I made an online order for a pickup and use my gift card, my brother-in-law who was in town was going to pick up our sandwiches. For some reason when I put the order through the it asked if I wanted to sign up for their club and get a free 1st time sandwich and receive point. I did, and that's when everything went down hill. I couldn't find the order that I paid with the gift card and showed I never placed an order. I called the store and immediately Tracey checked for my order and let me know they had not received it, however he was concerned about the card being charged, asked if he could speak with his manager and get right back to me. My brother in law showed up at JJ's right after I got off my call with Tracey, and told me that Cassidy the manager immediately apologized for the confusion and any inconvenience we had with trying to order and made sure he left happy. He told me they were very attentive apologetic and most importantly professional! It is wonderful to know that there are still people out there that take pride in their jobs and know EXACTLY how to treat customers.
