I agree with most of the reviews. Workers are very friendly but can get very annoying. Sometimes people just want to eat in peace and not talk about nonsense. Food portions are always off and the Fried Rice is almost always dried and tasteless. Ordered 2 plates to go. But decided to eat there with my husband. Ordered angus beef which we know we had to pay extra. 1st the guy said we had to wait 5 minutes for the food,and we said fine. We paid for the food, then we sat and start eating while waiting for the beef. The cashier told my husband to come and pick up the food and said to my husband that she didn't charge 1.25 extra, my husband told her that we paid already. She didn't give up the 1st time, she approach our table and said that we owe them 1.25 for the beef. And I told her I paid for the food already and show her the writing on the container or the code that they use to ring up the food. I am not an employee at panda and it is not my job to understand the codes that they use. Spoke to the manager in front of her and she has the nerve to argue with the customer and my husband said if he was an American she wouldn't even try to collect 1.25 from him and she said "yes it is because you are Asian that is why I ask for the money" that was her response in front of her manager. She did not want to admit that it was her own fault not paying attention on the writing for the container. The manager only said sorry and she will talk to her, but didn't really address the issue. I did not know that panda has a discrimination against Asian. They should train their employees better and provide a better customer service and equal service to any race and color. read more

The place was clean and staff was super friendly, I got beef & broccoli my beef was cold.. They didn't have tofu for my girlfriend who is vegetarian which was stated on the menu online. So we were pretty disappointed. read more

stopped here for lunch while waiting on tires at the Costco next door. I was hesitant to try it as my previous Panda Express experiences at airports weren't very good. This one was no better. I walked in around 11:55 and they were already out of 3 or 4 entrees. I had the beijing beef and kung pao chicken, both were spicy, but the meet was terrible. Chunks of stringy beef that looked beaten to death and fatty dark meet chicken. Even the fried rice lacked flavor and the hot and sour soup, let me just say that I came home and picked some up from my local mom & pop Chinese restaurant just to get the taste of the Panda Express soup out of my mind. Maybe the best example of how poor this place is is that when I asked for chinese noodles for my soup, they offered to sell me a bag for 99 cents. I was here a little past 9 pm on a weeknight which was their normal closing time. They still allowed us to purchase food. By that time, they were slowly wrapping things up and we only got whatever was left in the trays. They allowed us to combine several entrees because the serving size was less than what they normally offered as there were barely any food left in the most popular items. I enjoyed the pineapple chicken breast. Parking in the lot was easy and the seats and lighting was comfortable. read more

If I'm giving any stars at all it is for the food but service is horrible as you are rushed and not clearly heard by the person helping you I simple made an order online and a lady asked me did I need help I told her I just put in a order 2sec ago so then she helps next guess and tells me are you going to order lol I say it again I already put my order in then she says will it should be on the rack and I say no I just placed it while standing here you all haven't made it yet so another lady comes and says what's the name I tell her she takes a receipt off the machine then says it hasn't come through yet lol to make a long story short I'm still waiting to the point I ask a 3 rd person about my order and she goes back down the line to find out the receipt the other person took was my order so then they make it and then again asked me what's the name on the order before she gave it to me like what the hell I'll never be back here again also during the whole process I was showing them my confirmation on my phone but that apparently didn't help lol read more

This is second time I have been to this Panda Express. Both of my grandchildren LOVED the food (Spring Rolls, Walnut Shrimp and Teriyaki Chicken). The staff went out of their way to make sure everything we ordered we loved. Very impressed with their passion and customer service! Definitely will return :) read more

