Don't serve cabbage cores!! Total rip off!!!

I love Panda Express but this location was the worst! I usually go to a different location but I chose to stop by this one today and I now regret my decision. I ordered the Super Greens and it was mostly cabbage cores! The broccoli in the Broccoli Beef were overcooked and didn't come with much meat at all. I want my money back!!!

The chicken and green beans is the best! Every once in a while, the sodium is high, but otherwise it's good. Just eat it on occasion.

It truly doesn't take much to get an order done correctly. This happens too many times. Wrong order, wrong items. Asked for Fried rice, received White Rice. Yes, on occasion I do check the bag, but, after a long day at work, I'd assume it's a simple task. I guess it was a hard task to remember.

Stopped by Panda Express yesterday to pick-up dinner. We had not tried their food in several years. It has not been my favorite place for Chinese food but it was quick and convenient. Besides a little trouble in making it clear what we wanted to order, the process was relatively smooth and fast. We selected Fried Rice, Honey Walnut Shrimp, Orange Chicken and Kung Pao Chicken. The Fried Rice was OK ... a little dry in my opinion ........ but soy sauce made a big difference. The Honey Walnut Shrimp was moist and had a nice flavor. The portion of the Orange Chicken was my favorite. Good size, tender pieces of chicken with an authentic taste . The Kung Pao Chicken was just OK. Our vegetables were over cooked, and the dish was a little bland to me .... still edible. Bottom line, the meal was not the best ... but filling. The portions were large. Prices were fair for what you get.

Burnt food and missing part of the order. Called them and they didn't seem to care. Kung pao was decent.

I asked for half of rice and more of the orange chicken for my sons kids meal and the girl put more orange chicken in there and the other woman literally put back the chicken from my sons plate back into the pan because she said it was too much and "if you want more then pay more" those were exact words to me. The manager Julio was rude and his attitude was unprofessional. I left completely unhappy and unsatisfied with their customer service. I asked for their names and they didn't want to give them to me so I can call corporate and complain. Every time I come here it's always poor customer service though and it's sucks because ya the closest Panda we got in Lincoln! I left really unhappy! I will never come back but if I do it will probably be just drove thru..... oh and I forgot to mention that they packed up my food to go even though I asked to eat there and Julio was threatening me that they have cameras everywhere after I simply asked for his name and corporate number as if I was doing something wrong? I was so offended and completely embarrassed and ashamed for their attitude and business towards me and my son that day! My son says he never wants to go back my poor boy wasn't even able to eat his meal after their poor engagement with us

The customer service here is always above and beyond. No matter if it's two people, four people or twelve. They are always checking on you to see if you need more or if they can take away empty dishes. Super attentive. I have been eating here since I was 12 years old. We had a belated Mother's Day dinner here for my sister and reserved a large table for 12. When we showed up they already had complimentary waters served for us. They are so kind and patient with the toddlers and babies in our family. The portions are always generous here and I have never been disappointed with the quality. Our regular platters to order are the Kung Pao Chicken, Chicken Chow Mein, Chicken Fried Rice, Orange Chicken and Honey Walnut Prawns. This time my brother ordered Pot Stickers and I really enjoyed those a lot!! If you are ever close to Lincoln, CA and want to try delicious Chinese Cuisine I promise you this is the place. But yesterday, everything was different. The crunch was gone, and what batter there was had no flavor or crunchy texture. Half the chicken had no batter at all. The sauce was sour, and the spicy kick I loved was gone. The dark brown coloring with that lovely hint of caramel was replaced with a rusty reddish orange sauce. I ordered takeout, and I decided to eat a portion in my car before driving home. I tried, I really did. After a few bites, I closed the container and drove home, and immediately tossed it into the trash. I understand that many restaurants are trying to hang on in this economy. Maybe Lincoln Chinese tried some less expensive ingredients instead of raising prices. I'm here to say, I'd happily pay more for the version that has been my signature order for many years. No other restaurant could top your former General Chicken. PLEASE bring it back! So disappointed.

The restaurant is big and decorated beautifully. It really adds to the whole experience. We all looked at the menu and decided we would have pot stickers, asparagus beef, honey walnut shrimp, general chicken and pork chow mien. The food came out piping hot, a couple dishes at a time, starting with the Pot Stickers. Everything was absolutely delicious and having ordered "mild" general chicken, my wife was able to enjoy it tremendously. All the staff are friendly and have a great sense of humor. My wife had some kind of coupon on her rewards card which she should've printed out before getting to the restaurant, but the waitress let her step out of the restaurant to print it up, saving us $17!! One less entree we probably could have finished it all. My total came to 72 no drinks and a $17 credit for being a rewards member. The rest i paid using my comps. Food was generally good but I have had better for less. Service was actually better this time and came by enough where I wasn't looking around for help. I say it's worth a try! Even with my comps, I probably only come twice a year? Highly recommend getting reservations especially on weekend nights because they are fully booked and will not take walk-ins or to go orders.
