My teenager loves Panda and this one happens to be en route to visit some of our family. This place does a great job at managing pick up orders but if you go in store the wait is usually long due to items being sold out. The staff is friendly and if you like Chinese food it will satisfy the craving. I prefer more of a family owned establishment but this is good when in a pinch. read more

I went in the drive through on a late busy Saturday night busy night . The service was fast and easy . The girl that took my order was super friendly and attentive . When we pulled up to the window she had a smile and gave us our food . We got home soon after that and the food was still hot and Fresh. The whole order was correct and with good portions. I love Panda Express but this location was the worst! I usually go to a different location but I chose to stop by this one today and I now regret my decision. I ordered the Super Greens and it was mostly cabbage cores! The broccoli in the Broccoli Beef were overcooked and didn't come with much meat at all. I want my money back!!! read more

I am on such a panda express kick in order to cut carbs. I do the double greens and I do the $13 bigger meal. I do the shrimp and the teriyaki chicken and usually a beef but it's so much food for about $13. I can get enough food to feed my whole family and it's just so delicious. Those garlic greens are to die for I tell you I would take it this food and this price point any day over that Kobe, which is right next-door we recently had a bad experience at Kobe and we saw that they are doing an auto gratuity of 18% and hiding it and so after eating their foodI really just have come to believe that I like panda express so much more and it's literally about 1/10 of the price read more

It truly doesn't take much to get an order done correctly. This happens too many times. Wrong order, wrong items. Asked for Fried rice, received White Rice. Stopped by Panda Express yesterday to pick-up dinner. We had not tried their food in several years. It has not been my favorite place for Chinese food but it was quick and convenient. Besides a little trouble in making it clear what we wanted to order, the process was relatively smooth and fast. We selected Fried Rice, Honey Walnut Shrimp, Orange Chicken and Kung Pao Chicken. The Fried Rice was OK ... a little dry in my opinion ........ but soy sauce made a big difference. The Honey Walnut Shrimp was moist and had a nice flavor. The portion of the Orange Chicken was my favorite. Good size, tender pieces of chicken with an authentic taste . The Kung Pao Chicken was just OK. Our vegetables were over cooked, and the dish was a little bland to me .... still edible. Bottom line, the meal was not the best ... but filling. The portions were large. I asked for half of rice and more of the orange chicken for my sons kids meal and the girl put more orange chicken in there and the other woman literally put back the chicken from my sons plate back into the pan because she said it was too much and "if you want more then pay more" those were exact words to me. The manager Julio was rude and his attitude was unprofessional. I left completely unhappy and unsatisfied with their customer service. I asked for their names and they didn't want to give them to me so I can call corporate and complain. Every time I come here it's always poor customer service though and it's sucks because ya the closest Panda we got in Lincoln! I left really unhappy! My wife misplaced her Ralph Lauren sun glasses about a week ago; we went out of town for few days. I don't know who is working in the afternoons, but some one teach them how to cook; as well as prepare the plates. I usually order family meal here through the drive thru and everytime I order anything with beef, they ask me to park and they would bring my food out. My usual wait was 5 to 10 minutes the most. Yesterday, it took them 25 minutes and when my order came, it was missing the sauces I asked for with 2 extra eggrolls (maybe their way of saying sorry). I was really hungry so instead of saying anything I just took it and drove off. 5-10 minutes is okay for me but maybe if it'll take lingering than that, let us know before hand. read more

I visit this location a lot because it's on my way to work and it's convenient because it has a drive thru. I've never had a problem until today. First off, the manager is terrible! She does not care what your issue is, she won't take care of you. I spent over $40 and I'm missing straws, teriyaki sauce packets, and 2 cookies that are supposed to come with the kids meal. The manager wanted to argue with me and tell me that they did everything right and all she would do is replace the sauce packets (which means I have to go out of my way and drive 17 minutes after already being there.)
