the Panda Express App and ordered again a few days later, same exact thing except my order was bigger now so I had to wait longer for it to be made. So much so that I've visited the Innovation Kitchen in Pasadena, CA several times just to try what might be coming soon to locations across the US. (Also, who wouldn't go out of their way to get an Orange Chicken "burrito" wrapped in a scallion pancake?!) I've been to this location a handful of times. In my experience, it provides the same fresh, quality, and delicious Chinese/Asian American dishes that I've tasted across Panda Express locations. The staff at this location has always been friendly and helpful. On a recent visit, I asked for the Power Greens (kale, broccoli, and cabbage), which they were out of at the time. They immediately fired up a fresh batch, and it was ready in less than 5 minutes. I have a handful of go-to dishes, but I truly enjoy them all. And, if you're curious about one, you are (almost) always greeted with an offer to sample a dish or you can just ask. You can also try out the Panda Express app to place an order. I don't know why there aren't more good reviews for this place. I've always gotten good food and great service. This last visit we got the plate, which is three entrees and either rice or noodles. We got brown rice as our side and along with that we got the Honey Walnut Shrimp, Chicken with Mushrooms, and Sweet Fire chicken. They were all very good and very plentiful. Service was very fast and friendly. The gal at the window was wearing a mask, and she was wearing it properly. When you eat at Panda Express you are able to take a survey and receive a code for a free entre with the purchase of two. We always do this and it makes it a very affordable meal, especially since my husband and I always split a three entre plate. We will continue to support this restaurant. read more

We get food at least 3 times at Panda and expect good quality service. The orange chicken was smaller than usual and I thought they gave us the beyond chicken. It also didn't taste the same. I went back to see if they could replace my orange chicken. I told the lady we originally wanted teriyaki chicken. She said they now had teriyaki chicken but she couldn't exchange it because I didn't pay for it. I said just give me a fresh Orange chicken and I would keep the rest. Yooooooo. I don't know who runs this place but they are noooooot observing their workers carefully. I stopped in to the drive through tonight at about 7:30. I just spent 3 hours giving plasma and I was starving. ( the man who took my order was pleasant and nice) but the girl at the window (short hair, glasses didn't catch her name but oh well.) she was outstandingly stand off-ish. She took my card and handed it back without saying anything, she handed me my drink so rudely I almost dropped it, I stayed calm. She handed my my food and said "here. Have a good night" and pretty much slammed the window. Y'all. This is NOT my first bad experience with this location. I've had two other experiences but I won't even rant about them. But obviously a majority of the staff just don't care about the business they work for and the growth of the company. They're losing customers.
