Their food is pretty decent and affordable-- I like how you can get a variety of things for one small price... though it may be more worth it to go to a REAL Chinese place, pay a slightly larger price and get one amazing dish. This is one of those places that stresses me out just by trying to place the order and, hopefully, it's right. You must keep your eyeballs on what's going on no matter what location because once you are up to order they rush you a bit while throwing side curves to your order ...you ask for two dish, they make it three, do you want a spring roll with that ( but don't tell you it's extra!). Before you know it, you've bought a $10 combo plate that would be about 4 dollars less in the mall or at a local restaurant. If you wonder why it tastes off, it's cooked by Hispanics wearing Charlie Chan outfits and they never make enough and can't speak English or Chinese either probably. So, go with a ton of patience here and plenty of alternatives because they run out of food batches quickly. I dig this location! It's very central, in my neighborhood, the prices are awesome AND they actually read the survey comments that you send in. Be sure to do that...that's how you get the code and write it down. Order accordingly and showing that code gives you a discount the next time you visit. Had an incident where the atmosphere was high and enjoyable...one of the employees gave a portion of my order to the previous customer. I didn't realize it until I got home. I immediately called the location and the events were verified. I was told to return at my convenience and receive my item for free. Of course, I take the surveys each time I visit...the discount thing, remember? I received an e-mail from the District Manager apologizing for the inconvenience and stating my next visit would include a free meal! I did share my conversation with the store and the free item. I have been to 3 different Panda Express in my existence and this one is by far the worst one EVER ! First of all when I ordered the lady looked at me as if I were in desperate need of portion control and gave me child size servings . Next , when I opened the container and tasted the Chow Mein which should be renamed Dry Mein , I thought that I would fall over . It was so dry that it made me wonder how long it had been sitting under those lights without being refreshed. Lastly, I called the manager to let her know of my harrowing experience and she treated me like she could care less . She did ask ( in her defense) if I wanted to exchange it and I told her no that I wouldn't be returning ever. Came here few times after 7pm, and found the food to be cold and most boxes are empty. It's hard to pick ur entree when 60% of the food choices are empty. I have been to many Panda Express restaurant all over the country and this is the only one that has cold food and out of food. I live here so came here few times. read more

Tonight was my first night dining at a Panda Express. It is set up in a cafeteria style setting, where you tell the server what you want and she puts it on your plate. I choose the fried rice as my side and Honey Walnut Shrimp and Orange Chicken as my entrees. PROS: Friendly servers and cashier Honey Walnut Shrimp had huge shrimp and tasted great I got alot of the orange chicken which was a little tangy but not at all spicy. (Sign on Orange Chicken said spicy, but it wasn't) Cons: Fried rice was bland. No salt or pepper packets to be found. I added a plum sauce packet which made it more edible. It really only needed salt. Orange Chicken wasn't spicy but tasted good either way. I will definitely eat here again. Next time, I will either bring my own salt for the fried rice or I will pick one of the other side dishes. read more

The food at Panda Express is always delicious but it wasn't pleasant to order. I came here with my friend & my mom. The employees were rushing us and being a little rude. There wasn't a line. We were not being rude or unpleasant to them so I don't know why they acted that way. Me & my friend were feeling a bit uncomfortable. I understand employees have long days of work but it's not too hard to be polite, especially to kids. My very first visit to a Panda Express ever, and this place was a wreck! As a former restaurant manager, I know. We stopped by on a Wed evening about 8:45pm. The food line looked absolutely horrible with barely anything in the bowls and no rice. All of the description signs were missing, so you couldn't tell what was there anyway. Just the glue remained were the signs were supposed to be. The staff seemed uncaring and aloof. The manager of this location should be fired or at least put on a 30 day action plan. Panda Express should be embarrassed by this location and I'm sure has turned off many customers because of it. Losing $$$$$$ ! You only get one chance to make a good first impression. FAIL!!! The staff and service at this location is fairly hit or miss. I come once a week and it's a dice roll as to whether you'll get someone who is paying attention to your order enough to get it right, or acts like they want to be at work. I enjoy the food at Panda Express, but this particular location leaves a lot to be desired. I find the staff to be very disinterested. I'll frequently walk in to find several employees working, but nobody will help me or even acknowledge me. It's as though they all ONLY do the job assigned to them. If the one responsible for dishing out food isn't around, nobody else is going to step up and help. Additionally, I've had a lot of trouble lately with one of the menu items. My favorite - the Mandarin Chicken - was replaced recently with a new dish called Teriyaki Chicken. However, the last 4 visits there has been NO Teriyaki Chicken. The first 3 times they weren't even cooking me. This last time (finally!) they at least had some cooking, but I was told it would be 12-13 minutes for it to be ready. This is "fast food", isn't it?? Given the infinite number of restaurant options in this area, I don't plan to be visiting this particular location any more. However, I will continue to eat at other (better run) Panda Express locations. read more

Let's keep in mind what Panda Express is. It's a quick stop Chinese Restaurant with a Cafeteria type ordering process. Food is behind the glass and you pick what you want. They then shuffle you to the register and you pay. So with that in mind, this location does a great job at keeping food hot and fresh. I've never been a fan of their noodles or rice. I tend to stick with the Veggies and 1 main entree. Always decent and better than fast food!! Their fountain drink sizes are huge. A small is the same size as a MCD's Medium. Panda Express is different than the traditional American Chinese joint. It seems Americanized. An Americanized American Chinese food restaurant. But there is something special about it. You can sample any of the entrees as you go through the line. The food is colorful, staff is friendly, and the veggies have a nice crunch (not overcooked and soggy). I love love love the lo mein. Portions are large for the price and quality. The Panda also has several healthy options that are under 250 calories per portion. I always enjoy the flavor here too, and it's not overly greasy or salty. You don't get that queasy, crap-I-should't-have-eaten-that feeling afterwards. I have been to this location several times, and I am impressed that when it's not peak meal time, the food is still fresh. One evening they even refused to give me the rangoon that was sitting out-they "made" me wait for a fresh batch. Lovely! read more
