Worst place to eat. I would give them no stars I the option was there. I went through the drive through 3 times and wasted my lunch break for garbage food. First they give me chow main with only vegetables " NO CHOW MAIN" I go back in the drive through and they say I know we are sorry we can give you Fried rice, we are out of chow mein. Then I go back to eat and the fried rice is hard and not cooked. I go back in and they offer me steamed rice. Worst part is I told the manager I will be posting a negative review and she said to go ahead and do it. No customer service at all. I will never go back to this place. read more

Ordered a 3 entree with ragoons, chow mein and orange chicken. Had to wait 7 minutes to get the chow mein and the skinny Mexican girl forgot the ragoons. I am not a huge fan of this Panda- the chow men and fried rice are bland and very flavorless. The orange chicken is usually either flavorless or has huge chunks of chicken. The Beijing beef leaves a not so great after taste. The only item I feel I really enjoy is the walnut shrimp. read more

Went here Friday and the chow mein was so burnt it had that bitter flavor and was inedible. This is the closest to my place. Which is good but they very slow, with small portions I don't get it there. I went through the drive through around 9pm before heading to work. I was somewhat 6 cars down been waiting for like 30mins and my work starts at 10pm was nearly late. I always order the usual i like. I was enjoying my fried rice when all of a sudden I feel hair in my mouth and I quickly look and there a long piece of blond hair in my fried rice and my mouth. I normally really enjoy Panda in NoHi, but yesterday (2/27), I went through the drive thru and ordered cream cheese rangoons and veggie spring rolls in addition to my order. When I returned to work with my order, they were not in there. I tried to call them multiple times throughout the day afterwards, but they never answered their phone and had no answering machine. I was there recently inside the store. The same lady, whose name I won't mention this time, handled cash and coins then came to handle my food without gloves. I asked if that is normal protocol here? She said yes, but was kind enough to offer another staff to assist me. After my food was purchased, I ate in the dining room. The staff went back to business as usual. Perhaps, I don't get out enough. As I understand, cash handlers should not handle food, especially without washing hands. The staff had a crew of 15. I guess we customers are not worth keeping one personnel to just accept our money without cross contaminating our food too. I won't be there for a long time. read more

I love Panda for a quick lunch and depend on them for dinner when I don't feel like cooking. If I go in during off dining hours. Service is slow and many of the bins are not filled and have to wait for the food to cook. Which actually makes for a better meal. Their egg rolls and stuffed won tons are too greasy. read more

Here's the thing, I freakin love Panda Express food . I have probably gone to this location about five times. Each time the quality of the food and service I have received has diminished. I think it's a Sacramento area thing, because that is not the best location .... but first time the portions were decent and the service was good. I came back and the food was good but the service was lacking. The second to last time the clerk was flat out rude, and the last time I went they did not give a lot of food , and what I got was cold and soggy . I'm so done with Panda Express, the drive thru was so slow, there were 2 cars in front of me and I was still in line for 15 minutes, then after I give my order and get to the window I'm told there is a 7 minute wait for my potstickers so I tell them to just take them off. I finally get my food and when I get home and eat it the food tasted horrible, I had to add pepper to it and I poured sweet n sour sauce over all of it and still couldn't eat it. Ron is no longer managing this location. There is a new female manager at this location. Sad to say in my past few recent experiences here, it seems like things have gone downhill. Things have been forgotten in the drive-thru. Being told they're out of an entree an not offer to make more. Customer service downhill too. I also have a gripe about the rice..I frequent another panda location that usually has brown fried rice there. I enjoy it. Come here for lunch sometimes, good food and usually good service. Sometimes the line moves really slow for unknown reason but I'm always happy with what the overall time spent inside. I placed an online order, wasn't ready when I arrived despite being after the pickup time estimate- that was fine. Luis quickly packed &gave me my order. Unfortunately when I opened my food (in the car as i was driving off- don't judge I'd not eaten in 16hrs and was starving to death lol) the honey walnut prawns were shriveled and mushy I ate one and they tasted no better than they looked. I opened another box, orange chicken and it too was dry, shriveled and unappetizing. Both of them did not even look like what I normally get from any other location. I had an order or rangoon that were dry and stale and an order of honey seseme chicken which I didn't even open as i was over the while thing by this time. I then came here and seen all the terrible reviews. I was going to call the location to ask for a replacement of my order but after seeing multiple people's reviews stating being hung up on when doing this &since I was going to be driving back passed the location I figured I'd stop in instead. The good news is that when I brought my order back in I was not given much of a hassle, minimal attitude, and they remade my order. Then I said is it ready ?
