I ordered a single plate. One singular plate, with chow mien and two proteins. The person on the drive through even repeated it back to me correctly. I get home and I have a box full of fried rice? Thanks bro I rly wanted fried rice I was just too nervous to ask. Update: just opened my second protein (Broccoli beef) and it's a second order of sesame chicken. This was the panda express I frequented at least once a week and I'm probably not going back. Back to back to back bad experiences. Rude employees, wayyy too small portion sizes. Ordered a bigger plate and was barely a bigger portion of meat than the bowl. And more and more frequently they are out of everything! Where to even start? The pro is that I've never received a messed up order or cold food. Cons: drive thru only. The dining area is always closed, so if you don't fit through the narrow drive thru, find somewhere else. Multiple times I've gone and they've been out of food or the drink machine is empty. Many times have seen employees at the counter laughing and having fun, while people are waiting to have orders taken or receive food. Management must be missing or owners do not care. I eat at this restaurant from time to time out of convenience, and more often than not I leave disappointed. I'm not hard to please, and the bar for this location is very low. My wife and I went to Panda Express for some Kung pao chicken. Our rice was cold and hard. Will never go back again.

Boo! This place sucks! The food is mediocre and the service is non existent. we just went today and were one of 5 cars in a drive thru line of 6 made to pull around and wait for them to cook food. They've been open 2 and a half hours and yet have NO food ready for any of the 5 cars in the parking lot and the 2 guests inside. They didn't bother to tell us we'd have to wait for them to cook. They also cannot get an order right to save their lives!!! Then when I go in to check on my food I've been waiting 20 minutes for they ignore me then fuss at the cook who took an extra long bathroom break. He then proceeds to cuss at his coworkers in front of the guests waiting in the lobby. This place is absolute garbage. Go waste your money on the so so Chinese food down the street at China Garden. At least they are local and they are NICE!!! read more

Worst Panda Express I've ever been to. The full menu is NEVER available. The first couple times, we gave them the benefit of the doubt, but every time we go there's only a couple entrees available. Then there's been the time where they didn't have fountain drinks and were out of soy sauce. Or the time when the fried rice smelt like it was a few days old. It's a shame that this is the only fast Chinese place around to eat. read more

Received food with hair in it. Got order replaced, saved it for later assuming would be ok. Opened untouched container next day and 2nd order also having hair in it! 1st incident, store did not throw out contaminated food on bar area being served to customers & make new batches - meaning multiple customers served from same contaminated batch! Store only willing to replace with more food, not issue refund b/c complaint made next day when orders cleared out daily. Twice now, I've gotten a bowl here with fried rice and orange chicken. Both times, the chicken was bland and not sweet like they were missing many ingredients from how it usually is at other locations. The rice here is also dry and bland. I wouldn't call it fried rice. I know it's not supposed to be like a hibachi place, but every other Panda Express I go to has better rice than this location. I'm tired of wasting money here read more

Worst service. I just waited 50 minutes for orange chicken. In the drive thru, they told me to pull up bc they were waiting on orange chicken. Other people were waiting and one worker eventually came out and gave food to two cars and had one bag left. She literally STARED AT ME with my windows down and walked back in with it. I waited about 25 minutes in my car. Then I walked in and up to the counter. The workers ignored me standing there for like 5 minutes. One finally came up like she was about to ask me what I needed and the other one said "she just wants orange chicken". Her tone was rude and it was also rude that she hadn't just told me it still wasn't ready and talked about me like I wasn't even there. After 50 total minutes of waiting the rude one finally asked what i wanted. Idk why she asked bc 25 minutes earlier she knew so well. I told her i had an online order and my name and she went and pulled out THE BAG THAT SHE TOOK OUTSIDE 30 MINUTES AGO. My food is very cold. I will not be coming here again. read more

I would like to post an update as of today. Went into the Starkville, MS location of Panda's during the lunch hour and yet again, no Brown rice. Had a good chat with Kyle who is the two month manager now over this location and he told me there will be a huge improvement of this location and actually offered to buy my lunch and I accepted. I believe Kyle cares about his employee's and I look forward to a much improved improve Panda's by June 2018. read more

I love this place!! Never had an issue until tonight. Maria R. Was very lazy with my order. The carts for my lo mein were very sloppy. She also was too lazy to make sweet tea or even give me the option of waiting for her to remake some new tea because that's what I asked for. I am a server myself and I noticed she had unscrewed the taps for the tea urns and had no intentions of making new tea for the night. Also,the to go bag was poorly put together with no napkins, no fortune cookies, and not tightly put together. Who ever trained this girl to be a waitress needs to reteach her bc you did a sad job of it. read more

Chow Mein was clearly not fresh. The entrees were too liquidy and the teriyaki chicken was dried out. It had no flavor. Drink station was destroyed and had no sweet tea. Customer service was good. Everyone said thank you when I donated to the children's hospital. read more

I love their teriyaki chicken!! Yum! Yum! Their white rice is fine and fried rice is just okay. But, the teriyaki is the only meat entree that I like there. Hence, the 3 stars. read more
