I had the worst take out experience ever today at this Panda Location #1879 in Round Rock,TX at 3pm. I went through the drive through and ordered my food when I pulled up to the window I was told my total. I had a coupon for one Free Entree Item when I handed it to the server Kayla G. she was mad I had it and only took a dollar off I politely told her it should take off one Free Entree which is $4 she slammed the window closed and got another employee to help her. She then gave me the right total. I handed her my debit card (I have a issue with my chip reader and forgot to tell her to swipe it manually) she open the window and angrily tells me "Ya UGH YOUR CARD IS DECLINED" I nicely told her "No Ma'am the chip reader is broken im waiting on a new card please manually swipe it" she tries again and hands me a receipt and my card. I told her " I knew my card should most definitely not be declined" she then threw my bag of food at me didn't say bye or ask if I need anything and SLAMMED the window close. I needed soy sauce and chili sauce so I knocked on the window she looked at me shook her hands in the air angrily and walked away. Her co worker opened the drive through window I told her I was still going to ask for Soy Sauce and Chili Sauce. Her co worker seemed to find something about that funny and handed me the sauces. I asked to speak to a manger and was told there is no manager. I told her that I never had such disrespectful rude service. I went at a pretty late hour because I'm an employee at the nearby mall and was hungry, the service I received was very unexceptional and makes me quite mad to be frank. I went there and ordered 2 boxes of orange chick expecting just two servings of orange chicken and a reasonable price, instead I was not informed of anything, and was told that my total for the food would be given at the window. When I arrived at the window I was given two of the largest boxes of orange chicken that they have and was charged 25$. I had a budget in my mind of 10$ or below and was very angry that this is what was given to me. My family and I frequent this location once a week. My two year old son is a picky eater, but always goes for the string bean chicken. Last week I ordered our usual string bean chicken in the drive thru. When we got home we discovered that most of the entree was beans. Maybe 4 pieces of chicken! Tonight, we went into the location and explained to Daniel, the manager, what had happened. He was extremely apologetic and made sure we got freshly made string bean chicken with an abundance of chicken. He threw in some free spring rolls on top of that. Thank you Daniel! do not order here they get your order wrong everytime and why ask if I want to try a sample if you're not going to provide one!?!? plus almost getting seriously ill with a food allergy. string bean chicken does not come with zucchini and mushrooms and i am allergic to mushrooms and for whatever reason some employee took it upon themselves to add that to the dish because they were running low on string beans supposedly without the managers knowledge when she was clearly helping prep the food. when ordering the employee did not mention the add/change in ingredients to the dish asking if i still wanted to order and instead put it in the to go container (mind you this is drive thru and im well aware of what is on the the menu since i frequently am a customer and it clearly states what is in the dish). this employee should have informed me of the change and any customer at that and asked if i stilk wanted that order. i get home about to take a bite and see mushrooms then call to ask if theres been a change in the way this dish is prepared when she then told me due to liw greens beans zucchini and mushrooms were added. i then drive back to panda ask to speak to the manager which she insists she didnt know and the girl who went to get the manager was giggling with a smirk on her face. this is wrong and i will no longer give this store my business! either rehire a completely new staff or send them to etiquette classes on how to treat paying customers. I'm completely disgusted!!!! Be careful they may run out of a sauce in a dish that doesn't have peanut product and run out and substitute for peanut product and not tell you if you have peanut allergies. read more

The food was hot and fresh, which is important to us. The young man who took our order was pleasant and efficient. We asked for a sample of two different entrée items and he cheerfully provided them. The restaurant is clean, which is very important to us. Tables were being regularly wiped; the floor and counter area was clean and not sticky. When I came back home and open the box, saw that they gave me good serving of Kong Pao chicken, but only vegetables & one piece of Beijing beef. I was so disappointed.
