The seafood tasted undercooked and the soup itself had barely any flavor. The wait time was also frustrating. We received appetizers fairly quickly, but waited almost an hour and a half for our entrees. During that time, staff kept coming by offering extra bread and refills we didn't ask for, which honestly felt more like an attempt to make up for the long delay. Meanwhile, several larger parties that arrived after us were served their meals before we were, even though our group was only 5 people. What also made the experience uncomfortable was that once our food finally arrived, we felt rushed to leave. After waiting, staff were already trying to clear plates while some of us were still eating, which felt unfair considering the delay was completely out of our control. By the time the food finally arrived, the quality just did not justify the wait. Overall, it was a very disappointing Mother's Day experience, especially after driving so far. Server nowhere to be found. By this time our first drinks and waters were empty. Server didn't come by for quite awhile after. Some of our party asked for more drinks and water. We never got more water. Server never came by mid meal to ask how we were doing. If we needed anything else. I would've ordered another drink if I had a shred of confidence that it would've been delivered before I finished my meal. Speaking of the cocktail. We did not get any banking notifications about these and inquired if perhaps their system was the problem. It wasn't until the third card didn't go through that he admitted they were trying to fix the problem on their end. He did not apologize. We've dined at this restaurant multiple times a year for several years. This was by far the worst experience I've ever had here.
