The food didn't taste fresh at all. I had to wait 30 minutes as for them to Cooke more chicken and then they gave my order away without calling my name out. So I had to wait again for more chicken to be cooked. No sorry no apology no combination nothing. I called and talked to Carlos who apologized that they were closed and I would not preparing any orders and quickly refunded my money but this did not help me with the fact that I was on a short lunch break from work with NO LUNCH. Ordering Panda Express on Mendocino through doordash you cannot ask for Chopsticks you can't ask for any sauces and apparently they don't pay any attention to the name on an order because tonight I spent $41 on my food and didn't even get my meal the name on The Box there's nowhere near same as mine and when I tried to call the store a machine picked up promptly every time can't even get a hold of a live person and go to the website like they say if you have a problem or complaint or something about a current order you can't even can't locate your order so it's not doordash's fault cuz they aren't supposed to open the bag that's tied this is crazy $41 I didn't even get my meal and I even ordered the shrimp which is $1.90 more and how am I supposed to complain to get my money back I have pictures of the boxes that I took and my receipt best I could do I guess . read more

I am a regular here, I did an online order like I usually do, it said order confirmed, I never got an email for the confirmation, when I went to this store they told me I needed to show proof of the store location. Impossible due to their cheap website, so I showed two forms of my receipt through my bank account statements on my bank app, and my iMessage confirmation I spent over $15 on panda with dates and times. This location is located in the Safeway shopping center near the JC so its very easy to get in & out of. It is a decent size location but can fill up quickly if its a busy night. The staff is alright, no complaints. The line moves quickly. As a vegetarian my only criticism is that eggplant tofu isnt available or isnt always available at this location. As a chain that I know well, you go in hopeful they are all as great as the "one near you", but this one fell short of the mark. Went in at about ten to ten - and they were due to close in ten minutes, so I ordered quick. I was surprised to see that they had so much food left and figured it must have been a quiet night. I got noodles and two sides to go, and watched as the server scooped about 14 noodles and half a scoop of each side into my to go dish. Suddenly I'm starting to realize the reason they have so much food left over is because they serve half portions. I figured if they are about to close (and there's literally no other customers there) I'll ask if she can please make up the portions a little - which she did, with ONE morsel. Come on now....really? You're closing and the food is going to go in the trash and you're holding back on a paying customer. So I laugh and tell her to keep going. At this rate my food is going to be cold before I even leave the shop... Eventually (after much huffing) I get almost a full portion size and she packs me off with sweet and sour sauce (when I asked for Teriaki) and no napkins... The icing on the cake was finally getting to eat my food - that not only was lukewarm at best - but also tasted like it had probably been made about 8 hours ago. Everything was good and fresh. I've only been to this location once, but the register was being super slow processing cards so the line was all the way to the door and took forever to get food. This did not seem like a usual issue as the girls working were very apologetic and seemed slightly embarrassed about how long it was taking. It seems like the longer I go to panda express the harder they make it to get chili sauce. They used to have it in a grab it as needed fashion. Then they moved to behind the counter. Today I was told I couldn't have more then three packets when ordering food for 3 people. I offered to pay extra for them and everything. The employees claimed that they were told by management to limit 3 per customer. It sounds stupid but the chili sauce is most of the reason I came to panda express. The lady that helped me today was Marilyn. I ordered a bowl of rice and chow mein. I think she couldn't understand or maybe she just heard it wrong but she got me a bowl with rice and orange chicken so of course I told her "sorry, I said chow mein and rice" LOL she rolled her eyes and was ALREADY irritated. I'm sorry but it's really not that hard and it wasn't that deep to be instantly annoyed. So, she got another bowl and got chow mein and asked me "so half and half and orange chicken?" I said "no I just want rice and chow mein in a bowl" THIS GIRL literally threw it down and dumped back the chowmein lmao it was so unnecessary. I was actually so confused because this girl was having a hard time giving me RICE AND CHOW MEIN IN A BOWL. Finally, she got a large box then and gave me my rice and chow mein. I'm guessing she was just having a bad day? It was super unnecessary and unprofessional. So I caught the bus to make a special trip to Panda. It was busy. I ordered 1 Kung Pow Chicken and the Surf and turf for one order. 2nd order was for 2 service of Surf and Turf. Took the bus home to find that I have 2 of the Surf and Turf and no Chicken. No way I am catching the bus back and forth to correct this error. Staff is always nice and generous. Please remember when you are packing someone's order it is not easy for some of us to return to correct a mistake. Also, the receipt is missing. Remind employees when it gets busy to take a deep breath and get it right rather than rush thru. I would have rather waited longer than get a wrong order.
