Honestly... I've never been to Panda Express but I was in a tight spot for dinner last night and stopped on the way home because it was on my way home. I bought the Family Feast which is 3 Entrees and 2 Sides and took it home to the familia. It was a pretty decent array of American style Chinese food food. I really liked that they had healthier choices called "Smart Wok". All of the entrees and one side that I got were Smart Wok choices and all were ... while not the best Chinese food I've ever had... tasty and filling. I had to make one non healthy choice because the chow mein looked so good. I loves me some chow mein made with skinny noodles. This particular location was really nice, large and clean inside and the customer service was excellent! I will probably go back if I'm in a bind for dinner again one night and I'm in that neighborhood. read more

Employees need basic hygiene training. The lady who was the first in line and was a little over weight put her thumb in food containers when she add chow mein or fry rice into container. She did it the same way for all her customers. The way she was holding the container was wrong. read more

I was here at 10:30am and the food are fresh and just been cooked, ready for orders. Service is good, very friendly. Price is reasonable for two entrees. Food taste good and will definitely come back here to try other food. read more

I come here quite often, 3-4 times a month, anyway. This store is much better than The one by Howe, and Hurley, But there are a few employees in particular, I keep getting stuck with this lady thats super stingy with the entrees. I get in line, which during the rush, you're going to wait 10 minutes, easily. And I get excited when I dont see this lady scooping my food. Then I get up to order, and its like they called this lady from home, just to come scoop my orange chicken!! WTH? Most of the rest of the employees, you have to smash the chicken down to close the lid, this lady, if I get 2 meats, you can still see the divider!!! Quit being so stingy!!! i never have a good experience when i come to this panda express . the girls are always so rude never smile and always talking to each other. today i went to get some food and i'm the first one in line and i'm waiting which is fine . and another comes behind me to wait as well, and one of the employees completely ignored and talked to the girl behind me which i thought that was rude because even if it is an online order they were telling people that had online orders to go to the side but she still took this girls order before mine even tho she was behind me. she ignored me for like 5 minutes and finished helping that customer out first even tho i was the FIRST in line. she didn't once look at me nor acknowledge me and i thought that was the worst customer service. she didn't even end up helping me out she had her coworker do it and when she handed mine and even my friends food they didn't say anything and just walked away. i get times like these are hard but customer service is suuuuper important because i hate getting home all pissed off eating my food lol and it's every time i come here i NEVER see or get good customer service. they need to be talked to. read more

Hello good people Carmichael I took the time to order a meal from my mother who's in the hospital the first time I ordered online for her the meal came through wonderfully the second time I ordered to go to the hospital she never got it the third time that I ordered through a service they told me they don't use that service in never have well I have the credit card receipt to prove to provide but they do one young lady nice the other man who picked up the phone I speak five different languages I just didn't speak his the third time I call back to confirm with the bank that everything was fine he said no we don't use delivery services not anybody who knows that they do it be nice for you to confirm yes they do whether it's GrubHub doordash or I don't know who bereet but I'll tell you what I've ordered from them and they had a delivery service they were rude they were nasty I got hung up on if they took the time to pick up the phone I get it it's dinner time he's hospitals on lockdown and when you pay for a service even delivery it would be nice if they had some common decency so with that being said I will never use this Marconi Panda Express again right there on the corner next to Rite Aid they lost a customer it's unfortunate hopefully your experience will be better and if it's not I'm not saying boycott them but I wouldn't use them again I'm a very patient man this was a very ugly experience even when I paid for it the second time it never occurred to her and that's a shame maybe we can blame the driver or whoever it is that was cooking and handed the food off to the wrong person but it wasn't right take care of! read more

We have gone to this panda express many times over the last few years after our kids' gymnastics classes. The line is frequently ridiculously long, so we typically mobile order. Tonight they shorted me an entree and teriyaki sauce. When I called to complain they told me I would have to return to the store with my complete order. I live 20 minutes away, its bedtime, and we have eaten (the part of the order we got). Absolutely ridiculous customer service. We will not be returning. read more