I came here to get what I normally order at a different location, mixed veggies with Beijing beef and orange chicken. When I got there they were out of veggies, and were not cooking more, so I had to wait for them to cook me some. Usually fresh would be good except they were undercooked and totally skimped me on my veggies and meat. They gave me half of what I get at my normal location and I was left still hungry. Sometimes this place is okay. But it's just okay at best. Tonight, I went in and every meat was empty except 2! The line was long and there were tons of employees just all looking around and no meat was being cooked. This review is primarily for customer service. The food is what you expect at Panda--tasty, but nothing extraordinary. However this location always seems to be fully stocked, running smoothly on refilling the food trays, and this time was no exception. Service was quick and efficient, special thanks to an employee by the name of Favi who takes pride in her work and made our day! She even walked around the tables talking to customers and asking them if they were doing okay. Her touch made what is normally a subpar, fastfood dining experience into a very pleasant and warm one. read more

I am greeted when I enter this store. Rarely am I not asked if I want a sample. This time I asked for a sample of the Wok Steak & Shrimp because I normally get Kung Pao Chicken and the staff sees me quite regularly there. I commented on how delicious the sample was and ordered the Wok Steak & Shrimp entrée. It was good to hear the server state he had tried the dish and thought the dish was very good because he had eaten it, too. The server's comments only made me even happier with my selection. I truly enjoy coming to this Panda Express because of the staff and the food seems to be replenished regularly, which says to me that the food is purchased quite often. I'm posting this review to inform everyone that Panda Express did something that I didn't see as being very professional. On this very night, Sunday July 27, 2014, I stopped by the store to pick up something to take home. The store was supposed to close at 8:30p and instead the staff had locked the doors. I arrived at approximately 8:12p and to have found that the 'Open' sign was still illuminated, but the doors were locked was truly disappointing. The staff could be clearly seen inside sweeping and cleaning other areas of the establishment. There were at least 5 other people who had stopped by with the same intentions of picking up a meal. Worst Service ever, I got (2) plates both with Double string bean chicken and both had hair in them I called the store asked to speak with the manager and the manager told me no that cannot be its "impossible" I said I took one bite found a hair and then looked further to find another hair in both dishes... The manager laughed and said they cannot refund me for both only one and that its impossible for both to have hair maybe one but not both... This is disgusting and what's more surprising is that the manager seemed to be okay with it. read more

I'm really not sure where some of these negative reviews on here are coming from. I live not too far from this place and either I or my familly eats here once every two weeks or so. I'm giving this location 5/5 stars because I believe they do an EXCELLENT job for the specific business they are in. This place is a fast food chinese place. It is not a sit down gourmet restaurant. Most of my meals here are "to-go" but I have dined in for lunch on occasion. The staff is very friendly and the place is obviously very clean. I like how they insist on preparing fresh food for you and I really like the open kitchen. Despite some of the postings above I find the dishes to be VERY flavorful. I'm especially fond of the Beijing Beef. Anyways this place does a 5/5 job in running a fast food chinese place. I would chose this place any day over the random holes-in-the-wall found in most strip malls. read more

For most of the things I saw on the menu here, the best description for the type of food served is Americanized Chinese Food. I guess it can still be considered as Chinese food. Another thing was that they didn't have enough food ready. Their serving trays were almost empty, but despite this, the woman serving there was really cheerful and welcoming. My husband and I recently ate at Panda Express, and it was the worst dining experience we have ever had. The food appeared as if it has been sitting out for hours, and it was barely above room temperature. It was also bland (especially the fried rice), and the rangoons and chicken were overcooked. We couldn't even finish our meals because the food tasted so poor, and I became very ill within an hour of leaving the restaurant. Always used to just walk past this Panda but I just decided to walk in the other day, and I thought it was great! There was a line but they quickly got through to me and they let me sample a few dishes which were good. I recommend the Grilled Chicken and the Honey Shrimp. The price was decent and the service was great, a lot better than normal fast-food. Just make sure you ask for Gerson, he was a dream serving me. I'll definitely keep coming back! read more

Great staff. That was the first thing I noticed. They let you sample food! The food was great, although having tried the noodles versus the rice... the noodles take the win. This week was my first time going to this restaurant. It is a fast paced not so fast food, they move you through the line pretty quick. Honey walnut shrimp was fantastic! read more
