I lived in Korea for awhile and never had either of those vegetables served in a ramen bowl, let alone have them be the majority of the dish. My wife got the orange chicken which was pretty obviously the boxed frozen premade stuff you get in the freezer isle at Safeway. Then, they had twice as many servers working than they had customers and I still couldn't get a refill until the check was brought out. What a shame, this place use to be good.

So just be very aware especially if you have a severe reaction to gluten.

They're value menu is lack luster, but if I want some actually good fast food this is where I go. I think that people will inevitably complain about fast food places, these 40 year old buildings being run by teenagers and senior citizens are never gonna be pristine. It's fine. We're all mostly using the drive through anyway. I rate based on what I expect and it's really not that "dirty" for a fast food joint. Never had a problem with service and it's one of the few fast food places that has never missed an item yet.

They use a flat iron grill to cook which is ok but they had the temperature a little to hot turning the maillard reaction ( the browning of meat to develop flavor) into a thin charcoal layer that will put hair on your chest as my Dad used to say when the meat got messed up. The lettuce tomato and sauce was great though I'm glad I ate at the inside tables. Because it was messy! The inside of the meat had a vague blush of pink but was pretty dry. So I do not recommend this though not a bad price. This is why the three stars. I also ordered my main stay of the Arby's roast beef sandwich which was as usually is perfect and my favorite. A four star all the way. Again if you stick to the traditionally Arby's it's great. At risk with other stuff.

The potato salad was quite good and I put a good deal of pepper on top as is my general preference. I had an iced tea to wash it all done. Service was kind and accommodating. The restaurant graciously reserved the entire dining room for our gathering, creating a welcoming space for family to come together, share memories, and celebrate her life over a fabulous meal. With only two cooks in the kitchen, the team did an exceptional job serving a group of our size. Everyone had different orders, yet food and drinks arrived promptly and smoothly. We were welcomed with spring rolls, salads, and beverages, and the staff remained attentive, efficient, and genuinely hospitable throughout the afternoon. The food was outstanding! Every dish was fresh, flavorful, and prepared exactly as requested. I enjoyed the green curry, while others at our table ordered beef pho, crispy tofu pad see ew, and pork fried rice. We each selected our preferred spice levels, and every dish delivered exactly the right amount of heat and flavor. There were generous portions and perfect for sharing. What impressed me even more was watching the staff handle the steady flow of local customers who arrived during our private event. They kindly explained that there would be a longer wait because of our gathering, and each interaction was handled with warmth and professionalism. As we finished our meal, packed leftovers, took family photos, and said our goodbyes, those same locals began returning to be seated. To me, that speaks volumes. A restaurant does not build that kind of loyal following unless it consistently delivers great food and exceptional service. If you are looking for a place where you are treated like family, served delicious food, and welcomed with genuine hospitality, Chais Thai is that place.
