Gotta appreciate the Panda family deal that they were offering during the Coronavirus pandemic. For $20, you get 2 sides and 3 entrees, which is a pretty great deal. The food is very consistent and as expected. Panda sure knows how to make some good orange chicken! My favorite entrees for the meal deal are the Orange Chicken, the Mushroom Chicken, and the Kung Pao Chicken. The Sweet Fire Chicken breast was also good. The only item that I don't really like is the beef and broccoli. The beef is usually a bit tough and doesn't taste high quality. The veggies as a side are also a winner. I'm not a huge veggie guy, but these vegetables are palatable and also make me not feel as bad after I gorge myself with all the other food. This panda is super good and very efficient for pick ups during the pandemic. Their menu is customizable and has a really great value for the quality of food that they offer. The staff is relatively polite and sometimes the restaurant is pretty crowded but if you do the pick up on the app, it's a quick in and out. I've seen a couple of people eating in and they offer some nice outdoor seating, although I myself have never been. Their food is really good and my daughters are obsessed with their bowls. We have it a lot and I love panda and I definitely recommend this if you are in the area and need a quick bite to eat. read more

I picked up 3 combos today and the chow meim did not taste right, the Kung Pao was not flavored correctly, and the beef was terrible I could not even chew it, there was a few burned broccoli pieces. If I had seen it while it was being poured I would have definitely said something but you could not see the food like how you normally see it while you please the order. The cashier, Rayleen, tried to steal from me. My total was $8.64 and I handed her two bills: two $5s. I was looking at the register and saw the payment read $9. She registered that I paid her $9. How did she confuse two bills for five bills? I would've handed her five individual bills (1 $5 and 4 $1s) to total $9. I handed her two. The register gives me back some change and she might've mistaken me for someone who doesn't speak up. When I did ask for my $1 she didn't even PRETEND to be surprised. My wife Duck and I went out of our way for some gourmet Chinese food. We had a real hankering for some Orange Chicken and Broccoli Beef, we arrive at the location; empty parking lot. We thought hm, nice, no wait! We approach the establishment, open the door, only to be told "you need to order online in ADVANCE to dine here." Very upset. My boyfriend and I ordered through Uber eats ( we already sent a complaint to Uber ). The order clearly states what we had ordered for each plate. The food got delivered and my plate was only chowmein no honey walnut shrimp inside. We had paid Uber for the delivery fees and everything and were very inconvenienced and had to drive all the way down to the location itself to have our order corrected. It should have been correct the first time around. There is a long receipt attached to the bag with all the order contents so not sure why my bowl was sent incorrectly. Parking can be a little tight when they are busy, but there's street parking. The tofu and eggplant is good when the eggplant is soft. Sometimes the eggplant should be cut into small pieces. Sometimes I'll skip the fried rice and noodles and instead get the veggies as my side, but it's not as tasty. The vegetable egg rolls are good. Don't forget to get the sauce!! Beijing beef is really good, but I hate it when it gets between your teeth. Broccoli and beef is also good, but it's better when the meat is cut into small pieces. I think there are a lot of reasons why people could be negative about Panda Express, but how I rate it is based on what I expect out of a fast food/fast casual dining experience. In that vein, I'm not expecting tableside service, fun cocktails, or even a dining experience atmosphere that begs you to pull up a chair and chow down on some orange chicken. The service at this location is great. They get you through the line quickly, and have no problem giving you a quick sample if you're on the fence. Last time, the order was incorrect, and getting extra soy and teriyaki sauce appeared to be a bother to the staff. Rice was tasteless. This time, dry noodles, dry rice with burnt onions; burnt, chewy 'Angus' steak, a pervasive flavor of charred food throughout, making it more like overly cooked charcoal. We come here alot. We always have problems with the same girl andrea at the register. The last time we came in this week. We asked her 3 times for 4 egg rolls and even show 4 fingers since they never hear anything you say. Only drawback is you have to really pay attention to the caloric count on some of the dishes....I.e. Beijing Beef is 690!! Calories per serving...ouch. Oscar That was the name of the person whose service made up for such slow service. I went to eat here at around 8:00pm on a Thursday night and when we had arrived there were only 2 people in front of us. Unfortunately, there was a family of 3 ordering take out - approximately 10 to go boxes - that held up the line to a halt. At the time, there was also only 2 people working the line, one of which was Oscar, a young, happy go lucky, and customer oriented individual! Despite nasty looks from the line growing behind me, he kept on his genuine smile and helpful demeanor and attitude towards the customers, never once rushing any of the customers and continually apologizing for the slow service. It is hard to come by hard workers such as this young man and when I do, I cannot help but comment. It is people such as Oscar that give meaning to the words "customer service". Here is an update by way of my more recent visit. After my bad experience noted in my previous review, the manager contacted me and offered a discount to give the place another try.
