I don't know why I keep ordering from here. Probably because it's the closest to my home. My daughter and I love panda express. It's very hard for me to find food that my picky child will eat. But she loves the chow mein. But this is the second time, I've ordered for delivery and her food comes wrong. I'm really tired of that. My husband went to order on 1/22/25 at 9:15PM and they close at 10:00PM. He was told they only had two items orange chicken & teriyaki chicken, neither of what he wanted. Two people were in front of him frustrated with the fact that they also only had two options. When my husband asked why they didn't have anything or why they couldn't make anything the employee indicated that they can close whenever they want and they were closing at 9:30PM even thought the door and website indicated 10:00PM. The service was just ok. We ordered our food to be ready at 5 and when we walked in at 515 it wasn't ready and there wasn't really a person to help us. I think we were talking to one of their drivers initially. As for the food, the greens were unseasoned steamed veggies, the chow Mein was similarly unseasoned, and the bourbon chicken tasted weird. I get the same thing every time, but it was just not cooked throughly for me. The food I decided to get wasn't the best today unfortunately. This place definitely has its moments: sometimes all the table is clean or dirty, food droppings on the floor, the staff is friendly or not, waiting on food, etc. There's a girl that used to work there that gives generous portions. Panda is panda. But it is a chain restaurant so there is a certain level of consistency one comes to expect. I have been to many different Pandas, and found that this experience kind of let me down. My main complaint is my entree. I ordered a bowl- brown rice, and green bean chicken breast. What I got was a bowl, 98% full of rice, a few green beans, very little sauce, and literally 6 tiny pieces of chicken on top. SIX. See picture. They aren't even chunks. Six tiny little bites of chicken. I basically paid $8 for a bowl of rice. On top of that, the staff was very unfriendly, especially the lady serving the food. And the resturaunt was dirty, and understocked (there were not forks.) A person came out to restock the forks as we were leaving, we asked for one to take to go, and were given one with a scowl. Dinner rush on a Friday night. Customer in front of me was having a VERY difficult time trying to verbalize exactly what she wanted. One of the employees, Jennifer, was trying to understand what she wanted. Several times, she'd have to add/remove one thing or another because the customer kept changing her order. Not ONCE did I see Jennifer become visibly frustrated or annoyed with this lady. She was extremely patient and did whatever she needed to do to help give the customer what she wanted.
