Three small pieces of black pepper steak. Not even a chunk of meat but tiny three slivers of meat. And dare charge you with $1.25 more. They're very stingy with the portions, even the white rice. I'm Filipino and I need my carbs. Even if you order ahead, they'll make you wait. One of the few times I did, they were still cooking the green beans. I went in to pick up my order and they started scooping them, yet they kept it on the side and no one even bothered telling me that they were waiting on one more thing. I waited for more than 20minutes and this was an order ahead. Workers act like everything comes out of their pockets. I just want my money's worth. It's not cheap for a combo. If they want people to keep coming back and rating them higher so people would actually bother going there, give us honest servings. I happened to have a really good experience here coming in today. A girl immediately greeted me (no line thankfully) and assisted me in getting a panda bowl. The food was delicious and I really have no complaints other than that I wish they would wear gloves. The check out person was very nice and quick. OK, Corporate has to read these comments right....... I usually have Panda Express once a week for the family, That's 3 meals once a week. This location can't seem to have food in warming pans. Today or any other day.... Today 1-25-2020, Free Red Coupon DAY. I go inside, There is a couple in front of me, along with a family of 5. I noticed right off the bat there was no CHOW MEIN, I saw some being made. The Chow mein was still not ready, but orders were stacking up from inside and the drive through. The lady took my order, stacked with all the others. I had 6 people behind me order right when the Chow mein was brought out. They got served before me and emptied out a couple of the other items I had ordered, So waiting again. Waited a total of 15 minutes to get my order. Once every thing was done the lady bagged my items up and told me to have a good day and thanked me for waiting. I didn't pay for this yet but she bagged and handed to me and stated have a good day. Thought it was free for waiting so long. I get to my car and someone else comes out and said you didn't pay. So I walked back in to pay and I was told to get back in line behind the others that were waiting to pay. I said, NO VERY LOUDLY and explained what I had just been through waiting to get food and having them serve people behind me first. , now asking me to wait again. doordashed food from here to my work and when the food arrived it was all wrong, and one of my coworkers found a huge red hair in her food, that she did not eat after, and everyone else was just grossed out and didn't want to eat. I feel compelled to give a very poor rating. It was very difficult to get my order taken through the drive thru, it's as if they couldn't be bothered to speak into the microphone. But the food....orange chicken was filled with smaller pieces, that when I bit into were hard, very dry and lacking any chicken at all in many cases. Even the pieces with chicken were so dry. It was such a disappointment. I occasionally order broccoli beef, as I did this time because I enjoy all the broccoli saturated in that sauce. I'm not sure why but I had just a few pieces of beef and the huge broccoli (mainly the lengthy stems) were as if they just grabbed them from the steamed veggies, no sauce whatsoever. The chow mein was good. I eat often at PE. I like it a lot. This was such a huge disappointment and I think really showed they don't much care. It wasn't closing time, nor overly busy. Quite possibly the slowest service i have ever experienced at any Panda Express, ever. From the time i pulled up to the back of the line, til the time i drove out of the driveway, it took 35 minutes. At roughly 7 cars in line, thats an average of 5 minutes per car. Fast food my ass. Maybe it was busier than normal tonight? The dining room was full as well, so maybe. But a 35 minute wait is absolutely ridiculous. The food, however, was decent. But the chow mien was cold. Likely because it was boxed up prior to us getting all the way up to the window. The chicken was hot and fresh, but the chow mien, not so much. Will we be back? Yea, probably. Not a lot to choose from in Lincoln. But they seriously need to step it up. read more

I only come here for my kids. This panda has gone down hill in the last few months. They don't put a lot of food in the plates like usual and I have gotten the Wrong order twice now while in the drive thru. I don't think there staff understands what work is because they are pretty clueless and really rude!!! Again I only go back when we are desperate and we don't want to drive into rocklin for Chinese. I will be trying another restaurant in downtown Lincoln so I don't have to go here anymore. Corporate needs to really look into who they are hiring at this location!!!! read more

Ordered a three item plate. Was given one table spoon of Kung Pao Chicken. The third item was in a separate box that was about 2/3 full. We love this panda! They're always so fresh, fast, and everything is always accurate. Today we went in for dinner and my daughter spilled her water. We tried to clean it up, but Gabby wouldn't let us. She was amazing and cleaned it up while we apologized profusely. She then gave my daughter her pin from her apron when my daughter pointed out how much she loved the pin. Again, we can't reiterate how much we love this panda and all of the workers. 5 stars for the staff. Interacted with Michelle, and others(can't remember their names) but they were all super nice and friendly. Wish the food was as good but this location's food quality was less than other panda expresses. I got chow mein noodles, super veggies, orange chicken, peppered chicken and wok-fried steak and shrimp (which was a premium dish/ extra charge). Except for the steak/shrimp dish, everything else was subpar. EVERYTHING was super salty and the breading was mushy. The peppered chicken must've has too much corn starch, it was quite mushy- nothing to chew! Overall, 5 stars for the staff, zero stars for the food. read more

Went and got dinner there yesterday and they have been a huge disappointment for Panda Express. Lincoln panda needs to step up their game or they will close. I been there 2 times since I moved up here in august and I thought the first time it might of been an off day but the second time wasn't better. For being 7 she can really put it down, lol. This location was clean and service was friendly. The problem was the line was slightly long and a lady with three kids were taste testing EVERYTHING! Come on! Pick a meat, a side and moooooove along. Finally it was our turn......we got orange chicken(shocker!), sweet and spicy chicken breast with some chow mein. The meal was fine. Slow, slow, slow. Did I mention slow? Service is always terribly slow, especially after 9pm and in the drive-thru. A 15 minute wait and a line of cars in park waiting to order or pay is not unusual. This shouldn't be - this is the ONLY type of fast food where I both expect and want you to have food cooked before you to order it. Why am I always waiting for my order to be cooked fresh? Rude, they forgot one of my entrees in the drive thru, and I didn't know until I got home. After I went back, they gave me such a hard time just for my order of rice they forgot and didn't want to give to me because they didn't believe me. They actually argued with me about it and insisted they didn't forget it. I was shocked actually. After going back and forth, and making me wait 15 minutes while they checked their cameras! they couldn't determine what happened from their end so they gave it to me. But I had to fight for the food I paid for. The staff honestly must've been having problems with workers giving food away, because her argument to me was that she was afraid that the boss would look at the cameras and think I was her 'friend' getting free food from her ‍ So ridiculous, incredibly unprofessional. This is not my fault, and I didn't deserve to be treated so rudely. And, the main customer service corporate number is useless. They hardly even apologized and only said that they will 'talk' to the staff so it doesn't happen again. They did not care at all. read more

Lousy service. After visiting several Panda Express locations, I'm convinced that this company's mission is to only hire people who can't logically get a job elsewhere. Most barely comprehend English (and they're not Asian, they're Latino) and don't know whether they're coming or going. Today's food was just....ehh. Chow mein tasted old. The first girl that got my order was polite enough but I hate the way they always rush you. The cashier, "Rosario" could barely speak English in a way that was anywhere near intelligible, and she can't count change either. Why hire people who are only barely functional to work in a customer service position? Like I said-- this is not unique to this location either. My interest and patience with Panda Express is waning.