Always ate here and loved it, couple of days ago I had to stop by another franchise because I was close and the food was terrible! The rice was hard and the meat didn't taste good and other stuff! If your hours are until 10:30 and its 930 and you're out of most of your food, don't you think you should cook more? Very disappointed with my last two visits. Two weeks ago, my daughter went in around 8:30. I was completely shocked to find the entire restaurant full of water, as the staff was mopping the lobby/eating area. It was not an ordinary mop, but a full saturation of water over the floor. I decided, we are here, let's just grab our food and get it to go instead of dine in. We then get to the line to find out that a majority of everything was about a 6 minute wait. We waited as we wanted fresh entrees, however when I reached the register the worker was very rude and non apologetic for the long wait. Last night, we went again, and low and behold there was a 5 minute wait on the shrimp. I said I'll wait, but what irritated me the most was I tried their new chicken dish they have and was upset when I got home that there was hardly any chicken and mostly veggies. While I do love stir fry veggies, when I'm paying for chicken, I want chicken. The portion sizes for both my husband and I'd meals last night were horrible! Again, there was the same dry cashier working the register. Word of advice to the manager, give your customers what the pay for, teach your employees what good customer service is, and wait to mop the lobby when the store is closed!! Probably will not return to this location, as I have been dissatisfied the last two visits. read more

Very bad place, went yesterday to order a plate. The food tastes horrible(chow mein). The pan was almost empty so the servant put all the left over in my plate. The chow mein was cold and there`s too much oil in it. After that they put another pan with fresh Chow mein. The other thing is that my plate was not full. Ordered a child's plate of teriyaki chicken and steamed rice along with three other orders. The employee taking the order was distracted half the time swapping out empty food trays. Three times she must have asked what side I wanted. I told her repeatedly that I just wanted the chicken and rice. When it came time to pay she then tells the cashier that it's literally just chicken. The cashier hands us the drink cup and says that if we don't get the cookie she'd only charge us for an entree. At this point I'm really confused as to their logic but say ok. I look at my 9 year old and he's as confused as I am. We decided to make sure that they gave us the rice so we checked while we were filling his drink. Sure enough they didn't include the rice but thought I'd want to order a meal and instead just get the entree. So we went back to the cashier who asked if she could help. We told her that we had requested the chicken and rice. She asks the girl who'd helped us to add the rice at which time the girl decides to start arguing with us telling us that we didn't ask for rice and that she had asked us three times. My kid and I looked at each other in disbelief. They added the rice and handed it back. We left and got a couple miles down the road and I asked my kid what the chances were that they didn't put the steamed rice and instead put in fried rice. We stopped about a block from our house and looked. Sure enough the same girl who was arguing with us couldn't get the correct rice in the order. Knowing my kid wouldn't eat it we turned around and headed back. We again went to the cashier and explained that they put rice in the order but used the wrong rice. She filled a side order of steamed rice and handed us back the order. The manager came out and for the first time rather than being argued with and given attitude someone apologized. She offered stuff but I told her I just wanted the order correct and to get home to eat the now cold food. I asked her to instead remake his order so I don't have to deal with it when I get home. She obliged. I explained I wasn't complaining to get free stuff just for her to understand that her employees are in desperate need of training. She forced a cookie on my kid and we left. This was the worst service I've ever had. We placed the order around 6:15 and were told it would be ready at 7pm. I arrived at 6:50pm and was told that they were waiting for the teriyaki chicken. I waited as 4 more customers came through and soon there was 6 of us waiting. At 7:16pm I saw the chicken come out and they began to cut it up, not for my order, but for everyone who came in after me. At 7:21 I see them cut the chicken and put it in the bag with the rest of the order. They didn't bother to call me up, but rather put it on a shelf and moved on to the next customer. I had been standing at the counter for 5 minutes without any acknowledgement. I finally stopped someone as she was ending her service with someone else and asked about the order. It was the same person whom I had originally spoken to. She didn't remember even though I had been waiting this entire time. I've never had such horrible service with Panda before. Very disappointed that the rest of my family's food is cold because they couldn't track orders. read more
