I'm giving this location 3 stars because of the people who work there. The food was as expected and I even found my new favorite meal to order - Black Pepper Angus Steak over Super Greens! There is usually a long line that is always slowed down by one or two people who come in ordering for an entire village. The girl that works the cash register though...I can't tell if she's just in bad mood and hates her job or it's just her all the time. She delegates well, but there's just a tone in her voice that rubs me the wrong way. She gave attitude to a customer when they said something about the soda machine being out of ice. They also seem to be all over the place with orders once it gets busy and they have to also deal with online orders. The inside was clean with lots of tables and there is usually parking available though. I need to come back to try their new SPICY Orange Chicken...I just don't love this location unfortunately.

I've been to this Panda Express in the past. The orange chicken was well made, crispy and just the right amount of tangyness. My rice was really bland. Almost as if it was boiled vs fried. Pretty bland. The service as efficient. I arrived at the lunch hour. I was impressed how quick I got in and out. It's a nice facility, very clean. If my rice was better, I'd say under $11 per meal isn't too bad.

Visited today to redeem the Tmobile Tuesday $1 deal of orange chicken with rice bowl. I was disappointed that they gave old (not freshly cooked) chicken that it lacked flavor and seasoning and was not tender and cold. Even the rice was old. The food portion was smaller too since it was ordered via the app. I ended up ordering more in store because the bowl was not enough and the contrast of how fresh, good tasting and bigger portion my 2nd order was huge. I got more food, better quality of meat and more flavorful orange chicken. I'm not sure if they intentionally gave a bad batch for the $1 deal or not but it was disappointing. The service was good though and the place was clean.

Established in 1939, the menu is delightful, the food is fantastic. Coming back for more as soon as we can. Best Chow Fun outside of Hong Kong, and having been been to HK often. It's good, but the flavors are not true to authentic Chinese cuisine. While some of the dishes (Veggie Fried Rice) have that authentic flavor, the others (Fried Chicken) are just not good or done right. In fact, don't get the Fried Chicken. As for the pies, the Banana Cream Pie was awesome. Actually, it was borderline Epic. The Chocolate Cream Pie was a miss. Too much cream and the chocolate didn't go well with the crust, which was too salty. While the banana pie hide the bad crust, the chocolate wasn't able to. The service was excellent. Prompt, attentive, and done well. The restaurant itself mimicked a very narrow club/ bar with some tables and dining behind. Felt like a darker and more expensive P.F. Chang's. I'd only go back for a slice of the Banana Cream Pie ($10), to go.

The good - my order was prepared quickly, and the amount of fish was very generous. The fish was tasty and spicy. The house chow mein that I also ordered had decent (read below) flavor. The bad - the salt and pepper fish had a great batter, but I feel they're battered too much, and the actual fish piece inside is tiny. My house chow mein didn't have a single shrimp in it. Lots of beef, which was good, but the char smell from the beef was the only thing you could taste on the noodles. It's almost like the chef cooked the noodles on whatever the beef was cooked on. The noodles we had ordered from here a month ago had very good flavor, but not a one note beef flavor. There was a lot of beef and chicken in the house chow mein, but zero shrimp means the cook either forgot or they didn't have them and thought it would be ok to add more beef. Either way, I paid extra for my selection, and didn't get it. Am I Pissy? Yes. Am I honest? Also a Yes. 3 stars this trip, probably my last.

Its been so bad the past decade that we decided to give it another chance. Different management, different chefs, different everything basically. The fried flounder was so fried that I could not separate the bones, not only that, you could barely get any meat out of it. Our table had nine people and they only provided 6 buns with our peking duck. I thought they didn't have enough steamer space and was going to bring more but nope. The shrimp in their salted egg pumpkin and shrimp dishes was overcooked and their deep fried pig intestines were extremely stinky. Their portion sizes downsized like crazy and it's so bad that we didn't even finish any of the dishes. The best dish was a stir fry cauliflower dish that I could make at home. It was supposed to come with pork, but I only saw itty bitty pieces of meat. The service was also super bad and slow. I was eating their fried rice and bit on a piece of broken yellow plastic with multiple sharp points. Prior to that, I was feeding my toddler the rice so THANKFULLY it didn't go to him. When we told the server, which was an older lady with glasses and bangs, she's like oh... then she took it to the kitchen and pretended that nothing had ever happened when she came back out. Shes been there for years, and I remember seeing her when we were regulars. I wasn't expecting anything, except for some accountability. I used to love this place so it's pretty sad to see how much it went downhill.... This business needs to be scrapped. The current 3 stars is giving them too much credit and it must have been due to when they used to be good, in the past.
