Worst service ever. I like the food but the service at this location is Sooo bad. Multiple people working, but stood in line for 10 mins before any even attempted to take anyone's order. Then we were told they had no EggPlant Tofu which is their ONLY veggie entree. The other Panda Express in Morgan Hill -- off Tenant -- never carries a veggie entree. I've been using the app to order for awhile now especially before I clock out on my lunch break so it's ready when I get there. A couple months ago they removed the option to add a bottle of coke which is annoying and lately it doesnt show I can add white rice so I have to call to let them know that's the side I want. I know app issues are not in the store's control. The thing that they CAN control is when their food is ready. The point of ordering ahead of time is so it's ready when I arrive. The past I dont even know how many times I order from this location I have to wait for an item. Was told my chicken would be ready in 6 minutes. I was just told AGAIN 5 or 6 minutes and that the chicken is basically still raw. At this point they're just guessing when it will be done. I'm never returning to this location again. I wasted half of my lunch time waiting and now I have to scarf it all down before clocking back in read more

The food is excellent and the walnut shrimp is soo good. It's a little pricey but the customer service is worth it. Mind you I usually go at night. So closing employees are kind. The parking lots pretty empty so there are parking spots in front usually. The location isn't very good though, out of the way for me so my family doesn't come here often. read more

The food here is really hit or miss. Just ask for a sample (even if you always get the same thing) to ensure it's not all bungled up that day. Once you verify that, then ask whether they have hot / soy sauces before you commit to your purchase. Many times they don't. If you follow these rules, you will probably have a mediocre experience here, rather than a bad one. It IS cheap for what you get, so keep that in mind too. read more

This is the worst Panda Express I have ever been too. First of all they take so long to even take orders. My broccoli and beef only had 2 pieces of steak. The employees here don't want to do anything and just ask other people to do stuff. Instead of making food the employees just talk to each other! The bathrooms are also disgusting. I have been very satisfied with this Panda Express. Actually, it's the only one I've ever been to, but I've never been disappointed! The food has always been good (good enough for me, anyway) and the staff has always been friendly. I've even gotten a few free things for doing phone surveys. The only bad thing is that if you come at the wrong time, they might be out of a couple of things. No big deal, TRY SOMETHING NEW! The food was standard Panda Express food, but despite clearly being busy we had our food and were seated fairly quickly. 3 stars are for the quick service. Now I wouldn't usually give Panda Express so many stars, but when we left and got back to the car my mother couldn't find her glasses and feared she had dumped them with her tray. As we were trying to see if we could find them, an employee (I assume the manager) came over with gloves and an extra garbage bags. He moved the garbage can to the back to keep from disturbing other diners and then he proceeded to empty the garbage piece by piece trying to locate the glasses long after I declared that they probably were not in there. The final two stars are for the kindness. Thank you Panda Express! (P.S. The glasses were found in the car, they had fallen out of the bag and under the seat). read more

I went here a few weeks ago and I was disappointed on a few levels! One, the portions that were dished out were very small portions. Two, the place wasn't very clean and the trash bins were at full capacity, which made it quite difficult to throw away my garbage when I was finished. And, three the customer service could have been better. Hopefully, the service gets better and the cleanliness of the establishment changes. DO NOT GO HERE if you are actually hungry. Wait, don't go here at all. First lets start with the portions: The portions are small. I'm a male 6 ft, 180 so, I'm not a huge guy looking to gorge. I just want a full meal. And a fellow yelper is right you get jipped and leave hungry. A double order Orange Chicken (their main dish) really means you might get a single portion. I have been here a few times. They do take credit cards and the service is generally decent when fully staffed. It is one of the cleanest Chinese food restaurants, they do a good job on that. All in all, you get what you expect for the money. read more

It is a typical Panda Express, Americanized fast food. Deep Fried MSG city!!! The only added problem with this location is people keep getting sick. This place is about par for the course for a Panda Express. The usual problems arise from time to time: Long waits to refill popular dishes, etc. The food is usually pretty good, with the main problem being undercooked rice about 10-20% of the time. Most of the staff seems relatively stingy with portions. It's usually not too bad; it just seems like sometimes they go out of their way to count each piece and sometimes even take food back off the plate and put it back. My main complaint as of late is a weird and inexplicable stinginess with soy sauce packets. It may seem like a trivial thing, but when two or more people order full three-items plates and you give then one or two packets, that's pretty stingy. Especially since this place isn't exactly super cheap for fast food. One particular employee we continually tell we *don't* want any Chili Sauce, just "lots" of soy sauce (I only say it that way to try to get more than one or two), only for her to give us like five chili sauce packets and like two soy sauce packets. Ask for more? She hands *one* more over. I guess I should just specifically say "I'd like 8 sauce packets" or however many we might want, but it's just a weird thing to be stingy about. On some days after work, I really don't feel like arguing with the lady at the cash register at Panda Express, so I just take my one sauce packet and make do. That's a bummer. read more

This location has gone down hill. I've been dealing with the lack of food and poor service because it's closer to my house. After tonight, this will be the last time I ever step foot into this establishment. I've push through the young guy snickering at customers, but the way I, and another customer spoke up as well, was treated tonight.... absolutely unacceptable! The girl working was rude, like I was annoying her because they were out of plates, spring egg rolls, and half of the other items they have on their menu. One nice guy apologized, I commented he has nothing to apologize for, she's the one with the attitude. The girl just looked at me, didn't say a word. Another customer asked to speak with a manager. The young "manager" walked over (looked like the rude girl's sister) and half way apologized saying "they'll talk to them." It was very insincere....
