I stopped today 11/27 7:50pm I just want to grab some food and hit home, to my surprise when I was about to place my order I was waiting for my turn, then I saw a guy AM 20s in the chubby size coughing right in to the veggies this guy an employee of Panda regret kept coughing and coughing 3x-4x without covering his mouth!!! Then I said asta la vista Pandy I'm out of here, just think, if this employee doesn't give a $&&$ about coughing right in front of the customers just imagine what panda kid does when nobody is watching. Teriyaki chicken was very delicious but the Honey walnut shrimp barely had any walnuts & the wontons were very had & seemed like they have been sitting out for a while. The rice was very good & hot. Got two plates from this place just a few minutes ago. They gave my lady some burnt orange chicken literally burnt. I ordered white rice with double teriyaki chicken they were super skimpy on the chicken and my white rice was hard! Like it was in the cooker all day! Disappointed! I really do not understand how is this particular Panda Express location has two stars. This place is busy only at lunch time (12 pm) otherwise it's almost empty. It's a very good place to have lunch with friends. The dinning area is remodeled and taken care of. Food is always fresh due to the costumer flow. One thing I would suggest is to always sample angus steak before buying. That is the only antre that you should watch out before buying. Anything else is delicious. It has outside patio with tables where you can sit down and enjoy your food. There is also plenty of parking space. No matter what time of the day you will come, there is always will be a parking spot for you. I have been having lunch in this location almost every week, and all I could say is that I have never had any problems here. Highly suggest.. read more

Imagine my surprise when I returned to my office, and I opened my box and found that it was half full and had at least a third was sauce. I paid over 7 dollars for a half of box of mushroom chicken. Gave this place a second chance, never should've. Ordered a Bigger plate with 2 orders of orange chicken, 1 teriyaki chicken, and chow mein. Orange chicken was fine, chow mein was practically frozen only 5 minutes after receiving it, and my teriyaki chicken had absolutely ZERO amount of sauce on it. I also ordered a medium entree of chow mein, never received it. To top it off, the lady taking my order at the drive-thru was as impatient and rude as anybody could ever be. Every single time I finished ordering 1 single item in a slough of 7 items I had to get through, instant response in a very rude tone, "is that it" No lady, it's not. I will tell you when I am done with my order. It's like I am bothering you sitting here at this drive-thru while you have to do you're job that you apparently hate so much. Service was so terrible... i went to dine inside and their was no one in line just me inside and all the employees are in the back looking at me just giggling and laughing... didnt take my order till after I asked them... then their was this gentleman( named luis) that took my order and his service was horrible .. i asked for half chow mein and half super green orange chicken and broccoli beef and i got mostly chow mein and onions ... i got 5 pieces of orange chicken the size of a gum ball ... no beef just broccoli that was also from the super greens... ... off top of that I wait for the super green he said it was going to be done in 2 mins so I waited.. the super greens came out and took 5 mins to serve my plate and they had ran out of super green because of the person that was behind me .. so i had to wait longer then what i was supposed to wait for .. so then as he making my plate when the side is ready he starts taking out more portions ( entrees) of the food out the plate .. whatever , as i start to pay for my food he gave me my change wrong !!!! I got food poisoning from here. It was either the Mushroom Chicken or Stringbean Chicken that did it. Two days later, when I could finally get up and around, I took back my leftovers and asked for a refund. They had a form for me to fill out - just the fact that they HAVE a form for a 'gastro complaint' tells you something. If you want Rice, Chow Mien, or Orange Chicken this is the place to go... because that's ALL they ever have. Even after getting 3 meals (completely changed due to lack of product) we only got 1 fortune cookie... now someone's going to have to fight for it. Idk what else to say here, this place has the worst customer service, I only go here because it is one of the ONLY Panda Express restaurants with a drive through, continuously, snd relentlessly, for probably YEARS now they make getting teriyaki sauce a pain, they act like I didn't take Spanish in high school and know EVERYTHING they are saying, which includes but is not limited too the following 1."this white boy wants too much, just give him 1 every time he asks no matter the amount, the idiot will give up" 2."I don't care if he will pay for it, he asks for too much. Just ignore him and only give him 1 more, ring it up, he will leave." 3. "I don't want to go and get more again from the back because this white boy will pay for more, we are busy, ignore him, ring him up and give him receipt, say nothing and he will leave." The list goes on, I should not have to repeatedly almost beg for teriyaki sauce like I'm going to get beat by my wife if I don't bring it home, ESPECIALLY when I offer to pay any extra it will cost, and on top of that, when it's coming in PACKETS now, these employees here are too lazy to put 4 packets of teriyaki sauce in a bag? GOOD SERVICE AND FOOD. I don't know what happened to all those people who had bad experiences. I've never had those problems here. This place is convenient to work, so I eat here once every couple of weeks. I've never had an issue, the food has always been good. My only complaint (and you all know how I love to complain if there's a problem) is that on my last order, I asked for a string bean chicken breast bowl.
