This location is always very busy, as a result, the food is always very fresh. It's also always clean. My only complaint really, is that there have been multiple visits where the manager is berating an employee for not being fast enough or not doing something to his specifications. I am new to the area and have tried several Asian restaurants, most of which have been terrible, especially Canton. Gave Panda Express a try. Not at all disappointed. Serval people in line ahead of me but service was fast and friendly. Tried the Veggie Spring Rolls, Orange Chicken, Beijing Beef, Honey Walnut Shrimp and Chow Mein. Everything was delicious. I find it interesting that the Chinese restaurants here can't compete with a fast food restaurant. Well, at least I can get my Chinese food fix now. And it is fast and affordable to boot. The management here sucks. I got a big hair in my rice, my BF called to let them know and ask if they wear hairnets. The manager was pretty unhelpful and eventually after a while of being persistent said to bring back all the food and he would remake it for us. My mom had already finished hers and he had finished most of his, I was the last to eat. We were on our way out of town and told him we didn't want more food just a refund at least for my plate. What I won't put up with is jumping through hoops getting what I paid for. Purchased and paid two orders of Rangoon with my take out. When I got home, discovered they weren't there. I just happened to be in the neighborhood, so I stopped in and asked for them. Evidently Rangoon is so valuable that I need to call first and produce a receipt. Well, you know what? I really don't. Avoid at all cost! My office called in a large order (with plenty of time ahead) and asked that it be ready for pick up at a certain time. When I arrived, I was told my order was not ready. When I asked how long, they said they hadn't even started the order because they were "too busy". Granted, they did have a long line, but one would think you get some consideration for placing your order ahead of time. OK, bad service and zero accommodation. Zero for two. Add in the fact that the restaurant is filthy. Not just messy but gross. Of the 8 open tables, 6 had food and trash on them. The floor was littered with food. The table legs had old food stuck on them. Even the window sills have food stuck on them. I've never loved PE but I would eat there when I was on the road. Never again. BEWARE IF YOU HAVE A SHELLFISH OR NUT ALLERGY. Today I witnessed employees being careless and inconsiderate. As I was waiting to order, I noticed that they have a Honey Walnut Shrimp" entree that was located right next to the fried rice. After waiting in line for 15 minutes to ordered, when it was finally my turn I watched as they were taking several scoops of the honey walnut shrimp over the fried rice and contaminating it. On top of that another employee came by and added more walnuts to the shrimp and in the process of that also dropped walnuts into the fried rice. Being highly allergic to both of those, I asked if their was anyway to get fried rice that was not contaminated. The girl working didn't care or empathize at all or didn't even come up with a solution. When I asked if I could talk to someone else the manager who was very aggressive about it told me he couldn't do anything and also didn't try coming up with a solution. I ended up turning around to leave. A customer who witnessed the incident was not happy with what they saw and left as well. I have never been treated so poorly over something like this before, but after reading some other reviews about this specific location it seems to unfortunately be the norm. read more

First off, let me counter the last review with I LOVE PRESCOTT VALLEY! Now that that's out, I can write my review. This Panda is progressively going downhill. It's a very shallow slope, but each time I've gone, I've been less and less impressed. My kids and I use to be mega Panda fans, but we've been going there less and less and there is a reason for that. If you want quick take out, I'd recommend Canton Dragon on Pav Way. Lunches are always cheap, quick and tasty. More yum for your buck! That being said I went to Panda today (first time in 6 months or so)... disappointed. read more

The place is always clean and staff is usually awesome. A lot of times there is a very long line and you have to wait forever for your turn. There are a few that just rush you. Sometimes the food is good other times it is over cooked, cold, bland. Lately the portion sizes have been very small and if you order the honey walnut shrimp they don't fill your container they actually count the shrimp. I have gotten 5-6 shrimp max and since you pay extra for the shrimp you should actually have more. read more

This location had excellent customer service. I came into to eat with my high school robotics team. We all ordered individually and paid together. Staff were excellent accommodating my team. The food was fresh and hot. I personally, love Panda Expresses and this was one of the better locations! The dining area was also larger than I am used to seeing in Panda Expresses. The dining area was clean and well kept. This location was in walking distance of our hotel and the events center. read more
