Horrible portion! Gave me like half a scoop of the entree. Maybe 5 pieces of meat or less?! The lady serving the food gave everyone big portions but gave me a tiny one?! Cashier was nice, which is reason for 2 starts rather than 1, but the other was one very dismissive to my mom.

Why is it more expensive but less than halfway full....?

We got takeout for Mother's Day because Panda Express is my Mother-in-law's favorite. I want to say right away that the staff was super friendly and always are. We don't go often but usually it's this location because they are so nice. That being said, the food just wasn't good. Everything was sort of a bad version of what we have gotten before. What I was bothered y was that I paid extra for Honey Walnut Shrimp because it's her favorite, and it wasn't even half way full. Like, really? I don't know, I probably wouldn't even have said anything if the rest of the food wasn't so bland and disappointing. Probably won't go back.

I always eat at Panda Express and all their other locations but man this specific branch is really bad. Orange chicken is bland and mushy. The string bean chicken doesn't have flavor at all. I love Panda Express but this specific location is trash . I went in line and I had to wait for my food to get cooked and waited 10 mins for them to give it to me. Insanely slow service. Would I come back? Definitely not.

We dropped in after watching a movie to get a light meal. Their bowl option seemed reasonable. The steak bowl was delicious and the meat was tender but the rice on the bottom was a bit hard and dry. The orange chicken bowl was basic the flavor was good but the chow mein was a little dry...overall it was pretty good.

I aged slightly. Zero regrets. After days of Christmas leftovers and polite meals pretending to still be exciting, this was the most welcome change of pace. I left victorious with chow mein, beef and broccoli, orange chicken, kung pao chicken, and egg rolls and let me tell you... this was not food. This was a reset. A reward. A reminder that happiness can, in fact, come in a foam takeout container. Every bite was fresh, hot, and doing exactly what great Chinese takeout should do: restoring balance to your soul and making you forget you ever smiled politely at dry holiday ham. Yes, the wait was long. Yes, I questioned my life choices around minute 23 and briefly considered ordering snacks elsewhere. But the payoff? Absolutely worth it. Chinatown Express stays consistent where it matters most. The food is always fresh, always delicious, and somehow tastes like it was made just for you, not panic-cooked under pressure. The owners are friendly, generous, and genuinely kind. The place is always clean, the vibes are welcoming, and even when it's packed, they move with purpose, not chaos... like people who know they're worth the wait. And the best part? $20 fed me and my kiddo, with a full plate set aside for lunch tomorrow. That's dinner, bonding time, and future-me gratitude all in one order. If you're in a rush, plan ahead. If you want food that hits every single time and saves you from another round of holiday leftovers, bring your patience and prepare to be fed properly. I'd wait again. And again. And probably longer next time.

Small detail but love that they upgraded their to-go boxes. They're sturdier and keep the food warm longer. My favorites are the firecracker chicken and kung pao chicken w/ chow mein. Even when you're off to the side looking at the menu, everyones asking you, what do you want. Like Let me look at the menu to find that out. Also, this is the 3rd time where I go around 6-6:30 and I'm told no more white rice and they will have more tomorrow. Respectfully I'm not coming tomorrow for just white rice. The entire line was filled with fresh food but no white rice. Do they stop making white rice because they close in 2-3 hours? If so; I don't think they should be doing that; make a smaller batch of white rice for dinner rush. So I went over the hill to get Panda Express. They had white rice.

The flavor fell flat and definitely can use some more seasoning. I don't think I would order that again. Beef onion dumplings were good, perhaps pan fried is a better option, steamed ones were bland unless you use chili oil. The onion pancake, this was good, however it was super flat and NOT worth $9! Looked more like a cut up quesadilla, matter of fact I've had tastier cheese less quesadillas Place was clean and tidy, however it's okay to engage with your customers and offer a smile, it's free!
