Worst customer services ever. Stopped by a 3:30pm on a weekday and there was barely any food. We waited for more than over 30 minutes for our food. I don't think this place knows what their doing. Panda Express - Chinese Near Me - Plymouth, Minnesota

This location lives up to its fairly poor star count. I've never had an issue with the food quality, thankfully it's always been enjoyable. But often times they are out of key items and it requires quite a long wait for them to remake them. I'm not a picky eater, and if they don't have the thing I want most, I can easily sub in two or three other options and still have a pleasant meal. Unfortunately, the last time that I was here they were out of so many things that I couldn't even justify it and I just went to chipotle. This was right at 11:30 AM when they should've been preparing for their lunch rush. Based on the look of things, they had packed all the food away into a huge mobile order, which I feel like they should have been able to prepare for ahead of time. The ambience has always been nice and modern, it's a great building and I would love to see the management turn this place around and make it more efficient where they have food ready. read more

This is the Panda that's closest to our house - a good 15-20 min but my kids love Panda. The food is very consistent to Panda standards. They get orange chicken rice and noodles ... the classics. Why the one star? Management issues. One time I went and the locked the doors bc the manager walked out. One time they were just closed- no reason why. We've tried calling so we don't need to make the trip to realize it's closed at prime dinner hours, no one picks up. We ended up going to Southdale, they are always open during the hours indicated. read more

I HATE this location. Poorly run, poorly staffed, poorly cleaned. EVERY time I come here there is something wrong. Here I am today, on a weekend, at 5:30pm. Prime dinner time. 4 guys working. Only me and another customer. And NO FOOD IS AVAILABLE. See the picture. There is a pile of orange chicken, noodles, and really dried out Kung Pao Chicken. And that's it. I tried to order beef and broccoli and fried rice. Was quoted at least 15 minutes to wait. I don't know what this crew is doing, but it's not working. I cannot wait for this location to fail and something better to open in this space! For the record, instead of eating here tonight, I drove to the Lunds Grocery Store in the same parking lot/shopping center and visited their fully stocked hot food wok bar. They might be better off shutting this place down. Got here at 4:40pm and most of the food was empty or dried out and inedible. I asked for fresh mushroom chicken, which they did prepare. I also asked for a fresh egg roll to be made. The two they had sitting out looked like petrified wood. The server that helped me, Kejuan, was nice and does not deserve this one star review. read more

Was excited to have panda in the neighborhood. So far, every time I have tried to go there, many of the entrees and sides are empty. This time they didn't even have fried rice or lo mein ready to go after I had waited in line for approximately 20 minutes. Online orders are their only concern at this location. You can wait and wait. If the online order slip comes up, that is priority number 1. Other than orange chicken, entrees are always out. Visit the other options close by if you are wanting Chinese cuisine. No apologies, no explanation why they don't want to help the customers in line. Just plain poor service. read more

Showed up around 4:15pm on a Thursday (2/10/22) and their doors were locked. No sign out front or on the doors. I checked their website and it should've still been open at that time. I understand staff shortages, but update the website or put a sign on the front door at least. read more

Absolutely terrible service. Went in a few times a few hours before they closed. And they had no food ready every time. Went in today and watched the worker give a customer old fried rice even though the new one was right next to it. I proceeded to ask if they have any fresh food coming out and they said it's only what's out. Which was just rice and a few meat selections that looked like it was out all day. Terrible! The wait after placing an on-line order for just 2 people was over 45 minutes, the employees inside were very rude and the rice, of all things at a Chinese restaurant, was under cooked!!! You couldn't pay me to go back there. read more

I tried to support Panda Express on Tuesday night at 5:30 pm but they were closed. At least 4 other cars pulled up to discover they were closed while I was there too. I know it's been a rough year for restaurants but this is not the time to close at 4:00 pm on a weekday. I will try again soon but if they are not open, I will move on. read more

I love panda express i used to live in arizona and eat it almost everyday but this one in particular made me not like it as much as i used to. 1 all the staff members are young kids who don't know how to run a restaurant let alone cook, this one is also the slowest panda in MN. 2 the food is never cooked well it's always a little soggy and cold when u get it because it's been sitting in the pot for 45 mins. 3. Everytime i get a soda it's watered down and has little to no syrup in it to actually make the drinks. 4. never really restocked.. the bathroom was out of tp and there were 2 sets of silverware left. Would give it a 1 but i do love my panda express this one just isn't the place to go. read more

Everything in the lineup was dried out and crusty or empty! When asked if they were adding anything fresh out or fill empty spots, he just stood there and stared at me so we just walked out. Walked across the road to Jersey Mikes the service was awesome and food was good. Don't waste your time at this Panda Express I wouldn't even feed that stuff to a dog! read more

I do like their food but as a business they are not well. Not open when they say they are, sometimes you'll drive by at 2:30 and they will be closed. Just not a well managed business, used to eat there a lot but it's just not it anymore. read more

Every time I go there if it's 5pm or 7pm supper time, they're closed. And when they are open they have no options, customer service is terrible, then I order a drink, all their soda is flat or flavorless. So I ask if I could get a refund and just get a water instead. They say no refunds, and give me a coupon for a free kids meal that expires... guess when? In 2 days!!! So I wasted my money and get a coupon that i won't be able to use in time. Ordered food online Tuesday at 5pm for a 5:30pm pickup. Used $24.73 of a $25.00 gift card to pay for it. Got to the store location, it was dark and locked. Gave a call to the store today, no answer. I understand staffing shortages due to Covid are causing issues. But don't allow the system to take an order and the customer's money when the location is not open! I've sent an email through the Panda Express webpage - silence. They can take my money in a matter of seconds, but good luck getting it back. read more

Good food but they need to salt their entire sidewalk in front of the handicapped parking because it was dark and completely ice and I fell face first onto the concrete and fractured my elbow and had to go to the emergency room. read more

Food is standard Panda express, good in a hurry. But, they seem to take a lot longer to complete the orders, which defeats the purpose of going to a Panda express. Also, they tend to skimp on the portion size. I got two boxes half filled with noodles and almost just half filled on the second entree. Not going back! read more
