I know it isn't authentic but funny how our family does like this place and it's become a fun treat to take it to go one time on our road trips and eat in the comfort of our hotel. We have had really Panda Expresses and not so good skimpy ones but this location was quick and gave a good amount. We always get a good mix of chow mein n fried rice. Lol they always manage to taste the same around the nation :) Our Dave is still orange chicken but kids like teriyaki too bc it's all meat n not a lot of batter. My fave us still mushroom chicken however some places skimp on the meat but it goes well with rice. Green bean chicken is healthier bc it's white meat n broccoli n beef you can't usually go wrong. This location was not bad at all. Some places puts some weird msg flavoring that my oldest is allergic too but not here. First. I had never eaten at a Panda Express. I thought I had but maybe I was thinking of a Pei Wei ( where I have dined before). I was not so impressed. I went for the "one side, two entree" choice. I tried the jumbo spicy shrimp (okay, but tough and overcooked shrimp), spicy Mongolian beef (pretty good), and chow main noodles (somewhat greasy, lots of them on the plate). This place tastes exactly like mall Chinese food (where you are enticed to eat with the offers of free samples). I was expecting a little bit better. Yesterday I got the family meal with an extra large noodles approximately $40. I have to say it was very disappointing, vegetables were soggy and overcooked. It sure didn't taste anything like I have had before. My kids said never bring it home again and believe me when I say I was excited when they started to eat vegetables. I got 2 rice, 1 noodle, 1 chicken with green beans, 1 pepper chicken and 1 teriyaki chicken. I generally don't review fast food joint because, guess what? You get what you get - hey at least it's fast and fast foods aren't my go-to choice for replenishment. But this was a decent Panda, but the service was very nice and friendly even though I had to wait to be seen. Nice young black gentleman was very courteous and helpful. Food was fresh and tasted like Panda Express does, so no surprise there. But I like to give kudos to people that may not necessarily be making $500k a year and yet can be pleasant and give great service. Thank you young man. I had fried rice, chicken teriyaki and mushroom chicken and a chicken egg roll. The fried rice was moist, with peas and carrots, very flavorful. The chicken teriyaki was tender with a good teriyaki flavor. The mushroom chicken was very satisfying. The mushrooms were earthy tasting. The zucchini was soft and pleasant tasting. Staff was very helpful and let me sample things to see what I could handle due to my GPB limitations. Ordered the bigger plate (to share) with Orange Chicken (sorta dry), Honey Walnut Shrimp (yummy), and Kung Pao Chicken (by FAR my fav) along with Chow Mein (meh...not a celery fan) and Rangoons (meh as well). I'm sorta a Chinese food snob so anything not from a Chinatown somewhere or PF Chang's just isn't for me. But if you like quickie Chinese, you'll prolly love this place. So....we are encouraged to continue to give restaurants our business to help keep them in business and their employees making money. I have been saying "NO" to that idea for weeks and insisting on cooking at home, as usual, as you don't know where these employees have been and how disinfected these locations are. Well, today we ventured out to do a curbside pickup at Jo-Ann's (went very smoothly ). I got talked into going to Panda Express (drive through of course) by my wonderful husband as a treat as we have not eaten out in months. I was so disgusted. The girl working the window (taking $ or credit/debit cards) was NOT wearing gloves and her face mask was worn as a chin sling. Had to pull around to wait for order. Same girl brings out the food STILL wearing her face mask as a chin sling and NO gloves! Proceeds to hand us our food and returns to the open the entry door with her bare hand and go back to work. Inside the bag is our order with 2 plastic forks WITHOUT sanitary plastic wrap and NO napkins! Where is their manager insisting proper sanitary measures are taken? Where is people's common sense? Traveling I decided to stop here knowing what I've experienced at other Panda Expresses. They have a nice new building, well, about 4 years old now, but well kept. Upon entering the crew was busy doing their own thing while one was inappropriately addressing a guest's complaint about their miss handled drive thru order. I walked up, was reading the menu and waiting for someone to approach. Finally someone did and by then a family was along side me waiting too. They offered us their normal samples and I politely declined stating I was ready to order. The family wanted more samples and even though I was first in line and had been waiting for a bit the crew member's attention now was now just on that family for some reason. They announced they were ready to order and when I said I was ready yet too the clerk quickly informed me they had to take care of the family first. Really? So you go around who was first and next in line? With what I witnessed about the other guest's complaint I can see why, poor immature service. Think the clerk was more interested in hitting on one of the family members than take care of the guests. Others could have assisted that were working but they were busy talking and laughing between themselves. Two stars for this location for being clean and nice looking but not for anything else. Plenty of other places to pick from in the area so I won't be back here. read more

I stopped in with my family on a recent shopping trip and was impressed immediately with the cleanliness of the restaurant. They were busy at the time, but the wait wasn't long. We were greeted with a smile and served by Thitiya. Not only do I give this location 5 stars overall, I would give this restaurant 5 stars based just on the staff's efficiency, and Thitiya's friendliness and professionalism.
