I'm giving this location 3 stars because of the people who work there. The food was as expected and I even found my new favorite meal to order - Black Pepper Angus Steak over Super Greens! There is usually a long line that is always slowed down by one or two people who come in ordering for an entire village. The girl that works the cash register though...I can't tell if she's just in bad mood and hates her job or it's just her all the time. She delegates well, but there's just a tone in her voice that rubs me the wrong way. She gave attitude to a customer when they said something about the soda machine being out of ice. They also seem to be all over the place with orders once it gets busy and they have to also deal with online orders. The inside was clean with lots of tables and there is usually parking available though. I need to come back to try their new SPICY Orange Chicken...I just don't love this location unfortunately.

I've been to this Panda Express in the past. The orange chicken was well made, crispy and just the right amount of tangyness. My rice was really bland. Almost as if it was boiled vs fried. Pretty bland. The service as efficient. I arrived at the lunch hour. I was impressed how quick I got in and out. It's a nice facility, very clean. If my rice was better, I'd say under $11 per meal isn't too bad.

Visited today to redeem the Tmobile Tuesday $1 deal of orange chicken with rice bowl. I was disappointed that they gave old (not freshly cooked) chicken that it lacked flavor and seasoning and was not tender and cold. Even the rice was old. The food portion was smaller too since it was ordered via the app. I ended up ordering more in store because the bowl was not enough and the contrast of how fresh, good tasting and bigger portion my 2nd order was huge. I got more food, better quality of meat and more flavorful orange chicken. I'm not sure if they intentionally gave a bad batch for the $1 deal or not but it was disappointing. The service was good though and the place was clean.

Sweet fire chicken was ok but orange chicken was bad. Ended up feeding to the dog. Portions are small also.

The location was clean, moderately busy, and one thing that really stood out to me was how nice the bathrooms were. I know that sounds like a weird thing to mention in a Taco Bell review, but clean restrooms say a lot about how a location is maintained, and they were spotless during our visit. The food itself was exactly what you'd hope for from Taco Bell--everything was made correctly, our order was accurate, and the quality was consistent. No complaints there. My biggest frustration isn't necessarily with this location alone, but with the direction Taco Bell seems to be moving in overall. Like many locations now, ordering is primarily done through the kiosk system instead of directly with an employee. While I understand why businesses do it, I find it frustrating because I can never seem to find the deals, promotions, or value menu items that I normally order without digging through multiple screens. More often than not, I end up spending more money simply because I can't find the special I was looking for. I was also disappointed to see some of my longtime favorites missing. Unless I completely overlooked it, the Stacker wasn't available anymore, which is a bummer because it was one of the best values on the menu and a favorite for my middle child. That said, the staff kept the restaurant clean, the food was prepared correctly, and it was a convenient stop before our family outing. While I miss the old-school counter ordering experience, this location itself does a good job with the things that matter most: cleanliness, accuracy, and getting people fed before the fun begins.

Disappointing Customer Service Experience at Howe location on Friday, February 13, 2026…read more Dear Habit Burger & Grill Team, I recently visited your Howe ave locationwith my family for dinner on Friday, February 13, and I was disappointed by the decline in customer service compared to past experiences at this location. While I understand kiosks are now common, I strongly prefer interacting with a real person when ordering, especially for a sit-down meal. Navigating the kiosk feels slower and less personal for me. When we approached the front counter, the gentleman with frosted-tip hair (who identified himself as the manager) immediately told us he couldn't take our order because it was too busy. He directed us to use the kiosk, stating it would be faster and that counter ordering would take about 30 minutes. There was no greeting, no "thank you for coming in," or any standard hospitality--just a blunt redirection. A short time later, another customer approached the counter and was allowed to place their order directly with the same manager--no kiosk suggestion. That customer's food arrived before ours, which left us confused and feeling unfairly treated. This experience was frustrating and inconsistent with the welcoming, guest-focused service I remember from The Habit. I miss the days when employees greeted customers, took orders personally, and made the visit enjoyable. If this is the new standard--especially for those who prefer counter ordering--I'm likely to take my business elsewhere. I'd appreciate any insight into your current policies on kiosk vs. counter ordering and hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future guests. Thank you for your attention. Sincerely, JT.

What I have noticed by being observant, is the manager on duty makes or breaks the quality of service and product, and knows how to make the customer happy. They pay attention to what's going on and make sure things are going out correctly! I eat here ALOT, I love In and Out and its the closest to me. I eat there once a week. I do roll the dice each time I go, which baffles me because In and Out is famous for being consistent no matter where you go. I have had my ordered screwed up before, sometimes they remake it which doubles the time you spend in there, other times I have had my order remade and get a gift card for a free meal next visit. Now, If your on lunch you don't have 30 minutes to burn and then have to try and eat also. I think they should make good on there mistakes. These employees get paid very well and should be held to higher standards, In and Out regulars demand a quality product!!!

For that price throw in a darn biscuit or something because the chicken alone is not worth $2 in my book. I don't know what the hype is with this place but I won't be eating there again. I ordered it on the Saturday before Thanksgiving and they said it would be available for pickup on Monday, which was pretty crucial because they advise defrosting these turkeys for 72 hours before cooking them,so was cutting it pretty close.Once I picked it up on Monday,I took it home and put in the fridge to start the defrosting process-it was a pretty decent sized bird-it was about 13 pounds. On Turkey Day I took it out of the fridge, unwrapped it and put in the pan, making sure to get all the juices on that bird, the smell of the Cajun seasoning was pretty good. Before putting it in my 350 degree oven,I did go rogue with one thing,I did lather it in extra butter, just because I felt like being a bit extra, but I don't necessarily think it's required....so I wrapped it in foil then put in the oven for 90 minutes then took it out, removed the foil and cook uncovered for last 30 minutes.Once the 120 minutes cook time was up,I took it out and let sit for 30 minutes before finally carving into this beautiful bird. Let me tell ya,much to my surprise this turkey came out very juicy, meat was tender, not dry at all,it was pretty great!! In closing,if u have ever been on the fence about picking up a turkey from Popeyes in the future,I say go for it,it's so easy and the result is pretty darn good!
